What a Bakery!! Everything available is the highest quality. Breads are excellent & taste (& feel!) like real bread should. Spoiled for choice, if you're in the area, call in you won't be disappointed. If you're not - then go there anyway.... The Baked goods are also excellent and having sampled quite a choice I know what my favourite Cake is (I bought nearly all the lot on my last visit), I'm keeping it to myself though in case they run out. I'll be putting in an order before I go to make sure I get some next time. Staff are really nice people, helpful & knowledgeable. Coffee is also very good which is a bonus.

This is a little gem of an artisan baker in Lincoln. It has successfully filled a real gap in the local food offering. Get yourself there early to bag the superb house sourdough before it sells out. I think this is my favourite bread in the whole wide world, easily the best bread I’ve ever eaten. Who needs to make sourdough when you’ve got this on your doorstep? The pain au chocolat is excellent, as are the croissants and kouign amann, a buttery Breton speciality. They also do oat milk latte. What more do you need?

As a member of the Real Bread campaign I was really pleased to find this charming little shop on Steep Hill on the way up to the castle and cathedral. They have a sourdough of the day and last Sunday it was Apricot and Almond. Lovely tasty bread, made as it should be with flour, salt, water and love. Bought some baked goods to take back home and they were enjoyed along with the sourdough a d some Lincolnshire cheese bought elsewhere. Next time we are in Lincoln Vines will be a must visit. Do the same. You won’t regret it.

The Bakery is on steep Hill and although it doesnt have seating inside at least i think not the cakes and coffee my wife bought were absolutely delicious. First class pastries and great quality coffee served by a very helpful friendly person. Just what we needed

Vines Bakery offer a small, but brilliant selection of baked goods. They update what's on offer regularly, which means there is always something new to try. Everything I have bought from here has gone beyond my expectations. The pastries are always exceptionally buttery and crisp. They off a super selection of breads and bagels perfect to take home. And the sweet treats - well, they are simply beautiful. If you do stop by, be sure to try a Kouign Amann. They are sweet, crispy parcels of pastry heaven!

We ordered a afternoon lunch selection for 25 people at our baby shower in Lincoln. The owner Dez could not do enough to meet our requests. He delivered a fantastic spread. The selection of sandwiches were delicious and he catered for everyone’s dietary needs. His homemade sausages and his scones with cream and strawberries went down a storm. They delivered to our venue, which took away all the added stress. Thanks again for delivering us a lovely spread on our special day. We will definitely use Margaret’s Tea Rooms a again.

Pretty nice place, nice to sit out in the sun though it's on a main road which was pretty busy. Resonable prices and a friendly place. Will go again.
