Was served by Craig and he was very warm and friendly. He let me know about a discount I was entitled to as I work in town. Lovely food cooked fresh.

Ordered online at 14.50 the order came at 16.24, no updates, the number to call the restaurant would not connect. The food finally came which was two cheeseburgers and fries and was cold. I would not recommend this place at all

Last order from me, ordered when first opened and didnt send like 5 milkshakes, decided to trust this time, waited 3 hours for cold food, absolutely appauling

Food is cold and missing bread.

Half of the toppings we requested were missing and no explanation as to why, delivery guy went to wrong address initially, but he did call and apologise - disappointing and not the first time topping have missed off.

Food was freezing cold when I tried to call to get my order replaced the phone lines are down so you cant reach them.Just eat refunded me £3 for the inconvenience when the order was £18+. Terrible service , terrible food.

Food was slapped together, no interest as clearly it was close to closing time. Chips were under cooked. And no sauce on burger.

Delivery was horrendous - took nearly 2 hours to come! Also left out a whole portion of chips, and by the time it arrived some of the food was cold.

£10.90 for for double burger and good sized portion of fries. Yorkshires answer to Five Guys with fresh quality ingredients from local suppliers.

Bought the cheese sauce separately as I didn't know if the kids would like it. It is a small pot for £2.50 so way over priced and was very grainy and not very nice. Christmas burgers were delicious

They kept putting the time back for the delivery, and after an hour and 45 mins of waiting I tried to phone the restaurant but couldn't get through. Meal was delivered just over two hours late. Refused to accept and demanded the courier go back and tell them I wanted a full refund. Courier looked at the label on the food and confirmed when I had placed the order, which he seemed shocked about. Goodness knows what went on in the restaurant but I won't be ordering from there again.

Where to start? It took over 2 hours to arrive, I wanted to refund and put in a request and then finally gets delivered 2 hours later…cold.

Chicken cheese and bacon burger with paprika fries. Perfect burger. Staff extremely friendly. Very approachable. My first choice for food in town. Looking forward to trying the pulled turkey burger :) Thank you.

food is good but i've lost the count the number of times they've not sent the sauce and i've had to get a refund for it. very frustrating

every time I looked at the app the delivery time kept getting pushed back. I am sure it was not the driver's fault it will have been the places fault

the order arrives flat cold, the burgers were not numbered, I had asked for hot sauce on one and the other one just with lettuce mushrooms n no sauce, the hot sauce was on the wrong burger, ending up ruining the meal. try harder next time!!

I ordered today and was just coming for some chips and a milkshake and jamie served me with great service and an amazing attitude. He also mentioned that I had an birthday burger on rewards that I wasn't aware of. Which made today's experience brilliant. Jamie needs a promotion.

for the price, had much better burgers elsewhere. Burger was very thin and tasted like it had been fried rather than grilled. asked for extra bacon... very small rashers used. For the price usually get a portion of chips included but none included. probably won't be buying again.

Wonderful, succulent burger. Good onion rings. Salted fries are rather too salty but I can get over that. Very happy.

Burger was very dry, chips had no real taste, no chilli jam just a note on box saying out with no replacement condiment provided. Chicken cheese bacon burger came with out cheese or bacon. Would not order again

I recently visited **URBAN Fresh Burgers & Fries** in Barnsley with my family, and If you're a burger lover, this place is an absolute must-try! Urban burgers was my favourite burger place in Barnsley. We ordered many many times and we dined in often. However I had a horrible food poisoning after I had the burger we ordered yesterday afternoon. Sadly, I lost my trust and will not order or dine in again.

The burgers were unfortunately cold on arrival. Chips were warm and drinks cold so I suspect the burgers were cold on collection.

Food cold went straight to the bin

Outstanding. Staff were great, very clean restaurant and the veggie burger bowl was delicious. Huge portions...I took the remains of my medium burger bowl home and there was plenty for dinner that night and lunch the following day!. Fresh and super tasty fries and the milkshake...oh my word! Just a great little find for family food while you're out and about. We'll definitely be back.

I never received any food from urban burger I've been here before an never had a problem with it. it is always perfect every other time I phoned just eat after an hour late then phoned the shop they said its out with there driver all I want now is my money back.

Went to urban and got a cheese burger and some mozzarella sticks and a Oreo and malteaser milkshake with whipped cream. All the food was lovely and very good quality, it all tasted fresh. My server was Julita and she was very polite, helpful and kind when speaking to me. It was all very clean with fast and friendly service.

Didn't want to go to a burger place initially,I'm in hospitality myself and fancied restaurant food really,but my kids wanted to try it. The place was very impressive,clean and we were very well informed and advised by Craig who said it was fine to order drinks first,have a look at the menu and come and order when we were ready.Having done this when we placed our order Craig gave us some very helpful information regarding it. He also came over and asked us if everything was ok with our meals. Like I said I'm in the business and he was very polite and informative, the food was great but the service is as important. We will definitely come again Steve Fitz

Really high quality food, and lovely friendly service from our helpful friend, Aditi. We had not been before, but she helped us make a selection, saving us money in the process and the food was incredible. Lovely and clean seating area too. Would highly recommend.

Took over an hour for my food to be prepared and to arrive, I live 10 mins away. Food was cold on arrival and chips undercooked and hard.

Entire order came wrong. Both burgers came different to what we ordered. Wrong size fries and wrong drinks. Missing items also on the order.

Ordered in advance for delivery at 5pm, eventually turned up at 5:18. Food was barely warm when it turned up, fries were definitely old, onion rings were cold. Tomato missing from one of the burgers. Wasn’t a complicated order at all. Even with 40% off not sure I’d bother again

Ordered, with the friendly helpful staff, a regular cheeseburger, paprika fries and a coke= £15. There was so much dust on those fries that they were inedible and the meat in that burger was so bland. Overpriced below average food, but that vast premises will be costly, and that is what you are paying for. Would not recommend or ever return.

Food was cooked fresh in front of you and tastes absolutely amazing. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. The cashier Aditi B had a smile on here face the whole time we were dining. I will definitely be returning for a mountain of chips. Thanks Guys

Today 11 May 2024 staff was beyond expectation. They were very helpful, nice and smiled. I can’t evaluate enough that they are neat and clean. The food delicious

Absolutely aweful, there is zero flavor to these burgers and if you find this to be a good burger then you have not a clue what a good burger tastes like, only reason to go is because its one od the few places in town open past 17:00. Will never go again.

Delicious burgers with a load of great toppings to choose from, all included in the price! The fries are lovely and come in very generous portions, and the cheese sauce is fresh and flavourful. The wide selection of refillable soft drinks is also a great offer!

Asked for no cheese, completely coved in cheese, such a simple request not followed
