Valley Grill in Gravesham

Debemos haber pedido desde aquí cerca de cien veces a lo largo de los años, incluyendo pollo y cordero shish, donner, hamburguesas y comidas para niños. Durante ese tiempo nunca hemos tenido ningún problema que nos posponga el pedido de nuevo. Tienden a ser más rápidos que la mayoría de las entregas -normalmente más rápidos que el estimado- y siempre hemos estado contentos con la comida. Como algunos otros han dicho, envuelven algunos de los kebabs en papel y desafortunadamente puede ser una dificultad desenvolver dependiendo del tipo de kebab - una vez que se empapa puede rasgar fácilmente. Normalmente desenvolvemos el nuestro lo antes posible después de la llegada, lo que ayuda. Además, los kebabs más grandes (las parrillas) están en una caja de cartón en su lugar. Tristemente, el precio ha aumentado significativamente en Just Eat recientemente. Afortunadamente vivimos cerca y si usted está dispuesto a recoger entonces el precio es mucho más bajo, en algunos casos £ 3 - 4 menos por artículo. Las empresas de reparto lo marcan todo, así que no puedo culpar al restaurante por eso.

Just had takeout from Valley Grill, won’t be doing that again, chicken kebab, salad and pitta bread turned up wrapped in paper(WHY NO BOX) absolutely soaked in chicken juice so took 5 mins to separate the paper from our food, chicken was poor quality, pitta bread was saturated 🤮 1/2 pounder cheese burger came with NO SALAD OR BURGER SAUCE!! Even though advertised!! Never again!!

The food here isn't as nice as other kebab shops in the are plus it's more expensive. Won't be going back

As the heading says! This is the ony kebab take-away we will use. Food tasty and well presented and staff are not too bad either lol..

As a type 1 diabetic I found out to my detriment that they add in some kind of flour or maybe sugar to their donar kebab meat. My blood sugar went through the roof! Please change to a traditional recipe which does not use flour. 1 star as you have hidden ingredients.

Ordered food not a large order, took 1hour and 40 min and food was cold, rejected order and no offer to resolve! Terrible!

Terrible service and food. Phones up to complain and they put the phone down on me. Would not use again.

I usually feel uncomfortable and awkward while i wait but the lication is somewhat convenient and the food is great
