Absolutely. Delicious burgers. 100% recommendation. Their cheese burger juicy and delicious and the milkshakes are put of this world.

Ordered via just eat, I think we waited a little over an hour which for a Friday night isn't bad. The food arrived hot and fresh, you could tell they'd put care and thought into making sure the food arrived still hot. I ordered a chicken fillet burger with additional fried mushrooms, and the fillet was satisfyingly crunchy. However, I did think it was a little bit on the bland side, but I did notice they have a lot of flavoured ones on the menu so I'd probably pick one of those next time. The fries were fresh and hot, the BBQ wings I expected to be saucy but they're not, which I actually prefer and I really enjoyed them . We also got loaded dirty fries which, honestly Im not a massive fan of the cheese on them but if you do like that type of cheese I highly recommend them because they're not stingy with it! (I imagine they'd also be more than happy to not make them with it too) Overall quite pleased, definitely on the list to try again as they have a really good range of items to try.

Order was wrong. We ordered a Family Platter which didnt arrive. Called the shop to let them know. I asked for a refund, they refused and put the phone down. The rest of the food was also barely warm. Thanks for ruining my Xmas eve.

Absolutely vile food. Wasted £23.00 Loaded bacon fries! Not sure what meat was on the fries, but it wasn't bacon. Weird texture, all straight lines, I couldn't tell you what the meat was!! Chicken tikka wrap, nothing in it! Smallest wrap I have every received, looked like a child had made it. Meat kebab (as shown on menu as Kabab) inedible. 1/4 eaten rest throw out, not even given to our dogs. This order has to be our worst experience ever ordering food online. Please do not waste your money!!!

Ordered the donner platter, it come caped in mayo and I think chilli and mint sauce? There was no sauce in the discription write up so called them up and told them I was allergic to the sauce and he stated “it’s not poison” I asked him if he even had an allergy board and a food hygiene certificate and he continued to tell me to just eat it it’s not poison. Completely dismissed on the phone, refused a refund and when asked for a replacement he said 2 hours which never turned up either. Guys out here trying to kill folks off. He then continued to say that he wanted the other food back like I’m actually going to eat something that would close up my throat. Not to add the pizza was rubber and the fries my wife ordered were basically still frozen. Absolute shambles of a place. Reported to just eat for health and safety inspection.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Everything was absolutely terrible. There was missing items and the only thing out of the order that didnt go in the bin was a drink and sauce. So dissatisfied and what a waste of £30.

Ordered loaded fries got fries with no cheese and 1 piece of meat instead asked for refund first I was told i paid £5.25 my receipt said £5.95 tried to refuse refund the owner is a bully he tried not to refund doesn't have any customers service skills whatsoever

VILLLE! The donner was like rubber and i could tell it was cheap frozen one that was just heated up in the microwave . The chicken wings were cold inside also could tell they were cheap frozen ones u can buy 20 for like 4£ in cash and carry . The beef patty again standard cheap frozen patty and was burnt . VILEE never in my life again CALL UR SELL AMERICAN STYLE. 🤢🤢🤮

Atrocious food over cooked and bland

Having ordered food from here when it finally came 2.5 hours late, it was the worst food that has been delivered. Not only was the food late and cold, there was no apology, no "sorry I am late". Even after calling and them saying "it's 5 minutes away" but after 1 hour it had not turned up, was, in my eyes just unacceptable. I am never going to order anything from here again.

Best food especially peri peri sizzler dip burger

Ordered food at 8pm and didn’t arrive until 930. The chicken on the peri peri burger was dry, stringy and tasteless and the bun was burnt . The chicken strip burger was tasteless and had no flavour , even the sauce was tasteless. The chips were also dry and came cold due to it being so late. Biggest waste of money on food wouldn’t order from this place.

Never in my life have I had a kebab turn up like this. Didn’t ask for any sauce but has mayo and sweet chilli coated all over it. Should come with salad and not a piece of lettuce in sight. Rang them and got dismissed off the phone

We used to love ordering from here, my previous review was 5-stars, we always had a good experience. Since the change in ownership we have been hugely disappointed! We ordered a little while back and our food was an hour late, cold and just didn’t come up to the same quality. We put it down to a busy night, gave the benefit of the doubt. We tried again recently, our food arrived a little closer to being on time, however it arrived stone cold, tasted appalling and 2 of the items ordered were wrong. 2nd chance, last chance, it’s not the place it was, far from it! Regrettably, we can only give 1-star, avoid.

Ordered food for my family and it was absolutely on point. My children enjoyed the cheese burgers and the zinger burger was amazing. Would definitely order again. The guy who took my order was lovely, he remembered my fussy daughters name and wrote it on her burger box, so it didn't get mixed with the others. Thanks for the great service 😊

Don't answer the phone to take an order, clearly don't want any business. Didn't get to taste the food as we have been calling all night to have them hang up the phone, clearly the staff couldn't care less. Rude.

Use else where! Food takes so long to come that the bag it came with fell apart when the guy handed it over, food went all over the floor and the delivery guy just laughed and walked off. Even if it hadn't fell on the floor I wouldn't have eaten it as you could see the water on the fries like little droplets from the steam of being kept warm

I threw this away and ordered from chicka fila instead. Wasn't what uncle Sam's used to be, burger bun was soggy, mushy and falling apart, the actual beef burger was black and un appealing. No salad, no extras which had been ordered. I wish I had never of paid cash as I would have requested a refund on this order. The paper wrapped around the items was completely sodden because of the steam from being kept warm, which is what happened to the soggy burgers buns I guess as water was dripping from the packaging. The bread was like mush and wrinkled like a microwave burger kind of thing.

Terrible, they don't even send your order I was waiting until 11.30 for my food that just eat had said was on the way, then I ring the restraunt to see what was happening and they tell me they aren't delivering to me as a neighbour had not paid previously... talk about tarring people with the same brush. I wouldn't mind but it was paid by card lmao. So on the end o ordered from chicka fila. Much better prices and service, they recognise their loyal customers too. So hands down would the this -1 if it was possible aha. They think they can over charge for inedible food because they use the words 6" bun. Do your self a favour and order from else where, you'll have better from your local chippy.

The food arrived early which was good. However, the food you sent was completely inedible. The fries were soggy and tasted like cardboard, my kids refused to eat the chicken nuggets, the mrs refused to eat the chicken burger (the lettuce was brown). I asked for onion rings and got sent hash browns, which was stuck to the bag with the amount of grease on them. In all honesty i dont know how much you paid the food rating place to get a 4. Your food is inedible and i wouldnt even feed it to a dog! Avoid this place like the plague!

Ordered off just eat.. Received slimy, raw chicken.. Undercooked chips, and a £4.25 'biscotti cheesecake' (victoria sponge) and had spent £4.50 on 3 scoops of non existent ice-cream. Rang the shop to ask them to sort it out and before I could even finish telling them all the problems I was called a liar, over one word misspoken, which I immediately corrected. I misspoke when I told them I'd received a victoria cheese cake instead of a biscotti cheese cake ((because I'd said the word 'cheese' instead of the word 'sponge')) he then refused to listen to me and called me a liar and was unbelievably rude. The food was binned on account of being undercooked and I will be happy to never waste another penny there :)

They have accepted my order on their official website, made me wait for an hour from 11.30 to 0.30. i could even see progress on my order, it been 'cooking' and then after an hour they just closed restaurant, didnt answer the phone and didnt deliver my order without even letting me know. Today is a special day as it’s my brother’s birthday; sadly, my family and I couldn’t spend the day with him as we all live in different cities. We ordered for him a slice of rainbow cake and an oreo milkshake and asked if they could write happy birthday somewhere, and they very kindly did and even drew balloons! Cute and lovely! He enjoyed the food and I’m super thankful for their kindness! 💛

FIRST TIME ORDER!!! 1/03/2021 At 10:30pm approx we decide to order. The website said that it would come in an hour, however it came half an hour early and never told us. this came at around about 11:30pm. the delivery person didnt have a clue in the world. after all this, i opened the bag just to see cheesecakes was as thin as sharpe pens. The cookie dough was as thin as paper and had a bad smell to it. the chicken strippers looked like left overs. The deserts were frozen. (i would have got it better in tescos). WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! When I recieved my order I was disgusted by how my cookie dough looked, it looked gone off and appalling and definitely not how a cookie dough should look. I tasted it and I felt even worse, I felt sick to my stomach after having a couple spoon fulls and was completely put off. Clearly they shouldn’t be making deserts and charging people for them when they don’t know how to make deserts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. DISGUSTING!

The food here surprised me. The shop looks like a normal kebab shop, so I wasn't expecting much, but the burgers were fresh, tasty and the ingredients were good quality, the nachos were pretty good and the Cajun fries were hot and well seasoned. I have to look hard to see any bad things about Uncle Sam's, even the female delivery driver was attractive. Sam, you are doing a great job

These guys are rude and do not handle feedback well at all. I personally wouldn't recommend ordering from them. It would appear from reading their comments on just eat that they are suffering from a reduction in quality as of late which is a shame as a lot of their feedback is excellent. My experience however was far from it. Fries that taste like oil rather than fries. Questionable chicken which they maintain are fillet' but they upon dissection didn't appear to be. It's disappointing to not be able to finish a meal and feedback was sent honestly on the hope that Uncle Sam's can return to their former glory. Not for them to send me a rude response to my feedback. It's not the only time this has happened either. They have shown this behaviour a number of times on just eat comments and on here. Maybe their time would be better spent improving their food rather than sending rude responses to comments. I hope that Uncle Sam's can sort out their food and their attitudes. Thanks for the response Sam...now I would suggest that you amend your review rather than looking like a complete idiot with the way you compose yourself when dealing with constructive feedback. I will take your advice and get ready meals over ordering from you anytime. The order was wrong. I have no reason to say otherwise. You also respond with the same aggressive comments to everyone who has negatives to say. You must spend several hundred hours a day reviewing your camera footage based on your responses. Sort out the quality of your food and service rather than arguing with everyone. Maybe then you would get less negative reviews. Both my reviews have been honest and contructive. Your several hundred orders a day figures also confuse me.

Went tonight about 21:45 to pick up a collection order and I paid something like £5 something for a large cod and chips. When I got home and opened it up , the chips portion were nowhere near that value, I had a funny feeling when the box felt really light as soon as I picked the bag up. In all honesty, with regards to what I had in the box, the value was no more than £4 I'm very disappointed especially it being my first time , had high hopes i have a picture but there's no option to upload it with my review :(

ordered 2 burgers one with just cheese and onion when they came they were stone cold and the one that was supposed to only have cheese and onion only had sauce on so rang for them both to be replaced they only sent one burger instead of 2 and again stone cold

Absolutely terrible experience! Ordered food and after it being 30 minutes late I rang up and they stated first was on its way to it’s been delivered when it hadn’t. Customer service what can I say? My 4 year old would do better! They kept passing the phone round to 3 different people to finally the manager and all he done was laugh at me and say there’s nothing he can do. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. As a restaurant manager myself who uses just eat I know the way things work so he just told lie after lie.

Rubbish food in Dudley Very disappointed with your service

Placed an order on just eat at 22:40 it is now 00:00 and has not been delivered and when trying to phone no answer. Disappointed with this as delivery is not far away if we had know that delivery was a problem then we would had picked this items up. This is part of there dessert that they offer.

First time ordering and I must say it was a really good call. I had 2 orders of The New York Range burgers and I almost couldn't finish the last bite of mine. Very filling, generous helpings of sauce, relish and chunky gherkins. Delivered on time, hands free delivery, driver left it by my door and just wonderful overall. Definitely adding this to my list of takeaway food. It was a really good treat. Also, sorry for the unflattering photos xD its a big boy of a burger.

Absolutely rubbish service. Recommend do not buy from them. I ordered once on Uber eats, waited until 12pm for the order never arrived, revived a refund and decided to re-order again a few days later and again was 1 hour and 15 mins late and my order was received at 12:30pm when it should have been received at 11:15. When my order received I was disgusted by how my cookie dough looked, it looked gone off and appalling and definitely not how a cookie dough should look. Wouldn't recommend! They're rude and don't handle changes well. I made a mistake ordring online and when asked to be changed i was shouted at down the phone an told ''no changes can be made that's the end of it." Then i was cut off. Was really looking forward to my desert, and now I'll probably just give it to my mom, nether the less, don't waste your time or money here.

I don't think I have ever given such a bad star but this restaurant is the worst god knows how they sell roughly 300 burgers a day The cake which costs 3.50 is nearly as thin as a Sharpe pen Don't get me started on the burgers and fries Fries : tasted like they were soaked in grease Burger : was like disgusting the texture was gross didn't feel right in my teeth rubbery and everything Also the salad when it comes to mind it's meant to have all salad not just lettuce Won't be having food from there again waste of 17 pound especially when I can go to brecks and pay 13 pound for so much better food and with more time that's been put into it

Order placed on their website giving 1 hour ETA. I've tried calling them 10 times, no one is answering the phone or is busy, now it's almost 2 hours from when the order was placed, still no contact... Used to order via Justeat and everything was OK, but this is a very bad experience. Starting to believe that not all negative reviews here are fake.

You accepted our order and made us wait for no reason, you had a hour and half until you closed.zero stars!

Scheduled an order at 3:30 to be delivered at 7, at 6:50 when the order said it was on it’s way they cancelled the order. So 4 hours of waiting for food to get a sudden message of it’s not coming is disgusting. I’m not recommending this place and never ordering from it again. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE

Can't give lower sadly!!! The delivery didn't turn up so at the 50 min late mark I decided to ring... The owner was rude and aggressive towards me claiming they tried 3 times to deliver!!!! What a lie that was 😂 they proclaimed they rang my phone 3 times too which they didn't... they proclaimed to bang on my door Which is impossible as they need buzzing to get into the flat hall way!!! Refused my refund and I can't get over how rude they was. They also blocked the number to their restaurant when I tried calling again

Dont eat here food came opened food really greasy. I had the moochuck the chicken was pink. I would add pictures but cant add them. If u want good food go else where.dont know how people can give this place 4 star need there heads looking at if they think this place dose go food

Ordered from here on friday night and will never order again!! I had a fish fillet burger meal and ordered the moochuc burger meal. For the price the moochuc burger was pathetic and paper thin and after eating half of my fish burger I spent the next 48 hours feeling seriously ill and vomiting badly!! Wont ever order again!

I ordered for the first time from this restaurant last night. I never received my meals and called the restaurant 8 times to chase up my order and nobody answered the phone. The restaurant have also refused to give me my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We have purchased food from here twice now and cannot fault it! The burgers are incredible and the fries are perfect. We have ordered in store and also delivery, and on both occasions we have thoroughly enjoyed it. There is a good choice of burger filling combinations, all of which I intend to try. I ordered a meal today they charged me £1 over I did mention it to the driver , they gave me 2 extra drinks what I didn't order with my two burger meals. Gave him my £20 his boss told him to give it to me the food for £11 but the driver only had the exact change so I said never mind gave him the £12 only because of the extra drinks .. I called back later after to say the burger was lovely plus the presentation 👍🏽 Half hour later I get a call saying I didn't pay the driver,My driver dosnt lie😕😕..Okay I told the man on the phone 100% paid the man He told me not to call back again 😫the food was really good as well 😆.. After the call I went to check at the door just to see, it was near the end of my drive THE DRIVER DROPPED THE £20 NOTE WHEN HE GOT PHONE OUT OF HIS CAR TO CALL THE MAN BACK AT UNCLE SAM'S🤥🤥..SOOOO I still got the £8 change and the £20 but the man was rude and told me not to call back sooo🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ A week later or so - I called back to discuss his replied review to confirm I don't live in a flat the driver would know because the entrance to the door he was standing at was a house..I wouldn't even order from here if there telling little lies like that just for their business . The owner said he will call the police for harassment 😂 Even if they did that driver could never take the police to "where" it actually happend he's already lied about it the fools....your story Doesn't add up my friend Why would I receive my change before handing my money? OR IS HE JUST STUPID? Or are YOU if that's what he told you for an excuse I'm 25 years of age with a child who got home from work .who got time for closing doors in delivery driver face for a £12 meal mate WELL DONE FOR GETTING HOW FAR YOU HAVE WITH YOUR BAD MATHS STOLE £20😂😂 Please If you can prove that was me that you delivered to please do so Thanks for your reply though you made my day
