Use to order from here all the time always lovely . Ordered one night my food was disgusting looked very different rang up and lady who answered admitted the manager told them to add different ingredients to the dishes tonight. Wouldn't refund me never Ordered since

I had chips from Verona Pizza but the food was late,greasy and afterwards I was sick.My Auntie says it's not usually like that but I was not happy with their service.

we had no problems. we ate and were full. we had a full cheese pizza each and it was hot and well cooked. we have read some reviews and it looks like its a hit or miss day of you get a good deal with your food. we can not fault anything. i we got it on delivery that took less than eight minutes and for some reason got a free bottle of pop with our order, no extra charge, hey that made us smile, yes we will use again.we will visit the shop next time and see if they have seating in for meals but until then we do not know if they have tables and chairs inside. as we had cheese pizza we are unsure if the meat options is halal meat. sorry this is a basic review .

We regularly order from Verona’s. The food is always delicious with big portions. Yesterday our order for collection was literally 3 minutes late so they gave us a free large bottle of Pepsi, great customer service. Great staff, lovely food.

Was told 45 minute delivery time, waited 1 1/4 hours before ringing back and lady said next one out but not apologetic and when arrived nearly 40 mins later still no apology. Food was obviously rushed and under cooked, disgusting food and service

I visit Hardy's Road shops quite frequently and had never tried the takeaway so thought I would give it a go and instantly regretted wasting my money! Nothing worse than a bad takeaway to ruin a cheat meal! Myself and my partner ordered two chicken calzones, both were disgusting and the dough was undercooked as well. Will not be placing any more orders here!

Constant amazing food. Cooked perfectly and huge portions. Colour of pizzas are flawless. This is their Verona Special pizza and its looks awesome. The only pizza place I will trust.

Last time we went to Verona was September time and ordered chicken kebabs and was very dry and not even cooked well , we passed by yesterday and tried chicken kebab and a pizza as we heard new owners took over , its well better than before and more tasty

I used to love this pizza place, was our favourite place to order from until they got new owners!!! I went in a few days ago and the man who was obviously in charge was so rude to his staff, clicking them, tutting at them and also talking down at them. It was disgusting. Also whilst I was sat there waiting for my food the cook looked down at my food to wrap it up with a massive dribble snot coming out of his nose which he didn't clean with a tissue he just got his arm and wiped it up!!!! WE NEED THE PREVIOUS OWNERS BACK

Absolutely disappointed for the previous ownership in this company for letting it go. We have used Verona for the past 15 year and now we are disappointed within the quality of the food and the service. Never ever will we recommend this company to an anyone unless improvement is in order. Until the....STAY AWAY

OK so it seems this place has changed hands but keeping the name. We placed our order for take away and was then told they no longer take card payments it's only cash payments now, luckily we had enough cash on us. The pizza was very nice.

Too marks again we have the special house kebab .Always first class girl on the phone and delivery driver where exelent x You was not there the other week and we went some where else never again if you are closed we do without x

Ordered a mighty meat. Got a margherita with cooked meat chucked on top. I'm still hungry but the dog loved it. This place used to be great

if you just cant go to the loo because you feel blocked deep inside then eat here because once you have had the terrible food you will be running for the loo!! or it will fly back up and out of your mouth!!

Nunca tuvimos una mala comida desde aquí, pizzas frescas muy agradable con un montón de ingredientes. Sus raciones de col son enormes en comparación con otras tiendas de pizza, cuando están aproximadamente el mismo precio! Las jóvenes que son personal del mostrador me pareció poco y sin embargo no sé cómo sonreír, parece. . .

Verona lovely as normal delivery on time good exelent .Delivery driver even brings streets for our dogs

Thought we would try this venue never been before - sorry only average staff were ok we do like our local better, could have had more filler on top maybe see you again your food was fresh enough and the quality was good.

Ordered a pizza with chips. Pizza was soggy swimming in fat and chips were undercooked. Thrown in the bin shocking worst meal ever had. Avoid like the plaige

What an excellent take away pizza we have just had from veronas. The quality was excellent as was the service from the staff on the phone and on collection of our meals.We have used this takeaway for several years now and have not had cause to complain about anything. Yes you might have a little bit of a wait at the weekend when it's busy, but what takeaway isn't busy at the weekends.We also have many friends that also use veronas and none have any complaints... Infact I am astounded to see bad reviews on this thread!!!So get in there and enjoy a great meal from this popular takeaway.

Best time to go is when they are closed !!!! Disinterested staff bordering on the rude !!! Not good food either !! Much better places around !!

Meal was excellent. I have been going to Verona for the past few years and never had any issues. The staff have a always made me feel welcomed. Verona has always been my number one take-way.

After more than 15 years this is still my favourite pizza place in Cleethorpes. I honestly cannot remember a time when we had a bad meal from here, even recently when compared to the new 'square pizza' place. We keep going back because of the overall experience.

I live not far away from the Verona and have used it approx once a week for many years. I have always found the food to be excellent both in quality and quantity and always represents good value for money. The pizza platters are a very filling meals and our Grandchildren rate the meals as "the best in the world". I have never experienced anything but excellent friendly service from the owner and staff. At weekends there might be a short wait for our order but that is down to the popularity of the shop. The shop and kitchen area which can be seen from the public side of the counter always look exceptionally clean and well maintained. I cannot praise this establishment too highly. Dave M.

Excellent food with excellent service. Pizzas are amazing and the house kebab is perfect for sharing. The calzones are made with lots of filling. Very quickly delivered. Excellently priced. Highly recommended

Came home for a weekend from university, decided to try Verona for the first time from a recommendation. First walked in, the shop looked so clean and hygienic, staff was well presented in smart clothes, we got served by helpful polite staff that knew everything about the menu!! We watched the food being made fresh and fast as possible. When we got it home it was still hot, and everything was so nice, from dad's pizza, to sisters chicken kebab to my wrap, none of us could pick a fault with the food! Also looked very busy which looks a positive from a customers point of view! We will definitely be using Verona as our regular as we couldn't fault the shop, staff or food! 5*** HIGHLY RECOMMEND!:)

Ordered from here for a family of 6, found the menu good with lots to choose from. I thought is was reasonably priced, our food arrived 30 minutes later was hot and enjoyed by all, would order from here again!

Me and my boyfriend decided for an alternative Saturday night take away and tried here for the first time, it was a complete waste of time. For starters we were waiting 15 minutes for one of the two female counter staff (completely gormless!) to even acknowledge us. When they finally got round to taking our order the women couldn't have been more enthusiastic if she tried. We were questioning a few things about what came part of our deal and whether sauces were including as part of our kebab deal to which she replied very bluntly they come with it as if I should have known. So while sat waiting for our food watching the two counter females look as if their world was coming to an end and not having a clue what they were doing, one shouts across to us and says that she has charged us wrong and we needed to pay extra for the sauces to which I argued the fact she had told us they were part of the deal. Finally when our food was ready we walked out back to the car and I checked to make sure all of our order was there to which the sauces wasn't! So off I went back in with the food put back on the counter and told them about the missing sauces and made a point of her 'remembering' to charge us extra but yet not actually putting them in. Resulting in her turning red and no apology, just handing over the sauces. By which time we got home the food was cold so we had to reheat what we could and was very disappointed! Will not be returning.

Went to pick up our family meal which wasA total let down - I really wish we'd got an Indian instead - It was a total waste of money.....The charity collection box on the counter is an illegal collection box. Never seen anything so dodgy in my days ??

Terrible pizza and kebab disgusting meal ended up in bin atmosphere when picking meal up terrible the cook shouting felt sorry for counter staff and delivery driver waiting for order not good for small children who were also in there waiting for their supper a terrible place will order from domino's in future !!!!

We ordered as a family of12,our order wasn't complicated and we were told it would be 60 minutes. 80 minutes later our order still had not arrived, we phoned up and asked where it was and all they could say was sorry-it'll be 70 mins.Our order arrived after 90 minutes -it was stone cold and inedible. We phoned up and complained and Verona really couldn't give a damn. The staff were young girls and the management couldn't put it right. Absolutely dreadful!!!! Never again!!!

Used these guys for the first time tonight and will DEFFO be using again! Ordered 2 chicken kebabs, garlic mushrooms and a garlic bread( which was free as order was over a tenner) and was delivered, piping hot within 20 minutes!!! Food was amazing & was proper stuffed when finished! Could not recommend these guys highly enough!!!!
