The food is absolutely delicious! It arrived hot. The seasoning on chips was so yummy! Ate every bit of very generous portion!

I was renovating my kitchen having all appliances disconnected... very busy with no hope for "soon to be over". When the food arrived we truly enjoyed the moment and obviously the food! Thank You for using good quality ingredients especially mozzarella cheese. I can taste the difference.

The only reason the service gets a 4 rather than a 5 is because I ordered pizza and chips on Tuesday night and they sent the wrong pizza and no chips. Hubby got a kebab and his was spot on. The pizza I did receive was yummy, so no need to complain and I propbably didn't need the chips amyway lol. Would use again as the pizzas and kebabs are lovely.

Sorry but this us because they upset my wife she is Gluten free and tonight they gave burger and a piece of chicken and a bit of salad then told her the chips were not Gluten free so why they gave her some I do not know the only thing they have is a Gluten free pizza cos of this I will not be ordering from hear anymore

Twice we have ordered take-away from here. More than likely will be our go-to choice now. Pizza is restaurant quality. The kebabs are fresh, not greasy at all. Reasonable prices. Food arrives hot. Delivery drivers drop off with a smile.

Great pizzas reasonably priced. We usually pick them up rather than waiting an hour for delivery. But that goes to show how popular they are.

Started ordering about a year ago. I was absolutely amazed with the food quality. Pizzas are 100% restaurants quality.Specially In love the hot shot and four cheese pizza. Chicken kebabs are fresh and well cooked. Chicken parmesan is a must try.

I highly recomend Valentinos because of the very high quality of the food which tastes absolutely delicious.5 stars from me and my family for the whole crew working there❤️

Best kebab I’ve had in years. I popped in the middle of a long journey from Stafford to Northumberland and was greeted by a lovely young lady on the counter The donner meat was very tasty, the chicken was cooked to perfection and flavoured very nicely. The pitta bread was lovely and soft. Can’t wait to try again next time I’m passing. Either that or please re-locate your shop to Morpeth so I can have it every weekend!

I came in today to order a fine tasting meal for me and my good friend. As I placed my order with the fine young girl who was serving me I was asked what sauce I would like with my wrap. I wasn’t too sure on what sauces were on offer so I kindly asked what they had. But I was rudely responded with an arrogant point to the menu board. Shocked I was. She had no sympathy towards me. Not sure who she thought I was. Megamind perhaps? Really not sure. Now, to the food. The wrap. It was honestly just mid a straight 5/10. 6/10 at a push. The donner meat was honestleh just a bit dry the same with the chicken. The chips though. Quite frankly the best ******* chips I’ve ever had. Omg the red salt. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. As a whole Valentino’s is a loveleh place. Just the service and SOME not all but some of the food lets it down. Really wish I could be ranking it higher but for now it’s just not making it to a top ten cuisine in garforth. More like top twenty. All I’ve got to say for now. I would just like to say what fantastic service from valentinos. We ordered a large amount of Pizzas for our coronation street party, they arrived promptly, hot and delicious, would definitely use again, thankyou guys

Took a long time for delivery (although they did phone to say).. I thought that the pizzas were pretty good.. But the incredibly pricy "triple cooked chips" were soft and rubbery not crisp and fluffy inside.. Completely ruined the meal.

Ordered twice from here now and both times the delivery has taken 2 hours. They don’t seem bothered or offer any apology when you call up. Food was ok but I was too wound up and hungry by the time it arrived to enjoy it. Won’t bother ordering again purely due to the customer service & delivery times.

Service has gone down, yet prices have gone up! If you can't keep up with demand, don't offer to provide. Cold food isn't nice, we had to reheat in oven!

Ordered a pizza last week which was poor, the cheese and toppings were loose on top of the dough, it was just a bland mess. Thought it might be a bad one off so tonight I ordered the kebab box. Took one hour and 15 minutes to be delivered, fair enough it's a Friday night and it's busy. But, all of the food was cold, average for the price and there were only two pieces of chicken in the entire box. Very poor and won't be ordering from here again.

Usually enjoy the food but the customer service itself leaves much to be desired. We ordered a garlic pizza and they failed to mention there were in fact two options: tomato or tomato and cheese. This was not made as clear as it should have been and we were given the wrong one. Upon calling back we were told we should have known there was two options, that basically the mix up was our fault, so instead of any offer of a refund or just the correct pizza to be given for free as is the usual and courteous thing many other businesses do, we instead had to pay extra for the correct pizza to be delivered, basically paying way too much for a mix up which wasn’t our fault. As stated, we usually do enjoy the food and in terms of the delivery they are usually always quick and reliable. We were loyal customers but after this treatment we will not be using this establishment again.

Very nice carbonara and the chef is accommodating to personalise your lasagne - in arabiata sauce - its wonderful. Pizza from here is exceptionally good. Thanks chef. 👍

Proper meat, good service and always arrives on time. Ordered from here for years with no issue. Staff are very polite and never any problem with items ordered. They can take a little while longer than most but it’s worth it in the end

The food here is always good. Shame about the lady who delivers your food throws it on the door step bangs like the police and runs off before you get there so rude.

Valentinos have been lifesavers during lockdown. Dominos wouldn't deliver here (3.5 miles out) and aren't anywhere near as good anyway. Excellent tasty pizzas with plenty of toppings. Monday to Thursday meal deals are fantastic value.

Walking up main street faniced some cheesey chips. Back in the day Valentinos was the place to get them. How times change!! Polystyrene tray with cheese chucked on top of greasy fried chips. Then to add to the disappointment the cheese wasnt even melted. Avoid at all costs!

Paid for food online (via paypal) and delivered to completely wrong address refused to redeliver or refund me even though mistake was theirs and put phone down on me when I complained. Luckily I paid by paypal who have refunded in full - I wont be ordering from them ever again they should feel ashamed by their lack of customer service. Such a shame having been a customer for over 20 years - The original family that ran it sold up years ago but these new owners are clueless. Food quality is fine but service is terrible... Shame on them !

I think Valentino’s has change hands as the pizzas and extras I got were no where near the same quality as previous (years of getting great pizza). Cheese was cheap, base was heavy and doghy and the toppings were sparse and of inferior quality. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Excellent Pizza place in Garforth. Online ordering was easy with option to pay via PayPal so no sharing of card details. Food arrived piping hot within the 45 minutes advised at order time. Garlic Bread with thick crust and tomato sauce was delicious. Pizza was great. Burger is fine. Will definitely use again. Good value for money and high quality.

Nearly two hours to get a pizza to Micklefield and when it got here it was awful. Won’t be going back.

iv noticed some bad reviews on here over really trivial stuff and I think is important to point out they have the best food from any takeaway this side of leeds all the ingredients used are top quality even the burgers come with decent cheese in and not some cheap cheese slice I would also like to say that the person who reviewed about the toppings falling off his pizza , what do you expect from a deep pan Bolognese pizza give them a break its an easy thing to happen

Ok, así que inicialmente las pizzas eran geniales de Valentinos, sin embargo, cuanto más pedimos de ellas, más parecen aparecer las grietas. Cada vez que un empleado contesta el teléfono el precio del pedido es diferente. Sí, pido la misma comida cada vez. Al solicitar un cambio en el ingrediente o para que algo se cocine "bien hecho" consideraría esto como una simple solicitud. Nunca pasa Ya era suficiente cuando llegó la pizza bolgnese con la base en un lado de la caja y la parte superior en el otro lado de la caja.

He tenido algunas pizzas geniales en el pasado, pero las últimas 2 visitas han sido muy pobres. Con una pizza me gusta ver la salsa de pepperoni y el queso por separado, pero sabes que hay pepperoni pero está escondido por el queso. También base como cartón. Ordered two pizzas from here whilst camping just down the road in Aberford. Arrived very quickly to camp and two of the tastiest pizzas we have had from a takeaway. Recommend. I’ll order again next time I’m camping in the area
