Got burger and chicken kebab via Rossendale Eats. It’s the second time I got the chicken kebab and it was amazing both times. First time with pitta, which was smaller and the pitta fell apart a bit. This time I got it with the naan and it was even more amazing. The chicken tastes lush and the salad was proportionate. They do add chilli’s but you can take them out easily so you have the option of spicy or not! I’ve just had the second half of the naan for lunch and it was lovely. Held together, with sauce, and absolutely worth it. Couldn’t recommend the chicken kebab more!!!

Ordered twice when placed order over the phone and asked for mayo on large donna and chips and they haven't supplied it just red salt nit ordering again I've even told them on the phone I didn't get it on the other order week before

We regularly get takeaways from Venice and the past few weeks they’ve been really really good. Even before this they were nice but since their refurbishment they’ve delivered lovely food each time. The pizza isn’t greasy or oily, their chips have always been pretty spot on, thin and relatively crispy. We have tried a couple of different takeaways in Bacup and have found this one to be our favourite. Would certainly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Over an hour for delivery and got soggy chips and a pizza that gave me the runs disgusting!!!!!!

Prices up, size of boxes have shrunk! I won't be going again shame really foods ok!

Food arrived hot, was fresh and tasty. Order was correct. Took around 25mins weekday evening. Will order again.

Waited nearly 2 hours for order. Kids were in bed when it finally arrived so totally waisted. Phoned twice for update and staff are very rude. Will not recommend this place at all or ever order from them again.

Waited nearly 2 hours for food. When phoning for an update, just kept getting told ten minutes. By the time it had arrived my kids had all gone to bed and so missed out on their takeaway tea. When I complained, the person I spoke to didn't even seem bothered and wasn't willing to offer any kind of compensation. Food certainly wasn't worth the ridiculous wait!

Wait over 2hrs for food tonight which now I request refund to how late and making my own tea. I'm disgusted how rude the member staff was about it and never apologise. I'm never going there again

The food standards in this place are shocking! I ordered 8 wings and chips, the wings were uncooked and the meat was so slimy. It looked like the chicken was not washed beforehand and left me with a bad stomach. The chips were dry and they did not give sauces or a drink with my meal!

I had a shish kebab and found the meat was uneatable. It was like the heel of my shoe rock solid. I give 2 stars because they were pretty fast.

One cannot have much expectation from a takeaway shop. It was a clean shop however; I found the staff not much enthusiast to serve the customers well. It was a bit disappointing!

Awful service, never listen to what you order. Mistakes have been made on so many occasions. Waited 1 hrs and 45 mins tonight and order was wrong and what arrived was cold. Won't be ordering from them again.

The kebabs are great , cooked over chargrill so you get a delicious taste .

The staff are always polite and friendly. The food was always good but dare I say even better now after re opening since covid. Open kitchen always clean and the food is in my opinion with an Italian mum very authentic. Even even down to anchovies in the pizza sauce. Brilliant work

some food okay but the rest you don’t get what you paid for and is literally inedible, when rang up you just get told you get something free next time. Like I would waste a penny here again

Chicken kebab and Donner meat very dry couldn't eat it all . burger was ok and garlic bread was nice but the dry meat spoiled it all.

Just like any pizza-kebab-burger-chicken place their range of food is honestly really impressive, the quality of their food is one of the better I've seen from similar takeaways and overall it's become our family's favourite pizza (etc) place! Prices are brilliant, portion size is more than generous and the speed at which they can produce big meals is pretty impressive! I would recommend collection rather than delivery to cut out a big chunk of waiting time, but, to be honest, their delivery service isn't the worst I've encountered and generally seems to be reliant on how busy they are on their way to you (you could get lucky and be the first on their trip). If you're ordering in person they only take cash not cards, so if you want to pay via card then you're probably best ordering online (just eat is what I tend to use).

Best takeaway food in Bacup by far, very fast service too.

Never normally have an issue. However this occassion we ordered pizzas at 6:40 still waiting for food to be delivered at 8:25. Phoned to ask where is was only to be told it will be another 10 - 15 mins.. no apology. Not good. Not happy children.
