McDonald's in Rossendale - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

Visit regularly but today the food was sub standard. Luke warm all dishes. Service was not quick. My impression was they were short staffed or inexperienced staff.

Basic McDonald's with everything that means.

The tray that lunch came on was dirty which was off putting but the food itself was hot and fresh. Updated...the toilets were unclean with soap all around the sink and overflowing sanitary bins.

Very busy but didn't have to wait long, food was very hot.

The drive thru line was stationary for 15 minutes so I parked up and went inside. The lady at the counter was lovely and tried her best to be helpful but nobody had bothered to give her any training in how the app or their systems work so she has to constantly chase her manager around the kitchen which must be frustrating for both of them and all she could do was complain about the quality of the app and how busy the place was, she also seemed to have to go a very long way round through several doors to fetch boxes of happy meal toys to restock. I am sure there is a better way of organising things to save this lovely lady's legs from all the miles she has to run in a day. With my drive thru order cancelled and re-paid as a shop order our food arrived and we ate. Our souls suitably crushed by the anticlimax that is McDonald's food, we hit the road and continued with our day

Nice clean place. But as i got to the counter the girl on the till left. I didnt have to wait too long before a nice young man served me. The chips were not hot and crispy but the coke was nice n cold. Lots of parking and plenty of space to sit outside. Bril location.

Food missing again .again . Again. Rang mcdonald's they said they left the food Sorry Again. I have to sort it with just eat . Told mcdonald's it's not just eats fault it's your's. I asked if I could pick up the missing items they said no go through just eat so now someone has to go without food again . Thanks mcdonald's again.

Absolutely shocking waited an hour for food ,when it came it was stone cold we only live 5 minutes down the road, 2 small children had chicken burgers that was stone cold and you can not reheat chicken they couldn’t eat them. Items was missing from the order also. Absolutely horrendous service. Tried to call Haslingden McDonald’s and no answer phone just keeps ringing. Would not recommend

The food was great, and the staff were very friendly and polite. Good sized carpark too.

Drivers always go to Jubilee Court even though I give specific comments on 'notes for courier'. I have to stop ordering from here. Either something is missing or they go to wrong address - or both! I officially give in.

My food went to two wrong hoises before it got to mine via my neighboir delivering it to me. Also straws were missing yet again. My son cannot drink his milkshake

Ordered Qtr pounder with cheese … what turned up was a bit of spicy chicken in a bun with onions. Even I could tell the difference between a burger and chicken!!

Not much to say about McDonalds really. Staff do what they are paid to do, the place is clean and the chips are cold. Same as every other McDonalds.

Clean and efficient. Well stocked with condiments. Didn't have to wait long. Food was fresh and hot. Staff could have been a bit more interactive rather than just shouting order numbers.

if I could leave zero stars I would, waited nearly 2 hours for my order, it arrived stone cold, I ended up binning most of it.. fizzy drinks where flat, milkshakes like water... horrible!

the delivery time changed multiple times, making us wait for over an hour, and the food was cold when it arrived as well as the sauces that was supposed to come with the meal was missing.

This is now the fourth order in a row where things have been missing/wrong from this particularly McDonalds, and the fries were white (almost uncooked) and the burger buns burnt. Think we will have to start ordering from a McDonalds further away as the staff here seem incompetent

If I could give no stars I would! This place is a joke! Waiting 2hours for food ordered and when you try to call them they don't answer. Food is always cold or items missing and if it isn't the food issue, school leaver staff are rude and unhelpful.

Went to oder a milkshake at the drive-through to be ignored so I drive to the window to then a women with short hair, covered in tattoos pulling faces to another customer on the head set ? After I just waited 4 minutes unbelievable!

Wrong order completely. Ordered £25 worth of food and received a chicken select sharebox and a McFlurry. No answer from restaurant when called 5 times. Very poor

Too slow. Priority given to drive through and just eat orders as usual. 15 minute wait for 2 mcmuffins and to flat whites. One muffin had a big piece of egg shell in.

I ordered Large 9 piece nuggets meal and large chicken sandwich meal, with both of these I ordered large banana shake and strawberry shake, I received Happy meal milkshakes tried to phone macds to complain and had phone put down on me 4X unanswered

Food was cold sons ice cream had melted my time it arrived didn’t end up eating waste.

I am a bit against mc Donald's as I think the food is disgusting and made of plastic but that's just me. The staff are friendly and helpful and I couldn't see anyone unhappy and it was very clean I could only see from the drive through.

Foods always cold, says its open 24h but when we go it's closed. Really gone down hill...So disappointing compared to some others....Update! New sign up saying open 24 hours, just been to get a brew for journey home and guess what? It's closed. Absolute joke this branch.

Fresh hot McDonald's. That's a rarity where we live as it's often served cold. We visited here for the first time yesterday and were served the hottest food we've ever had. No complaints. It was nice. My only gripe would be the pot holes in the car park. They really need fixing.

Didn’t get any straws, no sweet chilli dip that should go with chicken select and we ordered only one triple cheeseburger that had to have bacon on it not two!

My niece and nephew love it plus the caramel fraps triple cheese burger for me .

Terrible attitudes from multiple female staff here with no care for customer service, a simple request for some straws resulted in a face of disgust and treated like a massive inconvenience. Also to mention the requested Coke Zero was in fact full sugar, that would be a disaster for someone who is diabetic!

If your drivers have delivery targets then they are lying to you. The time slot was 14.10-14.40 the app said my food was delivered at 14.23, yet I am still sat here at 14.40 waiting for my delivery……….

I personally don't think much of this place, I didn't find the staff friendly or helpful, the whole place was very dirty, food and debris all over the floor while the bins were over flowing with rubbish, I would not stop here again,

I'm just fed up with lack if attention to orders. I don't think I've had a complete order fir a long time. It's ridiculous and always same restuarent but we like macdonalds food. Just so annoying always something missing and costs alot

Worse chips ever! We stop here because is convenient for us, but today is going to be our last time. Never got a nice chips, always old and disgusting. Today my daughters burger were burned, my sons rap empty, my husbands big mag all over the place and my wrap the wrong type of chicken! None was ok. Pay for the sauces when I never need to pay for it and cokes glasses never full and with ice. Today honestly was the worse day. Place looks nice and clean. And location is great.

Second time this week ive been and both times they served me chewy cold slightly reheated fries. Not being funny but a local scruffy takeaway that has no hygeine rating can cook and provide better quality fries. As a restaurant thats gotta be embarrassing to hear. I ordered food from here about a month ago too, and got home to find they hadnt even packed my sons food so had to let him have mine and order myself a pizza. Great service thanks bunch!
