Their acai bowl is the best. Very friendly and welcoming staff. I only wish we had one in Oxford too.

. No soy sirviente de los demás. . . . no volveré nunca a este lugar

I love açai bowls but I didn’t quite enjoy this one sadly. First of all it took 20 minutes for the lady to make it as she washed the mixer and prepared a whole batch of açai after I walked in. Then, each topping comes at an extra price but the amount she put on my bowl is absolutely ridiculous (see pic) I paid £10.05 for a disappointing açai bowl and really wished for her to put more toppings on it.

My Acai bowl was fresh and delicious, I am really happy I stopped by. The owner was friendly and helpful and recommended some toppings that I would not have thought of, consequently I got to try something new and was very glad I did. It is also really well placed, literally less than a minute from Gloucester Road underground station. Next time I'm down that way, I will make a point to have another, the serving is large, fresh, healthy and delicious. Recommend without hesitation.

Over priced. Extremely unwelcoming and unfriendly staff. Took 20 mins to make a smoothie. 5 people walked out whilst we were in there due to rude staff.

DISAPPOINTING - SO FAR FROM REAL AÇAI !!! REALLY NOT WHAT AÇAI IS SUPPOSED TO BE ... AT LEAST NOT ANYMORE . This place used to have real açai . I havent visited for a while but last week I paid a visit as I was craving it . . . To my surprise the already prepared bowl ( that cost 8.95 pounds. ) was a blend of something with açai . It was tastless and the texture was strange ??? Me and my wife are Brazilian .... I have lost the count of how many Kgs of it I have eaten . TO THE OWNER : please do not fool people with that . That´s maybe in the best of chance 30% açai . WHY ?

Never tested before.Acai is a delicious dessert that tasted like heaven. The store is tinny, It’s more for grab and go, but the service is excellent. Glad we fundó this place inside the Arcade.

Very tasty with lots of choices of toppings. There isn’t much seating space as the place is very small but worth the visit none the less.

I visited Viva Acai and found the owner very friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. I had the special acai berry bowl, which was substantial, delicious, healthy and good value. The bowl can take approximately ten minutes to prepare from scratch from fresh ingredients, which include strawberry, blueberries and banana. Dry ingredients, such as granola, coconut flakes and pumpkin seeds are also available. It was great to chat with the owner while she prepared the bowl. One can eat on site or takeaway. I shall definitely visit again.

Having grown up in Australia, I was really excited to try my first acai bowl in London. However, this one was a massive disappointment. We had to wait about 15 minutes for a fresh batch to be made, which would have been fine, had the acai actually tasted any good. There was zero flavour to it and a strange grittiness which I've never experienced before. We opted for the original bowl, which was also very small for £7 - when topped with granola and banana, the bowl was only just half full. I would not recommend this at all.

Went here with a friend and it was our first time trying açai bowls and they were delicious! Relatively good value for the large portion. Only downside was that the owner had to make a fresh batch of açai which took about 10/15 minutes but she spent time chatting to us, whilst she was making it, so that partially made up for the wait.

I've been here 3-4 times and the service has been consistently crap. So much so that i will not be coming back again. If you have the patience of an angel and a spare 30 mins to waste then perhaps you'll get to actually enjoy your acai bowl. Otherwise, just don't bother - it's not worth it. PROS: 1. The actual bowls taste good. CONS: 1. Cash only 2. Waiting time can be up to 30 mins even if there are only 3-4 people besides you 3. There is no set portion size for the toppings, so the owner/employee will just give you as much or as little as she wants to depending how much she spent on the ingredient (price of bowl is constant though) 4. Bowls are not worth the price that you are paying 5. Owner/employee is RUDE: -she constantly interrupts conversations -she won't actually take an order that is inconvenient for her. If she made an unsweetened batch - that's what you're getting because she can't be bothered to make a sweet one for you. -she will snap at you for no reason -she was inappropriate. My friend is eastern european but has an ever so slightly darker skin colour. The owner started asking her where she is from and would not back off and kept *insisting*, and I quote, "No, come on, I can see the arabic". Perhaps she thought it was ok but it's massively inappropriate. I don't have the time or the patience to deal with the above. I doubt many people do.

Delicious Açai! I had the special menu with strawberries, coconut and dates. Açai is very energetic, as such it can replace a small meal. This açaí remind me the great times that I had in Brazil, and the delicious açai that I had over there.

I went to Ukai & my drink was spiked this was a traumatic & triggering experience this review is really a last resort because on having reached out to Alex the manager relating to him how violated & anxious I felt. his reaction or lack there of really was quite shocking. A manager has a duty of care to existing & future clients safety...having felt paralyzed & frightened on the toilet floor I left without my keys/jacket managing to get a taxi. I'm not blaming the bar or manager however I believe as paying customers we all deserve to be acknowledged when in danger this could happen to anyone of us & if it does ,do not expect ANY support understanding or even a reply from UKAi's manager Alex. After four emails I have not been informed if my belongings have been found. At this point Alex you really are part of the problem. To everyone else please be careful & stay safe.

After hearing mixed reviews about this place i decided to try this afternoon tea. They have Halal and Gluten free options. Overall ambiance and decor of the place is nice and floral. Staff was attentive and kindly offered free a hot chocolate to the child. However it took then 35 mins to bring the food on the table despite the whole place being quite empty. We had one Gluten free and one regular afternoon tea. Afternoon tea itself was very presentable offering variety of teas and we tried three different teas, the nicest one was Masala Chai. Sandwiches were ok in taste albeit rather bland. Scones were fresh, tasty and light. Unfortunately the desserts were very average in taste and were very basic. They do not do refills which is unusual for an afternoon tea. There is definitively room for improvement.
