US Pizza in Ealing

Lovely place! The food that I ordered was great and lovely customer service from Manik! Will be coming back here when I visit Ealing :)

can't fault US Pizza, fantastic offers, good food, fast delivery.

The kebab in the pizza stuffing was hot (jalapeño inside I think). This wasn’t mentioned anywhere when ordering. The quality of the pizza was not as usual.

Driver put my food on top of Weeley bin, outraged

Manik is fantastic always. This is the best pizza hut and i only ever order from here. The team is also always helpful and delivery is always hot and ontime. Anyone thinking of ordering from here please do with no doubt.

Absolutely Avoid! We went away from our regular Pan Pizza! Which is a weapon, shouldn’t have chased the deal. The deep pan is the same as the thin base. The stuffed crust is the same as the thin base. When challenged the difference between the two is that you get a crust on the deep pan but the base is still the same. We ordered 3 large pizzas 2 deep pan one thin base. Hopefully we can submit photos following the review. Appalling.

The spicy wings could have been a bit spicier but the chicken was tender and it was delicious. The American Hot was hot and scrumptious. I’ve reordered this combination on a number of occasions and never been let down.

Pizza was average, garlic bread too. Mozzarella sticks were nice though and the delivery was quick.

The bites were fine but the loaded fries were dry.

Excellent value for money, very generous with their toppings.

Great pizza and wonderful customer service! I collected lunch on Monday and Manik was very helpful, even offering to bring my pizza to the car if I preferred to wait in the car.

The pizza was not as good as every time, the seafood delight pizza was not fresh and the second pizza was not as good as the previous times. I always order pizza from them, but this time im disappointed I used to get the best pizza ever and I always recommend them to others.

This used to be my go-to pizza place. Quality has deteriorated so much. You order a deep pan and you get an underbaked hard pancake. The toppings are scarce and stingy and the portions (i.e chips) are now almost half the size. Not to mention prices have increased so much. Crazy.

The pizzas are delicious but the chicken wings are not worth ordering

Have been ordering the 3 15inch pizza deal for the family for years and always enjoyed it. We all looked at the pizzas tonight and all thought they had shrunk…so got the tape measure out and measured the diameter…14.2 inches on average. Might not seem like a lot but makes a reasonable difference in side and appearance. That’s almost a whole inch depth missing from the entire circumference of the pizza. Disappointing.

First time ordering and it will not be my last! The food was absolutely amazing and the driver was so lovely.

The pizza was lovely as was the onion ring side dish, the delivery driver was a nice chap and delivered it quickly from his pickup time from the shop, it was just picked much later than the delivery time on the just eat web site suggested, probably down not enough drivers on and that's annoying.

The pizza was really nice. Could actually taste cheese not plastic cheese. Only downside was the chicken wings they used to be really good somewhere along the line the method or ingredients changed and now theyre just flavourless. Not to mention the skin was really fatty definitely needed crisping up!

I have used US Pizza without a problem in the past but when they got an order wrong their response was appalling. I had to ask them how they were going to solve the problem rather than the other way round then finally they offered £3 for a missing item that costs £3.99.

The service here is absolutely appalling. The guy who was serving us I said hello twice when I walked in and he stared at me blankly, he then went round the back for quite some time, came back & took the order which was literally just a dessert and whilst I was getting the money he disappeared for 10-15mins. I didn’t know if he was preparing the order or if he just disappeared to do other things. We called out eventually to ask where he was & if they were busy and he snapped back with a yes very busy and disappeared for another 10mins. Still no word that the order was at least being prepared. We then assumed maybe he was handling orders etc by himself….but then his colleague came round after we called out again and he followed shortly after with the order. A bit of communication would have been nice a simple “sorry we’re really busy. I’m preparing your order now…” At this point only I had made my order the other 2 people I was with hadn’t placed their order and due to the lack of communication, poor service and abrupt responses they decided to go elsewhere. This is not the first time I have had terrible service here and I actually stopped going for years. But thought I’d give it another shot but clearly things have not changed. Sort your staff out in this branch please or hire people that can actually work under pressure and still provide service with a smile :)

Best pizza place I’ve found by miles. Always comes hot taste lovely and has plenty of toppings, delivery driver always so nice. I won’t go back to papa johns or dominoes they can’t compete

Generally very good service. On this order they ran out of stock of the cheesecake and were completely out of stock of alternatives. The delivery guy said they were sold out. They forgot to bring my order of coleslaw as well, just didn't read my order details correctly. So 50% of my order was delivered. Not a huge issue and first time this has happened after many orders. Still, the pizza was great as usual!!!
