wagamama delivery kitchen hackney in Hackney

Not like the sit-down branches at all. I ordered ramen and it was basically mostly just noodles... little else. It tastes about the same as a noodle pot from the supermarket. I wish I was joking... Complete and utter waste of money. Edit: Just to follow up, I filled out the contact form linked in the reply below and received no response or feedback. It's been months.

Ordered a few times through deliveroo, Usually a big fan of Wagamama this one is definitely the worse in London. One time my food arrived burned. another time the bowl came half empty. I have stopped ordering from them but I'm still a big fan of the brand overall

This is the worse Wagamama I have ever eaten in. The delivery took ages food was dicusting and cold. I tried to call customer service no awnser. I also had to pick up my own delivery as the dilvery woman’s bike was stolen an because I waited 1.5 h I needed to eat something

i ordered a main and side and received only the side. Couldn’t get in contact with anyone there, was on hold for 10 minutes and the line was disconnected.

My main food was missing and my partners food was very cold did not taste nice

The second time I’ve ordered from them. Soggy food made with NO care.

Absolutely the worst ever!! Dumplings came cold, soggy and looked vile… never again!

Overly salty ramen, almost inedible

Absolutely dreadful and a complete waste of money. I haven’t been this disappointed with an order in a while. Ordered three noodle dishes (pad Thai and two meals with soba noodles) and a kid’s katsu chicken. Everything was absolutely tasteless, lacked any flavour or seasoning. I know that kids meals are supposed to have less salt in them but that was inedible. Also, the amount of plastic packaging was atrocious. In this day and age you’d think that a chain like Wagamama will have their stuff together. Spent £46 on a meal that fed the bin. I’m not sure why is there such a massive difference in quality from when you order at a restaurant but I will not order from the Hackney branch again. Wish I could turn back time and order from a different place!

Delicious food and fab vegan options - but the inability to make notes on delivery orders is so frustrating, I now look elsewhere unless I'm eating in store . Pretty much all of the menu has coriander - and no option to remove. 30% of the population think coriander tastes like soap, so this move isolates 30% of your potential customers.

Chilli beef ramen absolutely saved me from my hangover - 10/10. Some dramatic reviews here but my experience was that of a regular Wagamama x

Horrible food, embarrassing quality, completely tasteless. Uses spaghetti in ramen, unrecognisable pastry for gyozas and the chili squid is mainly fried flour. Vile, zero value for money and just waiting for the food poisoning to kick in at this point.

Ordered some Ramen and got a bowl full of water and some noodles. No flavour, no seasoning no nothing!! The cloudy lemonade tasted off and so did the vegan ribs. Really got me questioning if this is even safe to eat ! Literally had to throw everything in the bin! What a waste of money! Don’t order from here

Poor quality food. Think maybe the rice was slightly off as both people that ate it were sick. Please don't order from here.

I guess everyone fails sometimes. But when it comes to food. If you burned ingredients to black color, you just will remake everything. If you let yourself to give that food to costumers you shouldn't work at the kitchen. Burned gyoza and deep fried rise with prawns and chicken had burned ingredients in it.. your food doesn't worth the price. Spend 40 quid to have worst dinner ever ffs..

Ordered from Uber Eats, missing Gyoza, the gyoza that did arrive were greasy and overcooked. Soggy, sharp but flavourless overcooked noodles in the prawn pad thai and arrived stone cold. Will not order again. Does not seem to reflect the usual restaurant experience.

Awful - avoid! Stick to the restaurants where they have the quality check of a server

Oh woooow this is amazing, today I’ve ordered a beef donburi and man it was wonderful and the flavour was perfectly matched and sweet and spicy aftertaste, but it was a bit dry but for the rest, it was perfect

Ordered the Prawn Raisukaree and Chicken and Prawn Pad Thai. Both dishes arrived with raw prawns, of which neither I or my pregnant girlfriend could eat. This is a huge food safety issue - why is it acceptable to serve undercooked food? On top of which they gave us a measly refund if £0.29p to apologise. Completely unacceptable.

The worst wagamama I’ve ever encountered. Ordered on deliveroo and I found two hairs embedded in my chicken. To make matters worse, upon inspection I found another one in my vegetables. This is very disgusting and highly disappointing during a time where we should all be extra precautious. Unacceptable!
