McDonald's in Rossendale

milkshake was not fresh and all melted, food was really salty

took 3 hours to arrive after I had ordered, nothing to do with driver just the app, mcflurrys were melted and drinks were no longer cold

delivery didn't turn up, but said it had

Missing food orders, frozen fries, cold burgers- just to add to it 8 hours stuck on the toilet. Days work missed because of your negligence

Food has turned up freezing cold 1 hour and 40 minutes after the order was accepted. Happy Meal is missing but the drink for it is here

On my last three orders, Haslingden McDonalds haven't sent one complete or correct order. They are terrible.

Often stop on way to Burnley. Pity the food is not worth eating. Only get coffee which is cheap and OK

5.25 am Sat morning, doors locked, drive thru coned off, no one in sight. Clearly states both on the door and online it opens from 5.00am. Common theme here they just open when they please.

They can't even send two burgers and two chips together. They are so incompetent, one of my burgers was missing. I was left hungry during my 30-minute lunch break.

Driver stopped on way and stayed in place for over 10 minutes outside a shop. Everything was cold by the time it finally arrived. Also missing sauces and straw 1/10

Food sizes have decreased and so has quality but it's fast food so what do you expect. The disabled toilet was unclean, small, bin was blocking side of toilet so. unsafe to transfer to toilet, the emergency pull cord was wrapped up behind a bin so was unaccessible if fallen

When you order items you expect them to turn up and then when they don’t and you ask for a partial refund on said items you expect them to. Multi million pound companies refusing to refund just short of a fiver

TOTALLY FED UP NOW. Missed 3 items how on earth does this happen. So paid £19 for 2 hash browns, mighty muffin and a Latte and missed sausage pancakes large hot chocolate and a hash brown how can things be missed. they took over 30mins to do this and had the delivery driver cancel another job waiting

Staff good, place good, service good and food good and warm not like some other McDonald's I have been to when food turn up cold.

rare to get a nicely prepared, all items that were ordered to show up, always use rising bridge as they never miss anything off my order. food is always roasting hot and not lazily prepared. don't have to rearrange my burger before eating haha🤣

my food was so cold we didn't eat any off it .. it took 50 mins to get it delivered and I live 5 mins away . I think my food was prepared at least 30 minutes before the courier got to the restaurant. I have been offered less than £5 refund for a £20 order which i could only have the drink from.. very disappointed

Took almost an hour to deliver a happy meal and an ice cream. Ice cream has melted and happy meal was stone cold. Shocking service, this is why I use other delivery services normally

Always missing food from this McDonald’s. Blackburn road branch is far better for quality and accuracy, on nearly every occasion.

The order never even came do my door I still haven’t gotten my order and it’s said that it’s been delivered. The delivery driver drove past my house and just drove off I still haven’t gotten not even got my money back either. Absolutely ridiculous

jokers whoever is on burger station. calm down with the lettuce and look at the order at hand, you might get it right. management get some control of your staff it happens all too often especially late at night !!

food was picked up at 17.20 and arrived 18.15 the driver called at 18.01 to ask us to come out of the house as there was a white Audi on the drive. nothing was on the drive, she had gone to the wrong location. when she did arrive the food was stone cold, you can't reheat a burger with tomato salad and sauce. the whole lot went into the bin. Over £22 of cold food and terrible delivery service

missing burger I ordered a chilli cheese burger and not got it

chips were cold. Burgers cheese gone to 1 side of the burger & fish gone to the other side. It looked like its been shucked in. No care for quality.

2 McFlurry missing and food cold

whats the point in asking if we want dips with the chicken nugget and happy meals if you never send them. Attention to detail makes all the difference. Good job we got our own sauces at home.

Never usually have a problem with this restaurant, used them for years after many late night finishes but today was ridiculous. Went through the drive through, end up pulling into the outer of the 2 lanes they have and sat here waiting to order. Was sat here for around 10 minutes with nothing coming through the tannoy to make my order whilst the other lane 6 cars had made their orders and moved round to the other side to collect their food. Assume it must be broken which is fair enough these things happen so reversed out of this lane and move over to the other one behind another car that was behind me in the queue and had done the same. Whilst then waiting in the other lane another car pulls round and into my initial lane. Someone spoke to them straight away and order was made with no issues? How can you have a customer sat there for 10 minutes with no communication then for someone to drive straight into the empty lane that I’ve now vacated to then be served straight away and still ended up ahead of me in the queue? Then to top it all off I then get round to collect my food to then be told go park up and wait for your food they’ll bring it out to me. Have now been sat for another 10/15 minutes waiting for the food to come out to me, which is cold! Cheers McDonald’s, kids crying now, absolute shambles of a service today.

McDonald's forgot to put my daughters birthday cake donut in and my fries where a very small portion in a large box

Took 2 hours 15m and it's a 10min drive, got large chips and were not even half full, everything was cold, want a refund.

The fries were cold! I mean stone cold. We didn’t get our drinks 2 milkshakes and 2 mc flurry’s but we got someone else chicken selects, quarter pounder burger and a cheesy Mac crispy so someone else must of got our drinks and we got their meal can’t understand how wrong they can get it

We ordered at 11:45 as our dinner time at work is 12:30-1 the food came at 1:37 but we aren’t allowed to have a break during this time so we had to eat while working and the food was cold, when we ordered it said delivery would be 12:20, I have screenshot of this, otherwise we wouldn’t have ordered it if we knew it would come so late. Appalling, won’t be ordering again

Time for delivery kept changing and going up, supposed to be fast food! Was over a hour from ordering to them setting off! Once arrived everything was cold! Will not be ordering from here again £27 wasted! Very disappointed

3rd week in a row where I had to ask for ice for my luke warm coca cola that's been sat on the side. Mcdonald's is no longer cheap so don't skimp out on the ice. And no staff smile these days.
