Twelve Tenby in Pembrokeshire

Had the pleasure of dining at Twelve on Friday night! Lovely menu with great choices. Food was absolutely delicious and great quality. We shared a lovely bottle of wine. We sat outside as we had our little Pug with us but the atmosphere outside was lovely with some chilled music playing creating a lovely ambiance. I’d definitely come back again all the staff were lovely and nice genuine people. Peppa had some treats while we ate our dinner which was just lovely.

This is one of the best restaurants I have ever been to. The brilliant friendly staff will accommodate your every wish. Whoever cooks the food has talent for sure, foods are exceptional to say the least. And the cheeseboard is world beating. Walked in on spec whilst in Tenby and they literally could not do enough to make sure our autistic grandaughter was catered for. If you arrive before 7pm they have a happy hour where certain drinks and cocktails are 2 for 1. I had 2 margaritas for the price of one and they were amazing. Such a friendly place with superb food, pretty athomosphere with the lighting, and just fantastic all round experience. Very much enthusiastically recommended if you are in Tenby. We will certainly be back. In fact, have been to Tenby many many times, and really can't believe this is our first visit. Many thanks Twelve xx

Fantastic meal, with every mouthful delicious! The service was great, as were the drinks. 3 small plates were a good size meal. Will definitely go back when we next visit Tenby! Only marked it down slightly as the kid's pasta was a little bland. Only a minor thing - we got them a garlic bread and some prawns and they were happy!

What an absolutely fantastic meal we had at Twelve. Friendly staff, good service & amazing food for a party that included a 13yo, a vegetarian & a meat eater. We had the halloumi with hot honey, potatoes with grana padana, cauliflower katsu curry, wild mushroom risotto, lamb croquettes, pork belly, sirloin steak & skinny fries with cheese and all was perfectly cooked & 10/10. The sirloin was stunning & a really decent size considering it’s meant to be a small dish - excellent quality of meat too. The meat eater said the risotto was one of his favourites. All followed by a really good coffee. This place is a gem when all around is cod & chips! Nowadays eating out in average places is pretty expensive & I would rather pay a little more & have a fantastic food experience. Finally, the £15 for 3 dishes is a great price & their is a child menu.

Delicious tapas at a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Really friendly staff who made our family really welcome. Would definitely recommend.

Delightful place for coffee or a light meal.

Cannot fault the food here, and love the tapas experience. It's become a go-to place for me to suggest when I have people visiting, be it for an intimate meal for two or a birthday dinner (note they tend to ask for a pre-order for larger groups, but this makes sense, saves time and has always been spot-on for me), and I've never known anyone be disappointed. The menu often has subtle changes which makes each visit different, yet every dish I've sampled has been of consistently excellent quality. They also do a lovely Malbec and have some good early-bird offers (excluding Saturdays). Only (minor) complaints are that we could often do with more table space to accomodate all the plates, and I probably wouldn't come here alone as it's all about the sharing experience! Highly recommended.

First time at Twelve and we had a great experience. The sharing plates were delicious - fillet steak and lobster thermadore, honey halloumi, garlic prawns, croquettes, roast potatoes and chicken katsu curry were all really good. Service was efficient and friendly. We ate at 7pm and the restaurant was busy and lively, with a good atmosphere. Highly recommend.

A bit cramped on the table we were given and too close to a loud music speaker. Food was quirky but enjoyable.

My husband and I enjoyed a delicious meal here. We chose 6 sharing small plates that were all gluten free. All the dishes were tasty and good value. The staff were great and had a good knowledge of GF and cross contamination. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone but especially coeliacs.

Wow first time for tapas and omg it was delicious,I would highly recommend this place good quality food and good prices and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Food was very tasty, and the atmosphere was good, but we had problems with the service with our drinks getting missed, not all of the food items being served, and our instructions regarding a burger basically being ignored. Maybe our waitress was just having an off night?

Really enjoyed a very nice meal at Twelve this week. We chose a few plates and thought each dish was well made. Sian's Favourite was amazing. This was a Surf and Turf dish. The sauce on the lobster 🦞 was amazing. Chicken wings were well made and had great flavours. Our son loved his Tiger Prawns dish. We visit Twelve whenever we are in Tenby. Look forward to having another meal here on our next visit to Tenby.

My wife and I had a lovely evening here while visiting tenby, The food was absolutely stunning the best we've had in a long while and also great value for money. There was a nice chilled atmosphere and we found it very relaxing we could talk to each without shouting over background noise.

We were recommended this restaurant in Tenby as a great place for small plate food. Well great is an understatement, the food is sensational, the staff are accommodating and friendly and it has a wonderful atmosphere. Loved it and total value for money.

Second time we've been here. Visited a year ago when here on holiday, had a fantastic meal and returned on the basis of that experience. Went back tonight, same excellent experience from the staff to the food. A great spot to spend an evening.

Nice little quaint restaurant off one of the side streets. Have yet to eat here. Will be next month. Quite often they have food offers and a happy hour for beers.

Had a really nice pitstop here for a tea and a portion of skinny fries. Both were lovely and the waitress Ciaran was excellent. Great atmosphere too with great music.

THE BEST RESTAURANT/BAR IN TENBY If you are looking for a fantastic selection of drinks and the highest quality food in Tenby at a reasonable price, this is your place. The management and staff are extremely courteous, welcoming and professional, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you for your fantastic and accommodating service will 100% return. I can’t believe we have found this jewel, a true hidden gem.

Unfortunately we were disappointed as a family. The music was so loud at 7 p.m. that you could hardly place your order. The food was ok. When we wanted to order a second round of small dishes, the waitress disappeared and had to ask whether the kitchen could handle it right now and the information came that we can order with a waiting time, we were not told how long and that also applied the desserts. We then left.

A fantastic meal from start to finish. The staff are very accommodating and attentive. There's an excellent choice of interesting dishes. Everything was delicious, well prepared and arrived quickly. Loved it!

Booked here before we arrived in Tenby as most said it was a busy place. Wasn't overly busy when we visited but we were quite happy that we had booked. The seating is comfortable, and the atmosphere is good. Good selection of drink, with a decent enough wine list or beer on draft or in bottles. As it states, it is a take on tapas that we really like. The menu is pretty good with some good twists on dishes. On the night we called, they had 3 dishes for £15 menu alongside the full menu. We chose 3 from the £15 menu and 3 from the full menu. This was a decent amount of food, and all the dishes were really nice. I was drinking Prahva beer, and my wife had fruit cider as it was quite a hot day. We both had pudding, I had waffles, and my wife had an Eaton mess. Some of the dishes we had were buffalo wings, lazy cow burgers, side salad, cheese sausages, and Quesadilla. Service was fair but not brilliant. Prices are fair for the food and the beer prices are your normal for a restaurant. Overall, nice place, good food, fair service and good atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Amazing dinning experience. Table of 2 for dinner and was not disappointed. Helpful and friendly staff. Chilled out vibe within restaurant itself. Food was amazing and loved the multitude of options, the small plates gave us plenty to choose from at a good price. Catered well to gluten free as well as other dietary requirements. Overall we loved it. Would give 6 starts if we could. Will be returning

This was a different experience! It was quite a lively place, not what I'm used too these days! it's a Tapas type menu & I liked it! I chose 3 mains, didn't have dessert, couldn't fit it in! I had king prawns, Halloumi fries & Bruscetta & it was lovely! Decent drinks too. Clean place, staff are pleasant! We were celebrating an 18th, so we had 3 generations & we all liked the food!

Very nice and unique setting. Staff were brilliant and the variety/quality of the food is brilliant. Highly recommended.

Lovely ambiance and good range wines and drinks

This restaurant it brilliant! Food is delicious and there’s so much variety to choose from, with gluten free, veggie, and vegan options too. The outside and inside is really cosy and atmospheric. Although probably struggling with staff (as is most places!) they are friendly, attentive and helpful. I’ve been visiting Tenby ever since I was small and think this place is a great addition to the town. Will definitely be going back!!

Quality, heslthy vegan food in Tenby is in short supply! We found Twelve and were so happy to find 9 options on their small plates menu. The food was delicious and the service was very good. Really would recommend anyone in Tenby visits Twelve...you won't be dissapointed!

We dined tonight, its a lovely modern restaurant, the girl who took our order missed something off but it was quickly rectified by Jack(big thanks) the food came quickly and was delicious…highly recommended

Stumbled across the restaurant whilst on holiday and was pleasantly surprised. The food is absolutely amazing from here. The staff are extremely attentive and friendly, they had some great vegan options and not to mention the huge fresh prawns for my girlfriend. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here. Highly recommended 👌🏻

I had the chicken and chorizo taco and it was embarrassing how small it was. For £9 I almost laughed and sent it back. I also then got a nice long hair in my potatoes. Overall not a good experience. You have to pick your choice carefully, the katsu was a decent size but still all a bit confused. All a bit mouth and no trousers ... Depends what your after

Great place for drinks and sharing plates. Dropped in with no booking and were really glad we did. The staff were attentive and helpful. We had a couple of great drinks, G&T and red wine were both good. The bar was also popping out cocktails that looked good. The menu was well thought out and well cooked. The fries were hot and crispy but not greasy. The dishes change often I understand but our cauliflower fritters were good and the katsu chicken was fab. Would go back if I am in Tenby again.

Found this gem of a place last night after being told all the other pubs in Tenby were closed before 10pm. Staff were really friendly, felt really comfortable here. Will definitely visit again and recommend to my friends who are visiting the area

Cocktails are expensive and not very good. Approx spritz was mainly soda water. Would not recommend.

Really disappointed 😞 with service left outside . Awaiting drinks when questioned blamed another table inside. Just said sorry and thats all he can do. Joined another que for deserts. Food is good but really let themselves down with service.

Booked after a friend recommended and was very disappointed. We were a party of 3 and on arrival were seated at a table with a steel bar in the middle of the two tables. It made it impossible to have a conversation with everyone as you could barley see the third person, the staff apologised but offered no solution. The food was lovely despite the menu being a funny mix of dishes however no one came to check once the food arrived if everything was ok. We were missing one dish and when asked the waitress returned to tell us the chef had sent everything out and we must be wrong. I understand it was the first week of opening after restrictions have been lifted but overall we were disappointed. The frustrating thing was it could have been resolved with some genuine apologies and perhaps a complimentary drink or a small discount, basic customer service goes a long way and unfortunately it was severely lacking.
