Great food arrived hot and fresh

Arrived earlier than estimated, warm tasty food, everything ordered came.

Food was lovely, but unfortunately delivered an hour late with no communication or updates and restaurant didn’t answer phone

Brought chips from here to finish off our dinner got them home we live 2 minutes away to find them stone cold half cooked and full of oil 🤢

try making an order on phone . girl always answer. but they do not understand English. always messing the order I'm fed up when u go to shop they can't speak English but they blame u. then they say write the order next time.. what a joke I like to speak to owner

Ordered off uber eats, they said it will be delivered before 21.55pm when I rung them at that time the lady who. Answered the phone had. Told. Me it was an uber eats. Driver who took the food to be delivered however the app says they used their own drivers. Tried explain that to them however they was rude and hung up the phone. Nearly 40 quid down the drain😡 now gotta try get a refund. Do not order from here.

Ordered on just eat, showed no sign of food getting prepared. Checked online to see shop was closed. Rang incase this was not the case. No one answered any phone calls. Went to get different food as shop still not answering at 5.15pm.food was on door

Food was of poor quality on this occasion, chips over cooked, kebab looked like it had bed dropped on the floor then scooped up and chucked in the pita bread. What was Edable was cold.

The restaurant said the driver was leaving in 10 minutes but this was already after the latest time it should have already been delivered by. The food was cold and pretty much inedible and we were missing a portion of 18 chicken nuggets. I will never use this restaurant again and would advise friends and family to avoid this restaurant also.

Pakora cod was delicious, as was the scampi. Everything was hot and freshly cooked.

My order was late and I ordered 2 kebabs,chips and curry sauce and got someone else’s order which was two sausages and chips and that wasn’t even cooked properly didn’t even eat it chucked in the bin. Never come here again! Waste of time and money.

OMG, such great, great fidh & chips. And the sausages too, superb.. Fresh tasty & absolutely lovely portions. Went in once sfter a walk with the kids and we were not disappointed :). Went ba k for more the following week. Very good customer service too. It was a very busy evenkng when we went in. Thank you for being tound the corner. Will definstely be going back

love the fish and chips here. The cod is big and chunky and you get just the right amount of chips so there is No leftovers or waste.

Food never arrived and it’s late now I rang and violet chippy said driver will leave in 5 minutes now it is over 1hour and 30 or 40 minutes 2 hours maybe this is unacceptable and I will never order from this place again in future

Absolutely disgusted! Order over hour late, chippy not answering phone, offered £3 for delay! Drove round and it was shut!!! Strangely turned up after I got home. Where did it come from because nobody was at shop when I went there!! Food was cold greasy and dry, terrible customer service by violet chippy will never ever use again.

How ordered off Uber eats I ordered the chicken Fillet burger that came with chips the chips were not great at No sort of crisp to them and the burger was disgusting. Sorry to say it taste slightly like a vegetable Samosa the seasonings that won’t put in the batter it’s quite sickening. I could only handle one bite . I did not enjoy my food at all. I also ordered burger sauce top on the side, but they never gave it to me or any sauce on the side, but I guess it is what it is. Waste of money

Donner meat was old and stale, didn’t look like a large portion either….not fresh like it has been in the past….fish was cold n soggy n stuck to the paper as were the chips.

Took the money through Uber Eats on a Sunday when they're showing as closed on Google and open through the apps and never delivered. I see many other reviews like that. This needs to be reported as they're purposely taking people's money without any intention of delivering

The best fish and chips in the west London area. Period. It's always super fresh, tasty and they go out of their way for you. If you want the best experience, call the store and order for collection. Don't rely on third-party delivery apps.

Woman I spoke to on the phone about laye delivery was very rude! when the food finally turned up it was stone cold and missing half the order! I kept ringing the restaurant, she finally answered and said why am I keep ringing if we have the food?!!!! absolutely disgusting

Food came fresh and hot very quick delivery and good value for money.

The curry sauce was thick and horrible, gooey consistency. The fish tasted oily, greasy and bland. The chips were dry and oily. The savaloy had fluff in it and was dry, hard to bite into however the inside (meat) was okay

The delivery gentleman is very polite & friendly very happy with the experience
