Great place to go for food and unlike five guys it does offer veggie burgers

Outstanding. Staff were great, very clean restaurant and the veggie burger bowl was delicious. Huge portions...I took the remains of my medium burger bowl home and there was plenty for dinner that night and lunch the following day!. Fresh and super tasty fries and the milkshake...oh my word! Just a great little find for family food while you're out and about. We'll definitely be back.

Came in for a burger and was politely greeted by a young lady that took my order. I think it said April on the receipt. Enjoyed the burger. Would go back again!!

Craig, Jayden and Georgie provided the most excellent service when I ordered my food, which was prepared with care, and tasted amazing as always. Forever a brilliant atmosphere when I come to Urban Burger Barnsley, and a particular shoutout to these three for the warmest welcome into the establishment!

Went to urban and got a cheese burger and some mozzarella sticks and a Oreo and malteaser milkshake with whipped cream. All the food was lovely and very good quality, it all tasted fresh. My server was Julita and she was very polite, helpful and kind when speaking to me. It was all very clean with fast and friendly service.

Didn't want to go to a burger place initially,I'm in hospitality myself and fancied restaurant food really,but my kids wanted to try it. The place was very impressive,clean and we were very well informed and advised by Craig who said it was fine to order drinks first,have a look at the menu and come and order when we were ready.Having done this when we placed our order Craig gave us some very helpful information regarding it. He also came over and asked us if everything was ok with our meals. Like I said I'm in the business and he was very polite and informative, the food was great but the service is as important. We will definitely come again Steve Fitz

Food was late and the delivery driver told me that a previous driver stole my food. Not sure what’s happened and there is no way to complain to Just Eat about it. Shambles.

Really high quality food, and lovely friendly service from our helpful friend, Aditi. We had not been before, but she helped us make a selection, saving us money in the process and the food was incredible. Lovely and clean seating area too. Would highly recommend.

Took over an hour for my food to be prepared and to arrive, I live 10 mins away. Food was cold on arrival and chips undercooked and hard.

Entire order came wrong. Both burgers came different to what we ordered. Wrong size fries and wrong drinks. Missing items also on the order.

I know it's Friday night, but an hour and 40 minutes to deliver er a half cold order is pathetic.

Ordered in advance for delivery at 5pm, eventually turned up at 5:18. Food was barely warm when it turned up, fries were definitely old, onion rings were cold. Tomato missing from one of the burgers. Wasn’t a complicated order at all. Even with 40% off not sure I’d bother again

Forgot my pickles on my burger but other than that spot on and very generous portion of fries. Yum!

Chips over cooked and not seasoned. Forgot our coke and burgers soggy. Never had a issue before so very disappointed

Order was wrong AGAIN!! Burger got delivered that was not what we ordered .. received a cheeseburger instead of bacon cheese . Missing items inside like lettuce etc . Chips were cold . Onion rings were good . But small portion . Rest of the food was ok .

Ordered, with the friendly helpful staff, a regular cheeseburger, paprika fries and a coke= £15. There was so much dust on those fries that they were inedible and the meat in that burger was so bland. Overpriced below average food, but that vast premises will be costly, and that is what you are paying for. Would not recommend or ever return.

Food was cooked fresh in front of you and tastes absolutely amazing. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. The cashier Aditi B had a smile on here face the whole time we were dining. I will definitely be returning for a mountain of chips. Thanks Guys

Today 11 May 2024 staff was beyond expectation. They were very helpful, nice and smiled. I can’t evaluate enough that they are neat and clean. The food delicious

Absolutely aweful, there is zero flavor to these burgers and if you find this to be a good burger then you have not a clue what a good burger tastes like, only reason to go is because its one od the few places in town open past 17:00. Will never go again.

Delicious burgers with a load of great toppings to choose from, all included in the price! The fries are lovely and come in very generous portions, and the cheese sauce is fresh and flavourful. The wide selection of refillable soft drinks is also a great offer!

There’s a saying that says cheaper isn’t always better and in this scenario it couldn’t be any more wrong! Compared to their competitor not only do they come out on top in terms of price, but also in terms of quality. The service is also second to none at this branch. I have visited on multiple occasions and there’s been surplus food they’ve always offered it to customers. Most companies would make you throw it away (like mine does, and I HATE doing it!) so it’s nice to see that staff are allowed to offer surplus food out to customers. Service is second to none also, the guys are so friendly here

Had a lovely time here, come in unsure of what to order and our lovely server Oli helped chose items by recommending us things. The atmosphere was great and you can tell how well the team works together. Would definitely visit again!

Incredible burgers and a amazing experience. I came with my girlfriend the other day and Oli was extremely helpful with recommending items on the menu and told us how to operate the drinks machine. The food was incredible, it tasted fresh and a perfect blend of flavours. Oli came over to check everything was okay and if i managed the drinks machine okay. Was an incredible visit and will definitely be coming again when i am in the area.

Me and my husband had a nice meal out here yesterday, a young lady called Megan served us and was very on it with our order and any dietary requirements or changes we needed, only issue was a screaming child that disrupted the atmosphere.

Burgers here have always been good quality and the fact they have gluten free buns is an added bonus. The chips though? stick paprika and salt on them and wow they are incredible!

Urban Burger is a gem! Montana provided excellent service during my visit. The burgers were bursting with flavor, and the fries were crispy perfection. A must-visit spot for delicious food and top-notch service. Five stars!
