Ordered 3 hot food sandwiches. 2 arrived, and when I called to say we were missing 1 asked me to go and pick if up after I'd paid the delivery for it. when I said I wouldn't pick it up as I was busy hence ordering it to be delivered THEY HUNG UP ON ME. lovely customer service.

whilst the sandwiches were delivered - the hash brown was missing as was the brown sauce.

I used these nearly four times a week, since it was taken over the quality has gone down….not for the first time….today paid 5.65 for a chicken sandwich, it’s disgusting.just some overcooked stuffing and four little bits of dried chicken

Unfortunately the breakfast was only partly provided. The 3 sausages were missing. Otherwise it was all good but Won’t be ordering again if we can’t be guaranteed to get a complete order.

Order was missing drinks due to delivery driver not picking them up, shop called me to tell me and offered different ways to resolve it.

All good other than the egg had been dumped in upside down so it had bust and ran and soaked through the box so was just dried up yolk by the time we got it also the hash brown wasn’t cooked fully so was hard inside xx

ordered a large breakfast and wasn't large at all. I got 2 sausages and 1 bacon, no mushrooms and the smallest tub of tomatoes and beans ever. advertised as 3 sausages and 2 bacon mushrooms ect..half of it was missing. very disappointed.

This was the most awful meal i have ever eaten! Noodles stuck together in one piece with chip chicken nuggets covered in the hot sauce were called "Crispy Thai Chicken Noodles" - absolutely disgusting and not for human consumption. How can I ask for my money back, please?

It’s a lovely sandwich however it’s twice now I’ve been charged extra for mushrooms and never got them. “Sorry no mushrooms” but I’ve been charged for them still on all 3 of my sandwiches.

The breakfast wrap was delicious but unfortunately the only flavours I could identify in the Chicken & Stuffing yorkshire wrap was the potatoes and green beans. It was tasty enough but a little bit of a letdown.

Just had Cheese Ploughman’s and a potion of chips delivered for lunch. The chips were a little expensive for the size of the portion but don’t let this put you off, they are cooked perfectly ! The baguettes were fresh and the fillings perfect. We will definitely be back for more. Ps very polite delivery driver too !!

My tower burger came with salad without a hash brown even when I added in the notes that I didn't want salad on it and my breakfast burger came without sausages despite paying 1.20 to add them on

Normally beautiful food (we order from her weekly) but today was a little disappointing, the wrap was all old and all wrapped into pieces, literally was just a chicken and salad (including cucumber which I requested none) on bits of wrap. Chips were undercooked too. Wasn't very nice at all I'm afraid.

My fave place to eat but I can’t believe what you sent me today, I ordered a pulled pork burger and chips and you didn’t even send the burger you Just sent a tray with like 8 chips in, don’t know what that’s all about?

Had a beautiful bacon butty from here today, bread was so fresh and bacon was lovely, defo be back next week when I’m in Barnsley.
