Varanasi in Neath Port Talbot

This is not a comment on the food as I would still like to try it but rather the staff and general service. I ordered on line with payment on delivery. After 1.5 hrs still no food, I e-mailed (no reply) and tried calling multiples times but line either just rang or went to an answer phone as well. I went there in person only to see the staff outside smoking, a closed sign on the door and I could hear the phone ringing constantly with nobody even bothering to answer it. I was told the chef was taken to hospital sick and they were waiting instructions from the boss. How about putting an answer machine message saying you were closed because the chef was sick FFS, not rocket science.

Amazing service, delivered on time, piping hot. The food tasted great and fresh. Best indian I’ve had in a long time! Will definitely order from here again. Both my partner and myself really enjoyed. Mixed grill was delicious. So was the chicken tika balti. Highly recommend this place

Simply the best Indian food around the Neath area. The staff are pleasant, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

First time here for food and was ok on the whole. What was annoying is after the meal they say no internet and cash card machine not working. This meant my colleague had to walk to bank with the waiter to get cash. Frustrating and embarrassing and why did they not say anything when we walked in. Annoyed and disappointed

We recently visited for a sit down meal was absolutely beautiful very accommodating as we just turned up and welcoming as we had small babies 2 and 5 weeks . What can I say complimentary chutney try giant cobra beer food was beautifully presented and piping hot. So impressed ordered a takeaway tonight have to say delivery was early and food to same standard as a sit down meal

I visited this restaurant last night and thoroughly enjoyed my meal as did my son. After demolishing the chutney tree we opted for kachi fry (lamb in batter with black pepper and nutmeg) and tandoori mixed kebab, both were succulent and very tasty, we followed that 0 chicken bhuna lemon rice and lam jal jala(nice and hot) garlic mushroom rice and chips everything was very tasty, and the staff were polite and friendly, Which i now they should be, but towards the end of the panshee regime i found the staff miserable and unhelpful, so all in all another fab place to go👍👌.

This is a new Indian restaurant in Skewen, The staff very helpful. The menu was extensive and well described. We all had different dishes and found them exceptional. Just the right amount. Will definitely visit again.
