Excellent food, presented well on the plate, great prices and adorable staff, will definitely visit again, looks like they cater for more than just your average punter, they have all sorts going on.

Great food and great staff! Uplift isn’t just a cafe there’s always something going on. Knitting group, language cafe and things to do for the kids. Great place to go in the community to eat and meet people. They do a great afternoon tea too. It’s such a friendly place. 👍

Wow. Just had large coffee and cake. Absolutly delicious. Homemade, soft and rich. JUST £4.10. I never notice it before, so glad I found it. Didnt realise I was missing out. Lovely staff too. Thank you staff.

Absolutely loving Uplift Cafe. Such a great local cafe to pop into. I've just had lunch there with my husband and 2 kids and the staff couldn't be nicer. The food is fantastic, we had empty plates all round. Looking forward to our next visit.

Had lunch here again with my husband and our son . Was my husband's first time here , but our third . Food was excellent , as usual 😋 , good portions and delicious 😋 . Its a very friendly place , and the owners Georgie and Paul make you feel so welcome . Such a lovely uplifting experience . Thanks 👍

I have been coming here for breakfast when in Stretford for a while now but today was my husbands first time He is a keep runner and is training for his 2nd marathon later this year. He was very impressed with the menu and the variety of healthy offerings he opted for the smashed avocado with smoked salmon and a Thai banana tea and i went for the small breakfast with a cup of peppermint tea looking forward to coming again so is my husband maybe after the Stretford park run in a few weeks time

Excellent full English breakfast on a Sunday morning, with friendly, efficient service. There's a nice atmosphere here, and it's great value for money!

My new go to excellent menu and choice of good coffee, Sunday lunch delicious and so reasonably priced.

They were quite busy today so we had a bit of a wait for our food - but it was well worth the wait! They have a board near the counter that states ‘we don’t serve fast food. We server great food. As fast as we can’ and they definitely lived up to that today. We will be back!!!

Nice friendly little cafe, visited on way to a friends wedding in Sale, had a lovely full English breakfast, crispy bacon just how I like it, 2 slices of toast and mug of tea. Will visit again if I am in the area. Handy for Bridgwater Canal and Stretford tram station.

The team at Uplift were incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating of my dietary requirements. Being a vegetarian coeliac, visiting some eateries can be difficult, but the team at Uplift couldn't do enough to ensure I had a broad selection of vegetarian gluten free options as well as providing the reassurance that my food would be safely prepared without the risk of cross contamination. I cannot wait to visit again (ps. The mushrooms are delicious).

Another visit to Uplift for lunch . It certainly has the right name as the delicious food does Uplift you ..good healthy wholesome food cooked to perfection. All reasonably priced. Lovely staff. It’s a pleasure to dine there.

Was taken here for lunch last Friday and on arrival was sceptical. Thought I was going into a ‘chips and eggs caff’. But no it was lovely. A great healthy menu, spoilt for choice. Freshest fruit used. A wide range of teas to choose from and fabulous staff who could not do enough for you. Will most definitely be back, a great menu to work my way through.

I've been in to this local cafe a few times and the food is always excellent. The portions are incredibly generous (especially the sweet potato fries and the salads) and the prices are very reasonable (under £4 for protein pancakes, syrup and fresh fruit).
