Delivery was good food arrived hot the quality of the food was good good portions well done

Battered sausage looked anaemic (not a crispy battered coating at all), the cheesy chips were £2 more than a small portion of chips but you get half the amount than a small portion, so that’s an expensive bit of cheese! Best to order direct and not from Just Eat as I think you pay a substantial amount more (for cheesy chips anyway…)

greasy and horrible. Guess it was left overs from the lunch time session. wont be eating there again

cod batter was dripping with oil the fish was over cooked the sausage in batter was the same and the savoloy was barely cooked been here before and never had it this poor

time kept moving, food was freezing cold when it arrived. onion rings were awful

Decent Fish and Chips - probably one of the best that I have tried in London. Fish is usually cooked to order, however if you visit within 30 mins of when they are due to close, their food may not be quite as fresh. Between 5pm and 6pm seems to be the busiest time I have visited. By 6.30pm it quietens down a little in my experience.

although the restaurant was not at fault just eat completely messed up and now i cannot get a response from them £34 and no food what a joke

Fish n'chips is a staple. This place cooks and delivers well.

What a lovely plaice, the grilled fish is great, my husband had large cod and it was a whale, batter looked spot on, chips were beautiful and fried to perfection. Best fish n chips I have had in years... Staff are very friendly, very clean place to eat... Definitely worth another visit as it is open 7 days a week, 1st Sundays of every month is gluten free menu day...

Saveloy was uncooked. But the rest of my meal tasted good.

Scampi was dry and grey/brown- not normal standard

Thought I would try this fish shop again got home opened the paper there was literally hardly any fish in the batter wil definitely not spent my money there again sausage and chips if I did again waste of £9

Missing an item which was annoying!

I have been to Two Brothers a few times over the past year and it has always served up fresh and beautifully cooked fish and chips. Tonight I got a takeaway and the fish was dry and chewy, the batter was not as light and crispy as usual, and the chips were so greasy. I couldn’t finish my meal and now feel sad that this place may have changed hands as it was a favourite spot in the area. I’m hoping it was an off night as I’m not sure I’ll return 🙁 [Edited on 20th September 2024] My partner and I went back to Two Brothers tonight and so glad we did. The fish and chips were cooked fresh and were crispy and delicious. Great service too tonight, despite being very busy in the restaurant and for takeaways.

Food was cold, we watched driver pull up and food was not in a insulated bag, it was just sitting on passenger seat

The chips were overcooked and a bit tough. The fish was all batter and hardly any fish . Mushy peas were good.

Bit slow to serve even when quite Literally they look at each other to see whom with serve and leave you standing there a while before someone actually takes your order Other than that food lovely fresh and hot

Onion rings cold and rubbery. Fish under cooked and tasteless. Chips ok and gravy was fine. Delivery kept getting put back.

Fish was bland, no taste at all.

fish arrived in pieces, chicken over cooked, 1 item not delivered, mushy peas cold and chips undercooked. won't use again.

Found a dead blue bottle in the chips, body, legs and head all separated and mixed amongst the bag. complained to just eat who couldn't care less. definitely put off ordering again.

Delivery driver was kind and gentlemanly

very good and very fresh. only chips need to fry a bit longer but I still like it very much

I have just had the most disgusting cod and chips ever. When my husband got home the carrier bag was dripping with grease. I lifted the fish out and the grease was literally pouring out the paper. The batter was so thick it was awful. Even after peeling the batter from the fish, I still couldn't eat it as all I could taste was cooking oil. It's the first time I've experienced a bad takeaway from here and it will be the last as I won't be going back.

Unfortunately the chicken was badly burnt

chips and fish was cold, could have been better if it was hot. and I am a short distance from shop. will not be having a delivery again

I think the oil needs changing as its all you can taste.

as usual 5* never fails....but today we didn't get the breaded mushrooms....we will be back. xx

I've used a few times before and all was good, however unfortunately this time the food wasn't good, the fish had a strange after taste and the chips poor, I won't use again.

My haddock was full of big bones not expected from your usual high quality shop, turned me off buying your fish, tasted delicous what i could eat

Got cod and fish takeaway , fish was dripping with oil very bad had to put several layers of tissue to remove all the oil, but still lot of oil was in the batter really bad So t recommend this place to anyone

Great cod and chips - come from Feltham side just to order given the quality and value for money compared to others closer to where I live. Highly recommend the large cod which is made to order. Can easily feed two people.

Had dinner here, the staff were very nice and friendly! The food was very good as well, we had the veggie burgers and fish and chips and they were delicious:)

Excellent Cod (I like it skinless), with yummy fries with melted cheese. We slaobhad grlled cod (with butter & parsley). Highly recommended, Excellent service.

Delivery was 90mins late. After already going to collect myself, a driver turned up with my order again. Food was soaking with oil. Breaded mushrooms which are supposed to be crispy were soft and soaking with oil. Entire dinner was dripping in oil.

absolutely Fabulous, fish cooked to perfection on the 2 times I have ordered from here. I forgot to add chips and when I called through to the restaurant, the guy said he will drop them of personally, in which he did in record timing. perfection. thanks guys

New management/owners? First time that I have had soggy mushy fish, battered sausage is like a slice of bread wrapped around a sausage very bad. Nice people, I just don't think they know how to cook, must be new owners but they need to be careful or loose the old customers. Food speaks for itself, learn please.

These are some great cod and chips. I'm back in the area for a few weeks so I thought I'd give this chippy a go as it's got the best rating. I'm going back before I leave even if it is a bit far for me to go but worth it. Next time I'll only have the standard chips with large cod as I couldn't finish them, I kept eating as they were great chips.

food was cold...I watched driver on map going the wrong way,away from where I live..called restaurant and they said its best you pick up in future as drivers are useless and they get complaints all the time.when he did eventually turned up I said where have you been? all I got was I had another order and he just walked away leaving us with old fish n chips. not impressed.

No thank you, no please, no eye contact, I've asked 4 extra salt and vinegar and as if I've asked 4 the world and then she put it on the left hand side window without saying a word ,I've had to to ask if it was mine and what I believe was the manager said yes

Chips were not crispy very starchy and stodgy had no sale and vinegar at all when I put this on the notes. The onion rings were dark brown skinny and had barely any onion in them just tasted like onion flavoured dough awful food this evening

Food was luke warm, taken a while to assign a driver, driver was on cycle too. Food prepped too soon? Cyclist too slow? Not sure. Had to use microwave..

Did not receive the 2 saveloys that were ordered

Not really on time as delivery window kept changing and the driver sailed past the house. Also instructions as to seasoning of the chips were not followed.

Best fish and chips in the area, I have other chip shops closer but prefer to drive here as its very consistent. You sometimes have to wait a few minutes if they are busy and sometimes 5 minutes if cooking chips but at least you know they will always be fresh. Recommended.

Back on track tonight after last week’s disaster with a courier that took 90 minutes to deliver. Everything was very nice this evening and hot!

The fish was not as nice as it used to be, they may have changed the batter as it just covered the fish like it was flour and was not firm and had no texture like it used to. Maybe it’s changed management ☹️ 🐠

The best fish and chips in the area! Their chips are crispy and cooked to perfection and the fish tastes great and is not dripping with grease. I highly recommend this place.

It's a shame normally the food is so good but once again the food was cold as the biker had a another delivery on, if you can't deliver hot food I would sooner have you take our postcode of your delivery list. The driver told me you gave him two orders, your tell me the driver accepts more than one order another £15.00 wasted but hey its Christmas 😬😩😩

Tonight was best peice of cod ive had in years was a giant piece with crispy batter, eaten a few times from here over the years and its always been good but tonight was great. 👏👏👏

Very disappointed with the delivery time, as the driver did not come here directly. (We live less than 1 mile from the Two Brothers Fish House.) The driver did another delivery first in Sunbury, 3 miles away, then came here 20 minutes later. Food no longer hot.

Had food in the restaurant no complaints ordered delivery. be prepared to wait on your delivery I waited just over an hour. Food arrived fish cooked ok but just warm chips were cold beans cold . Sadly after a few mouthfuls it went straight in the bin. I will only eat in from now on

Went to shop there and saw this Chippy looked posh and had a great seating area . Had fish and chips and a battered sausage all were top class . Highly recommend it and reasonable prices for sure 5 stars

As soon as I walked in I could tell this wasn’t your normal fish and chip shop! The decor and seating area were a level above any other fish and chip shop I’ve visited. It had a diner feel to it. The food itself was amazing - the grilled fish and chips was tasty, well grilled and seasoned with good spices. The batter on the cod had a unique and tasty flavour and the chips were cooked well and a generous portion. The 1/2lb burger was filling and topping selection was on par with five guys. Battered sausage was also 10/10. Will definitely be visiting again soon! Staff were polite and the owner took time to speak to us and find out a little about us as we were first time visitors. Had a nice family feel to the place.

ok the food was good , great portions and taste, but the real treat was the waitress, she had a wonderful local accent and so fun, good working class fair, we saw mostly take away people,

Thought we would try a new fish and chip shop we was recommended this place and really glad we came lovely staff and amazing food! Brilliant prices and our cod was massive.

Food was cold and sausages overcooked so it went in the bin sadly. Waste of money.

The battered sausage and cod roe were extremely greasy. However the main problem being the sausage tasted awful, think may have been off, it also had fishy taste to it. Not nice at all.

Another great meal. Cannot be faulted.

Delivered to wrong house and I had to go and collect it

We ordered 7x take away large cods and not only the food was great but the service was awesome. They excellent packed the fish and all the food was hot. Thank you. We will order again!

Just take the mick out of drivers making them wait for over 15 minutes then when packing the order finally after 15 minutes “oh sorry we have to wait on the mushy peas another 5 minutes” - they have absolutely no clue on how to run this establishment. Feel sorry for the customers ordering on these platforms with these over inflated prices and the food gets to them cold mushy and very late because they prioritise customers who walk in.

Great Fish and chips, the best Fish and chip shop around the area, quick and sufficient service and the atmosphere is alright.
