Great service was served by lovely waitress called Jasmine who kindly helped us out, overall lovely place and delicious food

Naadias service was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional service she dealt with us with grace and humour and also gave us all of the tips for a successful day in Trowbridge to see all of the sites!! She even signed our placemat, see pics for proof! Thanks again naad ♥️

Don’t usually write reviews … our experience was brilliant start to finish. Lovely ambience, fabulous service from all staff, fresh vibrant food, v tasty. Could not fault anything and will be back. Am absolute jewel find in Trowbridge keep it up!!!!

Not usually one for leaving reviews! But really wanted to for this! We visited Wagamamas in Trowbridge yesterday and everything was just brilliant! Food 10/10, came quicktime too! And I just wanted to say how lovely the staff were too! Steph, especially (I hope I’ve got her name right) was so lovely to all of us! :) we will be back very soon for sure - Wagas is my favourite!! Thank youuu! X

We visited for a rare child free evening and had high hopes as have previously had a good experience! Disappointed to have such a long wait for food, my husband’s came out approx 20 mins before mine. They did take the cost of my meal off but it did spoilt our evening! Dirty wine glass too and staff dropped a glass bottle near us and almost soaked us! Four choices far less too and found the menu less interesting than previously

it’s been about 6 months since we let ate here ….. and we used to be regulators…… Staff still just as great and attentive as they ever were, and the food just brilliant…… But something seems to have changed….. because prices are the same, but I am sure that last time my Yaki Udon was bigger ……… and in these times, it’s difficult to complain about that…….. But still a great place to eat…..

Gorgeous tasty food at very reasonable prices and very attentive and helpful staff who made you feel welcome. Unfortunately drinks prices extortionate but we will be returning.

This was for a take away, a firecracker tofu curry, extra rice, extra firecracker sauce and a cheesecake slice. The driver came by car and I was tracking him on the app - when he had 9 minutes to go the app didn’t move for 15 minutes, I thought maybe he had a car accident or was making another delivery en route. I sent him a message, no reply. When he turned up there was no explanation for why he had taken so long from when he had picked up the delivery, no thanks for the tip I had already given on the app. As expected the food was luke warm but also not at all good, almost like the usual chef was off today, and everything tasted pre-cooked. For some reason they put the cheesecake in a cardboard box, which is so inappropriate - £7.50 for a slice of cheesecake that is lying on its side with the filling and sauce all over the cardboard. A waste of £32 altogether.

We took our daughter here to celebrate her GCSE results and took friends who had never been before. The chilli squid starter was delicious and tender and the Pad Thai was also excellent. The staff went over and above to make us feel welcome and made our daughter a surprise dessert.

Had a lovely dinner on a Sunday evening. Really friendly staff and delicious food. Would recommend.

After reading some of the reviews I was a bit nervous, but the children wanted to eat there. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a very nice meal.

Have visited today with family for late lunch, as I have been there before on my own, I have ordered Pad Thai, and squid the portion I’ve received was probably kids version or chef has running low on noodles, and squids where not the freshest, I have mentioned it to the waiter, he replied that he will talked the chef, but he never came back to me with an answer, so we end up spending £60 for 2 and the child and left hungry. Feeling ripped off.

The food is always fantastic, can not complain about the food. I can see from other reviews we experienced the same thing, waiting staff wearing next to nothing; not professional at all especially when children are asking why are they wearing that.

Great menu first time here was not sure what to expect but my beef brisket dish was great my partner and grand daughter had the chicken which was also highly recommend the staff was very helpful and professional in helping us choose a dish and explained everything to us would definitely recommend

I do like coming too Wagas and I love the food BUT!! When it is served by a girl wearing shorts that look like she is at the beach, makes wonder what is Wagas coming too, to say they are short doesn’t even cover it , I don’t expect to see bum cheeks whilst eating my food !! Get a grip Wagas !

Staff very good. Food quality not what it used to be. Meat substitutes have no flavour. Everything overwhelmed by chilli. Won't go again. Has changed for the worse.

Service was incredible. Food was faultless too. Every table was taken so we were seated at the bar by the kitchen. The waiter (Bryan I think) couldn't have been more helpful, despite the place being rammed nothing was too much trouble, and he was really positive. The chef's were clearly really busy, but still made conversation and the food was delicious. Being vegan usually means limited choice, but there was loads to choose from. Marcin was the chef infront of where we sat and he was great. Great service, great food.

Me and boyfriend came here for our one year anniversary meal and had a lovely meal. We had sever Sam who was very kind enough to try and offer us a complimentary dessert as it was a special occasion, unfortunately couldn’t do so. We thought it was a lovely gesture so well done sam :) we love coming here and will continue in the future

Take-away...According to girlfriend's expressions, gyoza has been given full nods. As for myself, yasai katsu carry brought a bit of a veggie surprise - no reason for being affraid to give it a go.

Always enjoy a trip to Wagamama and this was a good standard. Was very busy and the bill was a bit messed up but was rectified.

I am a stalwart of this restaurant, but in recent times, the menu has shifted focus onto vegan meals. Absolutely fine to have that, but why not have a meat option? Many of the meals I used to have have disappeared. Lots of my favourite sides have disappeared too. Including Tempura Vegetables and roasted chicken. Last night we waited 20 minutes to be seated, then read the menu. Decided it was repetitive and boring, so walked out. Wagamama is either effected by the rising cost of food, or the wokerati. In either case, I wont return.

Whilst the chicken and prawn pad Thai was hot and tasty there was 1 prawn and 2 bits of chicken!!! So disappointed.

This was our first time to Wagonmamas, we were put k a list to wait for a table, we only waited a few minutes then shown to our table, We had Blake serving us, extremely professional and friendly the food was excellent quick service looked and tasted amazing, would definitely recommend, we cant wait to return well worth the journey

Never been to a wagamama before but we meet chef john and a waitress (sorry didn't catch her name) out in the park with some delicious free treats in the local park. Asked if they did gluten free and the chef john was brilliant with telling us dishes we could have....so decided to pop in for dinner. Had to wait a while for a table but resturant was very busy. Once seated we where introduced to our waitress who was brilliant (again sorry didn't get name think it was heather). We saw chef john taking food and clearing tables and managed to stop him to say hello and ask him about the menu. He was very knowledgeable and was happy to accommodate our difficult orders even recommending ways we could improve it. Food came out at different time but all of it was fresh and very very tasty. A brilliant first experience at wagamama made even better by chef john and the staff. We will definitely be back.

I love Jap food, hence my choice of resto for dining out. However, the bonus of the visit is the very friendly staff especially Anju who made our dining experience not just satisfying but also enjoyable.

Not sure if this has to do with Brexit, where the Pound bottomed out completely against the american dollar and the Euro yesterday, but the dish sizes have been reduced. Last time we came out of here this year, we were still hungry. I had the Ramen soup like I normally do, but the bowls had considerably been reduced in size and thus the contents were less too.

Been to a few Wagamama restaurants and struck a bit of gold with this one. I’m as guilty as anyone of popping into a place and ordering exactly what I ordered last time. Had a great conversation with Caroline who saw I looked a bit ‘ah well I’ll have the usual’ and took the time to ask what I like and suggest something new. Loved it!! Shall be asking for suggestions next time I go!

Bank Holiday Monday and a chance visit. Welcoming staff and choice of tables though busy. Swift courteous service and excellent food. My partner had never been before and loved the flavours of the dish she had. We will definitely be back to this restaurant.

I haven't been to Wagamama's for years. The last time was one in High Wycombe which was very average.

We had a large amount of people on our table and we were served by a waitress called Chelsea. The food was amazing and we all had a great evening. Our food came very quickly and Chelsea was very patient with our orders and was very polite. Very happy overall, would recommend it to anyone looking to have a great evening!

I hate giving negative reviews, especially I had a bad experience when it seems lots of people have enjoyed their meals. It has to be said though that when I went to Wagamama’s, I left feeling very disappointed. So many people said it’s fantastic, and I was hoping for something to make me feel the same. I order chicken katsu curry and bang bang cauliflower. Both of which had honestly no flavour, and I struggled to eat. The chicken was dry, the katsu flavouring was quite simply weird, and as for the bang bang cauliflower, after one bite I simply didn’t want to eat anymore because it tasted so horrendous. Both were very boring and bland. Overall, I hated my meal and will think twice before ever returning. The two stars are for the service- the staff were friendly, and for the free green tea- a nice touch. I feel quite let down, and again feel bad for leaving a negative review when it seems I’m in the minority, but I don’t think it lived up to the hype, and I will do my best not to eat here again.

Went for dinner as two couples , a small problem where one of our dinners was forgotten on a busy night but Caroline soon fixed the problem and worked so hard to ensure we left happy which we defiantly did ! Safe to say she is a credit to the company and we will deffo return !

I took my three children for lunch one Sunday. The youngest is lactose intolerant and we had no problems finding food suitable for him. My eldest doesn't enjoy anything to spicy, but most dishes on offer where fine for her. She particularly loves ramen so she was happy. We shared sides of dumplings and edamame beans which were delicious as usual.

This is certainly my new favourite for taking food home. The food is so good, and the staff are all lovely, even offering me a drink while i was waiting. The only downfall is they don’t deliver!

We recently visited Wagamamas for the first time for my daughter's 18th Birthday. It was awesome from start to finish! The staff were all amazing- friendly, helpful, welcoming, polite, went above and beyond- MJ was our waitress and went out of her way to make our meal amazing! The food was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly and arrived extremely quickly. I had a pork dish and my daughter Ramen. MJ then brought chocolate cake for pudding with a candle in and sang my daughter Happy Birthday and didn't charge us for the pudding! Coffee didn't disappoint as sometimes does in restaurants- big cup and expertly layered coffee and milk. This is definitely my new favourite restaurant and we want to try everything on the menu! Thank you Wagamamas!!

Called in after arriving at the nearby Premier Inn, so glad we chose Wagamama, lovely fresh food with a bewildering array of deliciousness, cooked to order, and to your taste, but still arrived prompty, staff very attentive but not in your face!

Waga’s is one of my favourite places to go out to eat with tasty food which varies so much across the menu.

Takeaway meal for 3 ordered online.

Visited with a friend on a Friday evening before seeing a film at the cinema. We were seated straight away and the staff were friendly and attentive. Food comes out as it is ready which we knew and were fine with however we had ordered 2 appetisers which didn’t arrive at all. Our waitress noticed without us having to ask and it was all sorted very quickly. These things happen and it’s how you deal with it that matters - they did great.

Second visit to Wagamama’s but a first for the Trowbridge one, haven’t quite mastered the chopstick technique but always a good laugh never the less.

Friendly staff, central Trowbridge location for ample free parking. The cinema is opposite too. Lovely freshly cooked food and desserts that are irresistible. Yum!

I came to Wagamama Trowbridge with my family on 23/09 and I was so impressed by the amazing service I received by a young girl Liv. She was bubbly, chatty and fab with my children! She gave us some great recommendations of the menu and we loved the tama squid so much we ordered another portion! The food looked awesome and tasted amazing too! Will deffo be returning!

Wagamama is one of my favourites places ! The food can be pricey but tastes amazing. The Trowbridge Wagamama was really nice and cosy. Most of the staff were nice but there seemed to be a few moody staff members. One of them even brushed past me and by bag and didn't apologise. Apart from that though such a lovely place! And you can even watch the chefs work in a open kitchen. Recommend the chilli squid.

I had a lovely evening out with my friend, the service was amazing and we were greeted at the door by very nice polite girl called Liv who took us to our table and was very helpful throughout our evening as well as Frankie.

Used to eat at Wagamama many times in Bath, years and years before this one opened in Trowbridge. First experience or 2 at Trowbridge, service was woeful and food was below par in my view. May also have been the fact I always had the same dish.

I must go here at least twice a month. Love it. Best Katsu curry I’ve ever had. The take out food is always of a high quality and the staff are very friendly.

Fascinating to see the cooks make your food infront of you or in clear sight. I couldn't possibly ask for any better quality food for the type of cuisine it is nor could I complain about the pricing and the free green tea. Brilliant place to go to.

I ordered food to takeaway and was absolutely blown away by the service I received. The waitress, Liv, really went above and beyond to make sure I was served promptly and had everything I needed, all whilst looking after and seating other customers. She really made my visit and I will be returning soon!
