We wandered around Covent Garden intending to have a light brunch but were deterred by some of the extortionate prices. We came across the Museum Cafe by chance and the upstairs deck is light and airy with a nice atmosphere. Service was “with a smile” and the menu included a wide range of both hot and cold dishes. The quality of the food was excellent and would we would have no hesitation in recommending this cafe to potential diners.

We visited as part of our trip to the London Transport Museum however you do not have to visit the museum to go to the cafe. It is located above the gift shop and they operate a service with waiting staff. The staff were excellent at managing people waiting for seats which I was very impressed with. We ordered food and drinks and did not have to wait very long for these to be delivered to us. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced for London. Highly recommended!

Nice, well organised coffee / snack restaurant on the upper level of the London Transport Museum. Nice to take the weight off your feet. Freshly made sandwiches to order and toasted. Sandwich’s approximately £5.00 each but quite tasty. Super service. Friendly waiter.

Walking by after seeing queues at other coffee shops and saw this place was fairly empty. Much better value than others, great scones and lovely coffee. Well worth giving it a try.

Have been here twice now, a real gem in the heart of Covent Garden. The Meze was fab, fresh and tasty with a nice cup of tea. Will definately be back, oh and very good value for money.

We visited the Transport Museum on 17th August. Upon arriving we decide do go to the café upstairs for lunch with our 2 children. One wanted a toastie and the other a sandwich. After we had managed to squeeze ourselves in to a table we went to order the food. I was disappointed that it was mainly cooked meals for children and unappealing sandwiches for adults, if you don’t want a cooked meal. The aloof staff refused to do my daughters a toastie or sandwich, so we left and went to the Museum itself as I was aware of another “café” inside the actual museum.

This was lovely both times managed to get a seat - despite Covent Garden being really busy. Reasonably priced - once we had a burger and it was freshly cooked and they cooked it how we wanted it - plain ! Too often restaurants don’t do this ! Coffee good too !!

I had arranged to meet somebody here and ordered tea with lemon from the member of staff. Eventually she provided it after discussion with colleague hidden in the kitchen. I think the prices must be set so high to keep down the number of people using the facility. Furniture functional and uncomfortable - tables too small - insufficient toilet facilities. If I was in the area and the café was NOT busy, I might return for tea. But there are better places to eat only a short walk away.

A small cafe within the Transport Museum. You can use it without using the museum. Quite limited range on show but more available to order from the boards. Personally found staff unhelpful. Asked if could have scone without cream and jam and was told yes. However charged the same price. Ideal to take a break during your visit. Not sure I would go,again

Great place for a leisurely beer and some whisky cocktails. Happy hour prices and basic bar food were a bonus. Was surprised to find it wasn’t busy on a Saturday evening but meant the staff were super efficient. Couldn’t find fault with anything.

It all looks OK but service is poor and the bar food served is cheap frozen food at prices that should require a far better quality. There are far better options in London

Awful experience. My order was missed and then rushed out. Burnt and bland. Service was awful.

Caja de almuerzo muy saludable y abundante. Me tomó mucho tiempo terminar en realidad. . Servicio agradable, no demasiado pretencioso, relajado. ¡recomendado!
