As always best chicken and chips around, nicer than KFC IMO

I am normally very happy with my order but today it has turned up almost cold, so I'm not happy.

I only like chicken thighs as am not a fan of leg poultry but they always will give me thighs only if I ask

The food is nice however should improve on hand hygiene. The person who receives cash should not handle/prepare food without washing hands first.

Food was not very hot must have done more then one delivery

Chicken was dry, coating wasn’t crispy, pretty disappointed as it also wasn’t that cheap.

no delivery driver available from 17.00pm to 18.30pm and its fifteen minutes down the road. it shouldn't have taken that long

Always delivered on time. Food always nice and hot too, I really prefer their chicken than KFC and their chips always crisp and tasty! We keep coming back time and time again, hope they’ll never change! Quality take out! I do recommend order early! We always order around 6 to avoid the busy period especially on a Friday or weekend! Highly recommended!

The delivery was speedy, the food was nice and hot and tasty. Think I found our chicken shop in St. Neots that is similar to our go-tos in London.

Have been coming here for years it has always been great food and great service but recently it’s fallen off . The meals have shot up in price and the sides are definitely over priced. Went there last week n had a upset stomach n being sick thought it maybe due to the heat aswell so didn’t jump the gun to blame the food so thought I’d try again this week and the exact same has happened , yes they do big portions but weather the food is stored properly is a diffrent situation , won’t be coming back unfortunately. Have lost a customer off around 4 n half years

Didn’t arrive ! Delivery driver said he was outside my house , told him he was at wrong address my address is correct on app, sent postcode said he would come not turned up order says delivered can assure you not delivered

Wings are not spicy at all unfortunately but very tasty and juicy.Fries are not salty and with black spots on them but cooked perfectly.

my order turnt up on time only thing I wasn't happy about is I paid extra for cheese in my Wrap and there was none in there

Delivered to wrong address, I had to call them they said food had been changed clearly not in this case

Delivered on time, we made our order early enough on a Friday so i think it helps. Food arrived piping hot, in terms of fried chicken and chips, they are really good, very crispy, and the chicken has a nice flavour and tenderness without being too dried or too salty. I’d recommend them.

Have called there outlet twice was gieven excuse still not recieved feel conned

So not only did the delivary driver drop off the wrong order I then had to drive to restaurant and get my own order not acceptable the whole point of ordering is to get my food to me not for me to go and get it not!!!!

I ordered a 6spicy chicken wings meal and they gave me a chicken burger

Food late, although driver was at premises for 20 to 25 minutes? Food luke warm on arrival, although we only live about 3 minute drive away.

Never received the food!! Restaurants attitude was 'not my problem I sent it out with delivery driver & I have no contact details for them' had to report it to justeat & now have to wait up to 7 days for a refund. Absolutely disgusting

USA regular chips are unique and delicious.

Used USA Chicken for years. The quality is excellent, the service and price are very good. Their chicken burgers are so much better than any other take away. 100% recommended.

You get a lot of food for the money! Very generous with the chips. It was piping hot when it came, within only 20mins. All good :)

... update from my previous mention OMG Their chicken is as fresh as a summer mornings breeze, as it takes you off you feet you're presented with the most fresh and pleasant chicken tenders life has got to offer, including the chips that are freshly fried to order, not to mention the popcorn chicken that sweeps you off balance making you want more, the most pleasant chicken around by far 😋

Have been getting take-aways from USA Chicken for years, much better taste and quantity than KFC. Ribs are great with plenty of menu options. Great VFM.

Lovely local business who must have had it tough. Much better quality and portion sizes than the other chicken place in Eaton Socon.

Don't take cards. This is 2021. Cash only ....dodgy.

Overall good. Not as greasy as KFC in St Neots. The skimp a bit on the sauce for the ribs sometimes. Other then that pretty consistent.

Eaten many times here portions always good the fries are on the button crispy not greasy. Ribs need working on could do with different combinations BBQ ribs salt pepper ribs , chili ribs and so on . Chicken dishes chicken burgers tasty yum yum . Chicken pieces usually tasty but odd times lingering oil on some pieces but good overall . Staff pleasant place is clean and some parking available. Prices are good for portion amounts .

Good food, but, they buy European drinks not UK drinks ie. Pepsi, Fanta etc and they do taste different, not too keen on these.

Cheap, tasty, decent sized pilotions, nice staff.

Generous portions of southern-style chicken and fries. Perfectly fine for what it does and prices are sensible. Parking right outside is very handy.
