Village Pizza in Walsall

Chicken parmesan and house special pizza is very nice especially when fresh. Parking avaiable outside shop. Close to karma so other shop options locally aswell. Staff are friendly and helpful. The owners are lovely people.

I placed an order on Uber eats, driver was arrogant and rude. Paid for food which wasn't delivered to my house! Delivered to wrong place and food was left on the floor which then there was a slug on top of the parmesan box!

Food used to be good. Now the pizzas have dropped in quality for a number of years.

Always good service and tasty food

Firstly 4 members of staff stood in the back talking about politics and eating, looked towards me but ignored me forcing myself to phoning and placing the order while in the shop. Came at given time to pick up the food it was just starting to prepare meaning I had to wait a extra 10 minutes. 2 minute drive to home, the chicken felt off the parmesan has zero taste and is possibly the worst parmesan I've ever tried. When we rang the store the ignorant member of staff just hung the phone up. The level of disrespect from this establishment to its customers is awful,they do not realise what customer service is about at all.

So rude people when i had called they say a different price but when the driver comes they say a different price and when i called up saying why have you charged so much the man just hung up on me

We order from you at least once a week and we usually love it but really disappointed this week the prices have gone up but portions are smaller I brought a cheese pizza for my children but it was really spicy how can a plan cheese pizza be spicy

I drive miles to go to this takeaway just for the pizza. I am not a big fan of pizza or cheese, but i can eat this pizza with the cheese on. I love how the veg is cut in smaller pieces. The sauce is tasty, the dough is just right & with a crispy crust. The people are great too x My family love their chicken parmo too!

Gone down hill big time, we are regular customers but this time they said they want a deposit down so driver will come to pick up deposit, and when the pizza did eventually arrive they had hardly no taste especially the garlic pizza, might just be an off day so will try again as we can’t forget about the good times.

Ordered a delivery and was supposed to come at 8pm but came at 9pm..phoned the shop and the arrogant, bad mannered employee told us it went at 8.10pm... that was a lie coz when it came at 9 the food was piping hot...so they forgot to make our order... parmesan was dry and made from frozen chicken breasts...pizza was dry... wish there was an option for 0 stars... will not be returning

Had a medium pizza recently. Guy did not give any sauce. When asked he said 30p for sauce lol. Which were basic chilli mayo sauce. Its not about 30p but its principle when a customer spends money in your shop to buy a meal you in return expect him to pay for sauces. That's ridiculous. How can you sell your food without giving sauces.

Ordered food tonight 22.02.20 and it was absolutely disgusting. Came swimming in grease. Kebab in naan bread looked like it had been dipped n chip fryers n served!! Will never be eating from here again which is a shame as we did enjoy ordering and eating from here as it was good food and good value for money. The only thing consumable was the cans on pepsi that came with our order.

Excellent Pizza place and a great value for money! Excellent customer service and I was offered a great service! The delivery service is excellent. However, I do recommend that they have a card service when you order online or over the phone and you want to pay the driver. The Pizza is delicious and undefeated! I've been a regular customer for a while now and they are very successful and the food is great! I've never had a single issue with Village Pizza! I highly recommend them and I strongly advise you to try them. Honestly, once you do you will be a regular customer until the day you die!

Generally the pizza is very good. They also allow you to bring I your own toppings to add to the pizza compared to other shops. Most friendly staff ever.

Moved to Walsall in September. We have been struggling to find a nice takeaway that we actually enjoy. I'm so happy to of finally found village pizza. Hot, on time and friendly staff. Food isn't covered in grease and I actually get what I ordered and what I actually request (sauces) thousand percent happy with my meal this evening. After months of disappointment ordering from various places, Thankyou village pizza. You have gained a happy regular customer.

Just received order, very prompt and hot, however my children actually spat out their cheese and tomato pizza as it was saturated in masala? What a waste of money.

Simply the best takeaway you wish to go too! Very friendly and efficient staff and the food is always of the very highest quality. Always prepared freshly and served hot. The Team work tirelessly to make sure the food is bang on and therefore I think it's the best place I'v ever been to. Just AMAZING !!!!
