Ordered for 4 people all 4 meals were great delivery time was good also.

Don’t order from here avoid it took 10mins to cook and delivery I got a salt and pepper box for £12.00 first time I have ordered here it was all greasy and was all warmed up food shocking never had anything like it in my life the slat and pepper chicken on bone was like eating hot hot oil ewwwwww never ever again

Food tast nice but the portion sizes are poor they are getting smaller evertime I order, half a tub is rubbish and to say I ordered a special the quality was pretty poor, Meat lettice and sauce... Wish I could add a photo...

Tried to order a sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style with the sauce separate as I was eating it later and didn’t want soggy chicken. Straight away the guy pulled his face, after a long pause he then said ‘why not just order the chicken balls as that comes separately’ I replied ‘I’m sorry, I don’t like those’. He asked ‘what about the veg?’ ‘ what do you mean?’ ‘ well, where do I put that, is it supposed to go in the sauce or with the chicken?’ ‘I don’t mind’ I explained why I wanted it like this, he told me nobody ever orders it like that. I explained that I have asked for this at other places and it’s never been an issue. He told me he would need to charge an extra £1 for doing it like that to which I declined and said I’ll go elsewhere if it’s such a problem, ‘fine’ he said. I am presuming the chicken is cooked separately to the sauce so I don’t understand why it was such an issue (unless he is using frozen meals!🤢). I don’t understand why it needed the Spanish Inquisition and such an arrogant attitude towards what I could see as a simple request. For years I’ve used this Chinese (and in the past requested exactly the same with no issue) but won’t be going again. Thank goodness I didn’t get to the point where I wanted noodles without veg, he would probably have popped an artery!! I’m fussy and don’t expect people to bend over backwards but there’s no excuse for being so rude! Went to Happy Valley and they didn’t even question my request to have it served separately and their food is absolutely amazing!

I I like Hong Kong we usually get a delivery the food is always hot and the chips are really good and the sweet and sour chicken balls always filling. Good job.

Ordered a LARGE salt and pepper box and when it came it wasn’t exactly large. The curry sauce tub had split and leaked sauce over half the food. We normally go to HAPPY GARDEN in Bacup and that was 10x better than this. Avoid and go HAPPY GARDEN!

My daughter over paid the delivery man by 10 and the driver took it. I blamed my daughter for taking the money. When I called to ask them About the over payment they hung up the phone like Was a loser after saying they would speak to the driver. There was not much of an apology for this error when they called me back to say that the driver took the over payment as my daughter was young. Not very professional and would have liked the driver to have been honest about he over payment when he was given the money at the door or for the takeaway to have contacted me to notify me that we had over paid by £10. The food was £45.00 and with the over payment made it £55.00!! We Have been using Hong Kong for years and feel totally Let down by this. What happened to good old fashioned honesty.

Ignorant on the phone, didn't listen, food was wrong 👍

The staff member on the phone was extremely rude, he didn't have any patience with my order on the phone kept talking over me and then ended up putting the phone down on me. My food did come in the end after over an hour wait, the food overall was good, but the squid was very rubbery. Customer relations need some work, we pay your wages.

Quick service and food is consistently good. Only negative is that it's cash only which isn't always convenient.

Please give the guy on the phone lessons in politeness and customer service. Food is good

food comes to quick and is poor quality the hoisin sauce is watered down and noodles are slimy, ordered from here multiple times and never again , the owner or manager whoever runs it is called Keith he is very arrogant

We like the food most of the time .We are vegetarian and sometimes the tofu is over cooked .In general it’s usually good food.When making telephone orders the guy on the phone can be a little bit abrupt but we are used to him now ....must be stressed or something .

I ordered x2 meals and s&p chips i was given frozen meals you could tell the chicken wasnt fresh and it was really disgusting definitely not worth the money and they kept me waiting for over an hour just to warm food up in the microwave disgusting

I will never order another meal from here again, absolutely disappointed

Ordered tonight, seaweed so salty it was inedible. House Roasted meat pork was dry as leather, duck was full of fat no meat. Squid 6 small pieces. Over priced rubbish food do not order from here. I rang them and they said that’s the way it is. Go to jasmine house, good quality food, plenty of it

Disappointing! Ordered sweet and sour chicken Cantonese style. The chicken tasted burnt and the sauce was tasteless. Sent the wrong drink and I found the man on the phone abrupt and kind of rude. Won’t be going again.

Probably the worst Chinese I have ever had the most bland and undercooked food I've tasted from a Chinese.. plus the guy behind the counter needs a personality lovely clean place but that is all not impressed

Sadley this was such a disappointment. Bland food full of water when put onto our families plates. Overcooked and soggy. Been on a diet for 3 months so I was so looking forward to this. If you want watery soup instead of daucrs and fresh veg then this is your place!! I wish we could upload the photos of what we got. Disgusting wast of money. Gave it to the dog 🐺🤢🤢 he walked away too.

Absolutely lovely! Taste is fresh, hot and yummy, portions perfect. Friendly delivery, free prawn crackers, and quite possibly the nicest Chinese takeaway either of us had ever had. Unfortunately, they missed a rice off of our order and didn't pop in a menu, however there was plenty of food and we hadn't been expecting the free rice anyway. 5 stars despite that reflects how lovely the food was Absolutely recommend and we will be back... Possibly more often than we should 😋

The best Chinese takeaway in the valley. Friendly staff and the delivery driver is also nice and friendly. And I even travel from Ramsbottom.

When you find a really good take away- this is one of those. Lots of different options including tofu dishes. Quick service, Usually takes about 20 min. There is a Cash machience right across road as they dont take card only cash.
