Aroma Chinese in Sandwell

Disgusting. Spent over £40 . Food was cold chips very cold and stale portion sizes really small. On this occasion food sizes been small not a bad thing as there was not alot to consume. Very disappointed. Will not return

Me and the Mrs have been ill for 3 weeks with no appetite so we thought to order Chinese since we are better.. the food turned up freezing!! absolutely disgusting😡 how can someone think its fine to send out food like this!! you pay so much for food and expect it to be half decent but no!! This place is vile and I will not be ordering from here again! Don't waste your money people👎

Had a meal which made me and other members poorly. I tried the curry Chicken which was greasy and left me sick hours later. This was my first and definitely the last time I will ever order from this establishment. If it was just my meal, I would put it down to a bad experience, considering more than 1 of us was poorly never again.

Thank you for the complimentary spring rolls. I the only thing I enjoyed. I ordered kung pao which is supposed to be hot and spicy. I have had kung pao at other places and it usually consists of different veg and it's spicy. The kung pao received was a very bright orange colour with carrots and big slices of onions, not cooked well with very little sauce. Egg fried rice was not great either. Not very fried as its supposed to be. What a disappointment. Miss all my Hilltop Chinese places that were always so exceptional. Last and only visit

I ordered beef in black bean sauce with egg fried rice, the sauce was very liquid and tasteless just if they had added water to it, the fried rice, I had to look for the egg in it and it was very dry. Will not order from there again.

My favourite Chinese eatery that I have been going to for the last 15 years. I have eaten at other Chinese places and only one or two match the flavours at Aroma's. My favourites from the menu are: Salt N' Pepper Chicken (starters) then Chicken Chow Mein, King Prawn Curry and Egg Fried Rice (mixed together is beautiful).

Terrible excuse of chinese food. Food was not hot and had no flavour. When I called to let the server know, I was told I was wrong and they cook all their food normally. I had to keep repeating myself to several people who kept passing the phone around.

Gooood food! I just had from here for my birthday. Everyone loved it.

Worst Chinese I've had. Food came cold and was left uneaten due to the extremely sour taste. The only good thing about the meal was the free drink that came with the order. Truly disappointed with the order and is not worth the £42.70 we spent on it. Would not recommend.

This is by far the worst chinese food that I have had in over 5+ years. It was absolutely tasteless and lacked any kind of appeal. The chef should be completely and utterly disappointed in himself for ruining every one of the 5 dishes ordered. I am surprised that this place is still open for business as there are so many better chinese food takeaways locally.

Ordered omelette with chips never sent the chips. Rang up said we will send chips next time. Was not apologetic and got the feeling they didn't really care. This was the first time we've ordered from there to check it out. So not sure how they will send chips next time. Also ordered Singapore chowmeine it was ok not too spicy. Also had a mushroom chowmeine not a lot of mushrooms in it for the amount of noodles. And had a curry sauce which was ok. All in all average food terrible service.

reccomended to try all foods r cooked highly in the highest manner.. very clean, kind staff n good drivers, truly a nice experience.. keep it up lads 👊🏼

The pancake roll was good and the labb in malaysian satay sauce ok. mixed veg curry and with szechuan sauce were below average, particularly the hideous orange curry. fried rice dry and bland, veg vermecelli noodles bland. won't use again. more expensive than my usual chinese take away too!

Food came very fast which would have been great if chips were actually cooked, the Chicken balls were way too greasy and the rice was incredibly salty.

Delivery extremely late. Tried to call restaurant but no answer so spent 20 minutes in a call queue to JustEat. Delivery driver didn't apologise for lateness.

My prawns didn't taste right (out of date).its a shame because they normally service good food.

Decided to order the Schezhuan Shredded Chilli Beef for a change but it was awful. There was no beef in it at all. It was pure fat and felt really weird in my mouth. There was no flavour to the sauce. It just tasted like weak gravy with chilli flakes in it. I've been ordering from Aroma for 4+ years and have never had a bad meal til this one. It was so disgusting I couldn't even eat it. I'll still order from Aroma but will never have this again

Rice was cold. Meal needed to be reheated. Very small pieces of chicken - mainly batter (Cantonese Sweet & Sour). Generous helping of vegetables and sauce. /sorry to say I was underwhelmed by this takeaway.

The food was bland and cold by the time it arrived. also the driver wouldn't deliver to my flat so I had to go down to meet him. He wasn't even on the right road so I had to go and did him. I would not order from here again

Nice food! Would have been top marks however the chips let it down because the were overdone and quite greasy. Everything else was very tasty.
