Barnsley, The Glass Works. The staff were lovely and great. I needed my food quite soon so I wouldn’t miss my train and the staff ensured I got my food almost immediately. Great customer service.

We took a large group of boys to celebrate a league win. Staff were really friendly and efficient. The boys enjoyed it

Me and my son went the other and had a plain cheese burger and paprika fries, which were delious, it is the best burger place by far. I would like to say big thankyou to the young man that works there, who found my car key and politely handed them back to me. Thank once again.

Came in whilst covering a store in the town on 29th of April. Was served by Craig, with top notch customer service. A real credit to the place, thank you buddy!

Came for our second visit to urban burger and it was great again. A gentleman gave me little boy some crayons and paper to keep him entertained. The food was amazing. Chips are the best I've had. I thought the burger was better than five guys. Will definitely be visiting again.

Be aware of takeaways! I bought 40 minutes ago a regular veggie (I am vegetarian)burger and regular cheeseburger with bacon, take away. When I arrived home both of them were with meat.!The person at the till did not understand my order. I am so dissapointed. It was already closed , I could.not go to tell them to change it.

Staff at Urben burgers were very rude, a boy named Luke pulled a dirty look at us swore and walked away from the till as he didn’t want to serve us. He then made another staff member serve us. Then continued to speak to other members of staff about us. The full time we ate him and Charlotte spoke about us it was very rude and extremely bad customer service. On his phone trying to take photos of customers whilst he should be working. Time 4:10

This was the best decision I have ever made. Cheeseburgers? Excellent. Milkshakes? Excellent. Service? Incredible. Vibes? Immaculate. 10/10 recommend.

Customisable burgers and Customisable fries. Something to suit most tastes. Refillable drinks. If you like your burgers this place is definitely one to try.

Delivery driver was stood in store waiting for it to be made for ages, food was cold and stale, x 2 milkshakes missing from order. Delivery driver was a lovely man and very helpful

Craig the cashier dude was Cool plus food was good also Craig was beautiful

@craig helped me when I was at my lowest he offered me the nectar of the gods. They were fantastic, delicious, gorgeous, amazing, and most importantly free chips. I am so grateful for Craig he is the greatest man to exist I am so grateful for his existence I might ask him to be my best man at my wedding. Edit: Craig is the coolest guy I’ve ever met he brings so much joy to my life and I can’t believe I’ve managed to live in the same decade as him. I fully believe he should be give the business and all profits from urban burger. If I see Craig on the street a tear will swell in my eye not a tear of sadness but of joy. Craig is the love of my life. On my marriage day I won’t be thinking of my wife I’ll be thinking of Craig. We love you Craig ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oh boy where do u begin. The delicious food, the amazing atmosphere and most of all Craig. Oh Craig how you brighten up my day with your free batch of fresh hand cut paprika chips. I could instantly tell he put his heart and soul into these chips because I am already hooked. I really had a brilliant experience and I personally think Craig should be given a raise and a promotion for just being a real stand up fella I will be returning here Btw I think the new logo for urban burger should be Craig’s picture smiling holding a burger in his hand because I believe he has potential to make it far in the corporate ladder of urban burger They say when you die you relive the best moments of your life for 7 minutes We’ll let’s just say Craig will be making an appearance P.s my child will be named Craig Love u Craigy xxxxxx 🥰😘

The food is good taste and cost wise. However, while we were satisfied with the quality, my burger was missing 2 toppings I asked for and had mushrooms on (which I didn't order) and my husband asked for a topping that he didn't get and was just left with a patty and sauce with no cheese. I should have said something but it would have meant waiting for another burger and we were hungry and it didn't taste bad. The halloumi fries are some of the best I've had though! The chips are also tasty. But since the concept is build your own burger, we expected everything we asked for.

Good was cold due to been delivered on a e-bike which it wasn’t wrapped up correctly by the courier!! made the burger soggy and chips cold, more due to location of the place too in town centre

Visited today and the whole place was filled with smoke. I was told this is the five guys of the northeast. Yeh right more like a joke. What kind of food place doesnt invest in good fans to remove smoke. My wife and friends we came with went home smelling of grease top to bottom. We went with a local lass who goes urban burgers weekly. She said this was the first time its been smoky like that. Once is too much for us won't be back.

The Burger was as always 5* but on this occasion the fries were cold and for the price you have set the standard that should be high for every item, will order again in the hope it's to standard. The burgers are great

First and probably last time of going on Saturday 1st of March. While the burger I had was ok, and with the toppings I requested, though I requested the crispy onion, it wasn't! I found it expensive too, for what it was. A burger!!

I ordered from this restaurant through Just Eat today and wanted to share my experience. After receiving an order confirmation via email, I waited for two hours but never got my food. I tried calling the restaurant’s listed number ten times over the course of an hour, but no one answered. I also had difficulty reaching Just Eat for assistance. While I understand that the issue isn't entirely their fault, the lack of communication and updates is frustrating. Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant.

Very disappointed with how late our order was. I placed the ordered at 17.25 for delivery at 18.35 so the restaurant had plenty of time to deal with this. Our delivery time kept getting later and later. The status of the order eventually changed to being prepared at 18.45 (10minutes after the original delivery time requested) and the courier was apparently waiting for the order at 19.05 for 10minutes. Food finally arrived at 19.25. Not a happy customer.

Compliments to the chicken burger, chaotically organised! It was a good meal.

Disappointed that I didn’t get the Chilli Jam with my Halloumi. Wish there was a larger quantity of salad on the burgers too. Otherwise ok. Nothing extra special but nice enough and would order again.

Scheduled my delivery for 7:45 and I had to call twice for updates before it eventually arrived at 9pm. Chips tasty but luke warm, the haloumi sticks were cold and tough. You’re supposed to get chilli dip with haloumi but that was missing. The actual burgers themselves were very nice!

The veggie burger is excellent and they don't bat an eye when I have everything on it. The skin on natural chips are superb too. The service is spot on; courteous, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is cut above what you'd expect from a fast food joint as well. Love it!

Delivered to Mapp. It was ontime but all the bags were open so all sides cold. All burgers are small like smaller than a maccies. Triple the price doesnt come with friea and a drink they are extra. Not worth the money even with a discount

The food was quite cold when it arrived but I can’t knock portions regular fries filled up over half a plate. However delivery time just constantly changed however not couriers fault as my street is fairly icy and difficult to get onto. Unsure whether I would spend £31 again though.

Was a JUST EAT order, cheese was added to a burger for someone that was gluten and dairy intolerant. Burger sauce wasn't added to another burger. Wouldn't use again.

Service beyond poor. 25 minute wait, started arguing between themselves. Hadn’t even printed order out to start it. Half an apology at the end of it all. Really disappointed, food was rushed and portion sizes below what they used to be. For the money you pay it was very poor

urban burgers has gone down hill, lovely burgers BUT always very very late, no straw for milkshake, suppose I dint really need a straw cos it's always tipped up in bottom of bag. basically not worth the money anymore, chip portion as got lots smaller

Ordered online at 14.50 the order came at 16.24, no updates, the number to call the restaurant would not connect. The food finally came which was two cheeseburgers and fries and was cold. I would not recommend this place at all

Half of the toppings we requested were missing and no explanation as to why, delivery guy went to wrong address initially, but he did call and apologise - disappointing and not the first time topping have missed off.

Delivery was horrendous - took nearly 2 hours to come! Also left out a whole portion of chips, and by the time it arrived some of the food was cold.

Food was slapped together, no interest as clearly it was close to closing time. Chips were under cooked. And no sauce on burger.

£10.90 for for double burger and good sized portion of fries. Yorkshires answer to Five Guys with fresh quality ingredients from local suppliers.

Bought the cheese sauce separately as I didn't know if the kids would like it. It is a small pot for £2.50 so way over priced and was very grainy and not very nice. Christmas burgers were delicious

They kept putting the time back for the delivery, and after an hour and 45 mins of waiting I tried to phone the restaurant but couldn't get through. Meal was delivered just over two hours late. Refused to accept and demanded the courier go back and tell them I wanted a full refund. Courier looked at the label on the food and confirmed when I had placed the order, which he seemed shocked about. Goodness knows what went on in the restaurant but I won't be ordering from there again.
