Food arrived super quick, staff was super friendly and the customer service was amazing!

Never again I worked here as driver thought have a change from were I am now it was better when Adam had it to quality food real steaks and big portions

My lad had chicken chow mein last night. He's feeling sick. Stomach not good at all. Got the dell boys. Delivery driver never offers the change back just walks off with it. Answering the phone yooo when ordering. Staff rude.

Ordered sirloin steak was very thin not usual thickness ,found out original owner pak has sold shop so beware service and quality of food will be affected like mine was

First time ordering from here and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. Chicken curry was lovely and flavourful with a little kick more than even for me. Both my parents ordered beef curry ( they are not huge curry fans) but loved every mouthful, beef was a little chewy but overall incredible. (Even my Pomeranian approved of the chicken and he’s extremely fussy) will be ordering again . Complements to the chefs

VERY DISGUSTING LOOKS LIKE VOMMIT WOULD NOT FEED IT TO MY PIG! Very rude when advised about the chao mein soaking in thick curry sauce! The woman asked why we ordered the meal if we don’t like it! I told her I did not order chao mein in curry sauce I asked for prawn chao mein.If I could post pictures I would VERY DISGUSTING AVOID EATING or ORDERING FOOD FROM THEM. You will thank me later! 🤮🤮🤮

Yuk sung was very dry, salad very rubbery and the same for the prawn crackers very dry and not tasty. Chicken chop suey looks great but lack of sauce and olives in it knocks it down but great variety of veg and a lot of chicken.

Avoid this place. Rat infested and the owners don't care. I'm afraid I've been let down for the last time. Normally I'd give an in-depth review of what I'd eaten but as the first prawn cracker I pulled out of the bag had set in it (and ended up unknowingly in my mouth) a piece of hard clear plastic I shan't waste my time or yours. Food has its ups and downs from here and has let standards slip but I'm afraid this isn't cricket.

Initial impressions are good - clean and tidy and a warm welcome, despite being just before midnight (on the way home from a one day music festival). Two beef chow mein, prawn crackers and mini spring rolls (lovely tasting but volcanic! - man, they were hot) and, of course, prawn crackers. Ample portions - we've got nearly half for lunch later! Good flavour, and plenty of beef which had been cooked week, juicy and tender. There was a salad too (saved for when reheat the leftovers as we were wearing in the car!)

Just moved around here so thought i would try it and glad I did this food is amazing its like a mixture of Chinese flavour but with indian chicken chunks its the best food ive had in ages will be using again most probably 2 to 3 times a week keep up the good work

got food poisoning from here once, left me so ill for days constantly throwing up, definitely know it was from here because my dad had also got it too. When we rang up to tell them they denied it and put the phone down on us, disgusting place overrun with rats and god knows how dirty the kitchens are. avoid if you want to keep your food in your stomach and not down a toilet

Best Chinese food ever, reccomend spring rolls & curry sauce!!!

Ordered at 5.11 pm told it would be an hour rang them back at 6.20 pm tp be told it has left the shop and on its way waited till 6.45 pm arrived at the door and the food was cold so phoned them back told me that I could put it in the bag and they would change it , but I did not want it to be another 2 hours appalling service 😀 😅

Love their large Spring Rolls, a couple are a meal in themselves.

Ordered food tonight the staff were rude and the food wasn't nice. Had a salt and pepper box paid £15 for it and it was nasty, chicken was dry and really hard to chew, the chips were cold when food came, the ribs were dry and everything was really really salty. I know feel sick I was looking forward to take away as well. Won't be using them again and definitely would recommend. My dogs ate better tonight than we did

Shocking delivery service ordered at 8.30 waited 1 hour called to see where My order was and was told was on its way called back at 10 as still not here to find out it hadn’t even left the kitchen so they clearly lied now I have been waiting 1 hour and half and still not here won’t be using them again not just the fact delivery is shocking the fact they lie to you on the phone (kitchen staff told the girl it had already gone when it clearly didn’t she did apologise) waited for 1 hour 45 mins

Had the bbq spare ribs and chips but had to throw half of it away as the spare ribs meat was dried out and the bbq sauce had no flavour. The gravy had the consistancy of thick gravy... Won't be going back there in a hurry. shame i wasted over £9 for this as well which to me is over priced

Disgusting and customer service to match. Don’t bother!!!!! you will be sadly disappointed. Ordered drinks with my food, spent over £50 and never received my ordered drinks, driver lied about giving me two bags and they did’nt do a single thing to put this right, check your order because they will short you and won’t give a sh*t about you. Actually put phone down on me when I tried to speak to the manager, disgusting service.

Poor customer service , shocking actually , food not delivered , driver claimed he visited , they also claimed they contacted me with no record and I spoke to my phone company who also said nobody has tried to call , the receptionist was very rude , also as I was speaking to receptionist , she would say 1 minute and was speaking to somebody else thinking I could not hear what she was saying when the things she was saying was not very nice at all.

An average takeaway with an ok service. It's definitely not as great as it was before; there are better Chinese takeaways in the area. All being said, the food is not bad and it's at a reasonable price.

Good food when they get it right. However, they have a terrible reputation for forgetting parts of the order; from sides and starters, to even the free prawn crackers etc. Very uncommunicative too when trying to correct the situation. Order minimal because they clearly do not write orders down.

Ordered food to be delivered and had a fried rice missing takes half hour for it to arrive so the rest of food is cold no appoligy worst £27.00 I've spent on a long time 👿

Food ordered 5.05. Arrived in time with one item missing. We were told that it would take only 15 mins to deliver that item. 30 mins later we rang back still waiting to eat..... We were told that as a long standing customer we were getting a full meal delivered to us as the other stuff would now be cold. The driver then arrived with just new chips and rice. We asked for a refund as surprise surprise the other stuff was cold ...... We were told no - you are not getting a free meal on us!! Really you said you would deliver us a brand new meal and actually you're at fault for not delivering what we ordered!! We started eating at this place as it was a family business and we understood that the one of the owners nephews had Coeliac disease and so that caters well for that problem. 8 years or so a customer and that is how they treat you....... So angry. Happy New Year!!

I have used Lai Do for year's. Used to live in Coseley now in Dudley. I had a Chinese from here the night my son was born he's now 21!!!😮 Adam the manager now seems a fair enough bloke. Is Pat still there? Think he was the Chinese manager years ago used to be front of house, don't see him very often now he was a good bloke too.

Ordered fpod, not much, so would not take long to ook and arrive. Was told that it would take 90 minutes due to difficulties they wrere having. However 2.5 hours later it had still not arrived, upon managing to finally get through on the phone, I was then told it was due to 2 chefs going home, for various reasons. food did not arrive until 3.5 hours after my initial call. This place is ridiculous, never ordering again.

Tell you up to 1 hour delivery and arrives nearly 2 hours

Was told an hour for delivery, i called them after an hour and half and they said its going to be another 20 mins! Was not interested in sorting it out and hung up on me! Lost another customer here!

As much as the food is nice here there abit dippy at times and the service is so slow.. the delievery is ridiculous get told a hour but come a hour an half two hours..

Ordered last night at 8pm was told one hour delivery. Turned up at 10pm one hour late - after phoning the shop on several occasions chasing. Mentioned to the delivery driver (not his fault) who said same last night - 2 hour delivery. WHY DONT YOU TELL PEOPLE ITS GOING TO BE 2 HOURS - they then have the choice to go elsewhere. Still waiting for a call back from the so called manager......

They do not listen to orders and when you ring to complain they state that is what was ordered, first and last time used, would avoid as staff are ignorant and liars.

Ordered our food for collection went and picked it up and turned out to be wrong when we got home so phoned them up and argued for 10 minutes after they tried charging to resend the food and then told us it would be an hour to get out! Absolutely rude on the phone will not be using this place again!!!

Usually quite good but the last 2 times ordering both orders have been wrong then when 're delivering takes another hour!

Unpredictably awesome food, when the delivery time is correct and the chefs had an early night the food is spot on - when you have to wait 1hr+ and the chef either over cooks your food and/or forgets something - it’s not so good.

I've given up on the chicken curry as the chicken meat is not very appealing, the middle is very "spongy" the outside has an overcooked, hard case. I tried the T-bone steak in black pepper sauce instead, that's always been expensive but good, alas, this is not what it was. It was probably the thinest cut T-bone I've ever had (very skilled butcher!). The sauce is lacking it's peppery quality and the chips are horrendously bland, they are like a form of damp powdered paper in a paper skin, with no taste. Have a look at one next day, very strange? As a previous review says "this was the pinnacle of Chinese takeaway food" it seems to have gone from pinnacle to pits? Bring back Pak, he was the master!

Simply the best. If you can't get along with the manager, Adam then I can't understand why. He is very fair and easy going. All the counter staff and drivers are very obliging and their is a reason you have to wait a while for food, it's that busy because it's that good. Keep it up guys/gals, don't let the haters/free bee lovers get to you Jojo

Came late then when it did arrive was missing part of my order then they sent out the egg fried rice and had black burnt bits in and smelt burned worst 15 pound spent.never again need to learn some manners customer service is terrible

Absolute rubbish food , waited over an hour for delivery, when I ordered I asked the girl on the phone to ask the chef not to overcook the chicken , in the chicken curry (which is often the case) the chicken was rock hard the chips like cardboard, I did get other food for some of my family but the cost was £24, NEVER AGAIN . The one star rating is for the polite girl on the phone...
