I've visited this tea house a few times and have enjoyed it every time. The bubble tea is lovely as well as the waffles. Last visit we had the tune sushi which was delicious and fresh. The venue is decorated really nicely and the staff are very friendly.

We rarely order a take away and we were looking forward to last night's food as this place has such good reviews. However, it was so disappointing! The stir fried vegetable noodles were congealed and barely warm, with hardly any veg - half a tea cup of the type that comes out of a discount frozen packet. We also ordered chicken udon noodles - these were slightly better but again the veg was from a frozen packet and the chicken looked like it had come from a can. It was square shaped chunks! And with delivery this was £15! I know food prices have gone up but this was just insulting. Having read the reviews it's mainly for drinks and I would suggest sticking to the tea.

Best coffee and service clean and very friendly staffs will come back again guys will recommend all friends and colleagues

ordered via ubereats from here two times, with the second one being today. so pleased with the quality of drinks and today i had somewhat of a picky order and they made my drink perfectly - one of the best in brum! :) would recommend the watermelon bubbletea with popping bubbles and/ or an oreo frappechino. very decent pricing too!!!

Been several times Really like their cold drinks ,peach ice tea is amazing ,jasmine and lychee and passion fruit if you like a really sweet drink.The lady who serves is absolutely lovely,always polite and asks how you are.Highly recommend:)

Dropped in for something different,it was relaxing and a very pleasant time.food was very nice and well priced.would definitely recommend to others to visit and the owners really know how to look after people .

Nice to have a place that sell different varieties of bubbles tea/ drinks .Good to see there is a play area for kids , while mum and dad can have their food and drinks right beside them . Well done urban teahouse !

It is so wonderful to have this tea house nearby! The service is friendly and fantastic. The food is delicious and was served piping hot. The mock meat noodles and soup are my two favourites. There is a huge selection of delightful drinks. I highly recommend the jasmine green tea and the bubble teas. There is a very calming atmosphere and I have enjoyed visiting on my own and with others. I would highly recommend for anyone to come here. I am very much looking forward to my next visit!

I went with a friend, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The little girl of the owner's came to our table several times and checked we were enjoying our tea, offering iced gems and plastic cutlery. The mango ice tea was so tasty, and my friend savoured her hot bubble tea for ages! Thank you <3

A very nice place to go with little ones. They have large selections of tea, coffee and foods. The kids play area is comfortable, clean. I will definitely come back.

On the go with a nice bubble tea and mango milkshakes. Very competitively priced for a bite to eat and refreshing drinks. Yummy bubble waffle, with the crispy outer surface and soft inside. I am from Hong Kong and I am loving this place.

Loved our brief visit there and will be going back. The bubble waffle, black tea, and thai tea were all ace. Staff were lovely and place is spotless. Definitely be coming back :-)

This tea house has a great atmosphere, friendly staff and variety of drinks and food to chose from. A great place to go and chat with family or with friends. Such a delighted place to go. Will definitely come again.

Visited here today with my wife and daughter, just looking for a cup of tea and a little snack. Really glad we found this place. It was great to try somewhere other than a generic coffee shop. The staff were really nice and the honey ginger tea was amazing. We will be returning next time are in Birmingham in a few weeks!

Took my daughter here for a drink , beautifully decorated , you have to pay it a visit , low calorie tea means I could make room for a lovely cake and toasties !

We visited this tea house this evening as we were attracted by the view from the window. The owners were really pleasant and attentive. They used quality products at a reasonable price. We had some flavoured tea and bubble tea. They tasted beautiful with right amount of sweetness. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family members.

It’s a very good tea house serving tea, coffee and foods. I like bubble tea and bubble waffle. We come very often since they open. Staffs are friendly.

After lots of shopping, felt i had earned a well deserved cuppa and cake here. A lovely place for some excellent homemade cake, thank you.

Visited this new tea place it is modern and clean. It has a great choice of hot and cold drinks, cakes, waffles and sandwiches. Loved the delicious bubble tea and tasty waffles. Friendly and attentive staff. A nice atmosphere with gentle music, toys for the kids and a beautiful feature wall covered in flowers- makes a good photo opportunity for kids and adults. Is very child friendly.

Lovely shop with friendly staff. Food was great and the honey,ginger tea was beautiful. Will definitely be returning soon.

A newly opened cozy tea cafe in Wolverhampton Road. It is a nice deco shop just next to the McDonald. They serve a range of tea, drinks and snacks. We have an ice lemon tea and a brown sugar bubble milk. The bubbles in the drink are some chewy jelly ball. We also tried their new product, the bubble waffle with ice cream which is a very nice afternoon snack. The staffs are nice and showing us there is a photo point, the flower wall in the shop. Will definitely come again!

Recently been to this cafe. Very special. Not only beautiful decorations, the drinks and foods are very unique. Friendly staff makes you feel like home. I miss their special types of bubble teas. Buying different types every day to take away daily. (Can't wait to go there again which will be my lunch break in a bit). Highly recommended!!!!!! Thank you Urban Cafe for giving me the alternative experience of drinking. Not only the ordinary teas and coffees in the office!!! My colleagues are asking me where do I get these from. Hahaha See you in a bit.
