Tynewydd Hotel in Rhondda Cynon Taf

This lovely local pub is just fantastic! Great beer and traditional pub grub - we booked for a large family group for a birthday and from the first point of contact to the end of the evening was just excellent. We submitted our orders prior to arrival and paid deposits for each person, when we arrived the tables were laid and the restaurant was warm, comfortable and well presented. There were sufficient staff who provided us with excellent service throughout the evening. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious! All 18 members of the party, including children thoroughly enjoyed their food and commented how good it was. DEFINIETLY will return.

Food was very nice, Chips could have been crispier. Came with some very nice tartar sauce. I ordered Fanta, it was very nice and even came with a ton of ice. And the side was a very nice garnish of onion, cucumber, tomato and lettuce came here multiple times, and would still come here again. Staff were also very nice, polite, and fast.

Absolutely stonking food, so delicious! Great place to eat the only downside to sitting inside is the smoke from the cooking, was a bit much for me so will go back on a nice day and sit outside, highly recommend this place
