Chips were really dry and hard as if they had been under a heater waiting all night to be served.

I ordered quarter chicken piece, small code. Chicken supposed to be serve with chips and can of drink, I didn't receive it. Chicken was cooked twise ( I know how looks and taste fresh), was dry and I couldn't chew it!!! Fish the same, oily, smells of old oil.... TERRIBLE TERRIBLE FOOD!!!!! I don't recommend for anyone!!!

The chips were dreadful, full of black , bruised potatoes, I didn't eat any of them. The kebab was ok. Very disappointed

The food was cold, the chips were soggy, the kebab was vile, the sausage was burnt. Pretty bad food, and it's upset my stomach too.

Always amazing food and service

Food was quite late arriving, leaving the food barely warm, which spoilt all the meals. Otherwise I think the food would have tasted much better, such a shame.

As usual the food quality was really good, but, the delivery was far earlier than advertised. It arrived at 5.05pm when it was supposed to be 6.00pm. I don't mind 5 to 10 minutes early, but just short of an hour is far too much. I will be ordering from them again.

Ordered via UberEats. Was told it would be the restaurant delivering.20 mins after delivery should have arrived. Tried called 15 TIMES!!! Just rang & went to answer machine. After another 2x got a very aggressive sounding man tell me it will be another 20 mins as they been very busy. After another 30 mins. Tried calling another 6 times. To be told aggressively that the driver called me 5 times & was waiting outside my property for 20 mins. I said it was absolute nonsense as I've been standing on my door step the last 15 mins & had absolutely zero calls on my phone. He then tells me he'll be another 10 mins. Turns out the driver was at a completely different property & now my food is stone cold & not a single apology. So where these apparent calls I got then? 🤔 I will NEVER order from these complete twats ever again. 🤬

I always eat here. Perfectly cooked fish and chips that are well presented and packed with just the right amount of salt and vinegar. Fab.

Food was freezing cold when I received it. Ice cream was melted and drinks were warm… straight in the bin. Terrible experience.

The standard of the meal is always superb. You give generous portions of fish and chips. They are well cooked and nicely presented. Could do with a bit more salt and vinegar perhaps, but I always re-order cause yore grate!!

Disappointing. The food was up to the usual high standard but there was no salt or vinegar on the fish or chips. Requested them on both.

Pizza and rissole were good,portion of chips and cod was very small for the price and the cod was fairly dry,kebab was generous but missing coleslaw,cucumber and two extra sauces we'd ordered,also none of it was that hot tbh.

Kebab wrap was really nice. Fish was terrible, with overcooked and crunchy bottom batter. Fried chicken was just really, really bad. Among the worst I've ever had. Hard, dry, flavourless and too crunchy (To the point you don't know if you're biting into skin or bone) Seems to be a Jack of all trades problem. Trying to offer too many thinfs. The Kebabs are spot on, so should probably just stick with that tbh. The three stars are for that. But if I wasn't getting a kebab, this would be the last place I'd go for anything else unfortunately

Ordered delivery as I had no idea where the place was. Chips were okay but asked for salt and vinegar and couldn’t taste neither. The chicken burger was nice but the bread bun tasted old and burned I think the only thing I enjoyed about this whole order was the salad in the burger🤦🏻‍♀️

Great food & Service. We usually order from our local Kebab House but recently not been up to standard (items missing/cold food) so we took a gamble and was really pleased we did. We will order from again.

forgot my drink, and one of the pieces of chicken was so well done/burnt that it was inedible parts of the donner was also burnt chips were lush there just weren't that many of them burger was really good tho

My daughter and her friends ordered a delivery from you last night for 23 pound and have proof delivery was paid for, you then decided that you would not deliver the food or refund the money and they could pick it up which wasn't an option because none of them drive. Hopefully this can be resolved as it's just plain theft. They are raising this with the bank to try and get the payment refunded, hopefully there has been an error on your part and this can be resolved.

Absolutely some of the worst food I've ever tasted everything was so dry I could hardly swollow it, the batter was soft and not crispy, nothing tasted good at all NEVER ordering from here again.

Kebab today was old and rock solid. Had a bad stomach after eating. The guy serving was unfriendly and patronising (couldn’t care less ). Never going there again!

When ordering delivery time stated 35 to 50 minutes after ordering it gave a delivery time of an hour later however it arrived an hour and a half later when we received it. It was colder than the can of pepsi that came with the meal deal I order that also came without the chips that I had paid for. The only thing that I attempted to eat was the cold chicken but that then that was really dry I am really disappointed I wouldn't recommend them again. I don't like leaving bad reviews but wouldn't want anyone to have the same experience as us.

The food was tasty and delivered early, thanks... but there was only a 1/2 lb burger, not the 1/2 Lb burger meal we ordered and paid for... there was no can of 7-Up with the burger and no chips with the burger. Also the fish seemed very small for a large cod!

The chicken was dark brown and very dry and preheated. This was my first time ordering from this shop and unfortunately, I don’t think I will order from them again.

Not sure why our food was so bad tonight. I have been ordering for quite a while from you guys and have always been very happy with the quality. But this time, it was awful. The chips look like they have been warmed up from earlier today as they were very dry! The kebab meat again was very dry and hard.

When selecting chips, there is no button to have salt AND vinegar. The options are: salt only, vinegar only or nothing at all. I hope you can fix this soon. Many Thanks

Absolutely disgusting food! All of was thrown in the bin, both burgers was hard and burnt! Chips were pale and undercooked the fish was like rubber! And curry sauce tasted like pure salt with lumps in it! You should be closed down! I want a full refund

I had a large portion of chips and a rissole. It was disgusting to say the least. The chips barely had any potato in them, the were chewy like they had been in a microwave. And the rissole was like chewing a brick. I had to throw it all in the rubbish. I doubt I will ever order again. It was the worst food I had ever had from a takeaway.

The fish bites were inedible and just soggy mush plus they were fried with the skin still on? The chicken dinner wrap was flavourless and soggy as well plus it was all cold. Gutted.
