Went here for breakfast after I've heard from a few people it was a place to go and I must say I was not disappointed, breakfast was lovely and most of all it came hot. Only thing I could say on the negative is I asked for poached egg instead of fried and i was told no, but it was not a deal breaker as I say the breakfast was lovely.

Amazing food and a nice friendly warm atmosphere

Had been so excited to try the bottomless brunch but left really disappointed, food was amazing couldnt fault it, but the server didnt have a great attitude, and while i understand you couldnt order another drink until your glass was empty it was taking 10-15 mins to get 1 cocktail , drinks selection was very limited and i had 4 drinks at most in 90 minutes, the whole atmosphere just didnt feel great the whole experience has put me off from going back

Really disappointing- staff quite surly, food below average and staff clearing the table before we had even put our coats on.

Visited last night for my sons 21st birthday couldn’t fault this place food was beautiful and didn’t get the name of the young man who served us but he gave 100% service nothing was a bother for him thanks definitely be back

Food was delicious, had to take pudding home as was too full.

A lovely night at Twelve Twenty Five tonight. The staff were amazing, so happy, helpful and friendly, fantastic food, the cocktails all looked incredible (even though I didn't have any) and the biscoff cheesecake was absolutely beautiful. Oh and the playlist was spot on in the background. Honestly have nothing but good things to say. Got 2 lots of starters because they didn't realise they'd already brought ours out and free dessert because it was our anniversary and birthday. We were stuffed but they insisted. We're already planning on coming back but maybe try breakfast next time

Lush food and drinks. I'm diabetic and had a bit of a low sugar wobbler and they kept me right.

Been a couple of times for breakfast. Lovely atmosphere, staff are lovely food is truly amazing and I can confirm I was stuffed when I finished!! I'm normally a pancake type of girl but there eggs on sourdough was just beautiful! It's clean tidy and smells nice.

Ordered a steak flat bread for takeaway had to wait no coleslaw no salad and spicy chips not skin on fries

All food is to a high standard even the breakfast Service was just a little slow but it was busy and didn't wait too long

Lovely food big plates my daughter had the twelve 25 flatbread plenty of different meats while I had the steak flatbread plenty of steak cooked to how you like it in fact we could of shared one they were so big definitely worth the money will be back to try the breakfast

Came to visit family and went to twelve 25 for lunch , the food was amazing , friendly staff and very good service, I also had one of their lovely cocktails , highly recommend this restaurant I will be going back next time I'm up north.

First time here after my wife and daughter raved about their previous visits and my experience lived up to the hype. Food was superb. The cheesy garlic bread isn’t something I would usually order let alone enjoy but together with the chicken tikka the starters were superb. We shared a twelve25 Flatbread, a really generous amount of meats which were all beautifully cooked and so tasty, the portion is so generous we couldn’t quite finish it. Last but not least the staff were so friendly and professional which rounded off a great night. Can’t wait to return.

Breakfast 🍳 Saturday morning, staff top notch restaurant very busy 10am, but staff got a table for us ASAP, 1 full English 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 ( make sure you are hungry 😋) I had Eggs 🍳 Royal both meals excellent will certainly be back soon k

I've been here twice, the first time my breakfast was cold so wasn't sure if I would return but I decided to give it another chance today and definitely wish I didn't, to be fair the food was hot but what really made me feel sick was a long blonde hair embedded in my breakfast (loaded hash browns) the worst thing about it is I didn't realise until I got about half way through, hair in food is a big no for me and I always wonder why hair nets are not used in the kitchen, they didn't charge me for it but then again I left half due to it so wouldn't of paid anyways, so thats it for me and this place.

Food is great but service can be slow! More floor staff would be an advantage. Great cocktails!

The food from the place is gorgeous. I had the flatbread and it was so tasty with a very generous amount of topping that had me very full.I Cant recommended enough.

Very quick delivery and excellent quality food

3 of us went for the bottomless brunch and it was brilliant. The food was AMAZING!! I dunno about King Prawns, they were more like GOD Prawns absolutely enormous. Katie was brilliant, we had been allocated the high table but we had a shorty with us and she couldn't climb up onto the chairs, so even though it was busy she managed to move things around for us and push a couple of tables together so we could sit at a lower table. We upgraded to cocktails and they were lovely. Pics don't do justice

Katie is fantastic. We took my elderly dad in for food, as we were waiting for him, katie knows what we have everytime, but asked what dad drinks. She brought our drinks over whilst we waited for my dad. When he arrived she brought over a JD & Coke. He was chuffed she knew what he drank before he had asked for one ( he never knew we had told her) she had a laugh with him, saying it was just coke, he said I don't bloody drink coke. She said yeah I bet your a JD man. He was amazed and had a chat with her. She made him feel special and welcome. Katie always goes above and beyond. Jack is also fab, always making us feel welcome and takes time out to see how we are. 2 assets right there. They are a credit to you, nothing is ever too much.

Poor and that's being generous. So much hype on social media and a good Google rating. How? We had breakfast . Steak Benedict. Steak was raw and so chewy almost inedible. Toast was sat on top of hollandaise sauce so was no longer toast just a soggy mess. Few leaves of raw spinach not a touch of seasoning on anything and barely warm. Pancakes with bacon. Average at best only 2 pieces of underwhelming bacon. Orange juice tasted like cheap supermarket from concentrate juice.

Asked for breakfast with poached eggs they came with fried eggs. When we had the ordacidy to complain our plates were taken away and then almost thrown back onto our table. The eggs had obviously been sitting there for an age as they were so hard you could have put a window out. This is the 2nd bad meal I've had here and not in a hurry to return as manageress was unfriendly, unprofessional and down right rude. The general waiting staff however were very polite

Been here for breakfast and dinner, both were excellent. Some really good food options, the place is done out very smartly inside and has a nice atmosphere.

Lovely staff. Delicious scran. I recently tried to phone in an order for delivery. I wanted the brisket chip wrap. Was told I could only have it if I ordered through the app. I don't understand it's the same business, same chef. Wether I order over the phone or through the app.

Visited Sunday as part of the restaurant week, my wife and I had a great meal and good service right up to the point a member of kitchen staff threw something from the kitchen porthole window that hit me just below my left eye. When I raised this with the staff and said how inappropriate it was not only for a member of staff to be throwing things but for this to hit a guest in the face I was met with disinterest and whilst the manager Corey did speak to the member of staff involved no apology was offered until I asked if anyone was going to apologize or offer any kind of explanation. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and not dealt with appropriately at all by staff present.

Just went for coffee and chat with old school friends. The food we saw being served looked absolutely delicious and big portions.

Food was amazing. The staff were super rude and lazy. Guy behind bar was on his phone when we walked in. Seemed an effort to seat us. We wernt table checked. We wernt asked if we wanted extra drinks or deserts. Took us a while to get someone's attention to get the bill. And that seemed an effort for them.

First visit for my birthday and the menu has gluten free options which pleased me as usually options are limited. Enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktails and the music was a hit with my kids and their partners. Staff were friendly too.

Great little restaurant with amazing food

Stopped at 1225 for breakfast, after ordering 2 sets of pancakes and 1 plate of loaded hash browns our order came with 2 plates of hash browns. We assumed the waitress must have misunderstood we only wanted one plate, we didn’t mind so decided we would just pay for the extra plate. Once we had began to eat our food we were approached by a waitress who rudely told us we had “ate somebody else’s food”, after explaining to her we thought there had been a misunderstanding she interrupted to say “no you have took somebody else’s order”. We were asked by a separate waitress if we still required our pancakes which we did, we were then told by said waitress that again we had took somebody else’s order and told several times “no you shouldn’t have ate it as you took somebody else’s food”. I don’t get how you can take somebody else’s food when you have been served this food by the staff, we did think about mentioning the incident earlier but the customer service of some staff put us off so we thought this would cause an inconvenience. Instead of posting a review straight away I contacted the restaurant to explain what happened and received no response. I will not be returning to this restaurant and will be telling others about my experience. We were made to feel very uncomfortable and customer service is obviously not valuable here!

Perfect quayside eatery. Food is bang on, had the steak and was very well cooked. Been in on a few occasions and never been disappointed. The service is second to none and all requests are received with a smile.

We both had a TwelveTwentyFive Asian flatbread and it was totally amazing and well worth the money. I managed to finish mine but my wife struggled towards the end but was offered a box to take the rest home.

On a rainy Wednesday lunch time had a very large tasty duck flatbread. Polite and well mannered staff. It was quiet inside I would imagine due to the weather. I couldn't complain about the food. Large flatbread with delicious seasoned fries, ample duck with lashings of sauce and delicate salad. Didn't wait long for it to arrive. If anything to complain about too much couldn't finish it.

I've been wanting to try Twelve25 for a while now as their flatbreads look unreal. I was not disappointed with the food, really good quality, and served with tasty sauce. The steak on my flat bread was cooked the perfection. The decor of the place is great as well, and great people watching spot on a busy day. Slightly let down by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the toilets were in a shocking condition. Found the table service to be very slow. Food was served fast, but trying to get a second drink took a while even though the place was quiet. One thing to keep in mind is that there two cocktails for £10 offer is only on the exact same cocktails and the same for their Bao Buns which is disappointing as type different cocktails is part of the fun of dining out.

Really disappointed waited a long time for our food, 45mins then when we asked for dessert menu was told our 'time was up' people were waiting for our table!!😠😠 This was our fourth visit and its always been a good experience, but this time we were really let down by poor customer service.☹

Service was excellent 👌 Venue was quite bougie & spotlessly clean. The food was nice enough but not as refined as you would expect for a 5 star venue ... We opted for pancakes and syrup with bacon ..and it was a little surprising to see back bacon served with breakfast pancakes .. but anyway it's just as good as streaky if not healthier anyway - but the pancakes themselves were slightly underdone .. I had the Eggs Benedict with halloumi... Again all the components to be delicious but ever so slightly not hitting the mark .. the avocado seemed like it was pureed maybe bought in & not so much on the smashed side & the hollandaise was oddly sweet even when served with the chilli flakes .. Photo worthy plates of food - presented exceptionally well - and it was good food .. but it's tough competition up here for breakfasts right now ...we are really spoilt for choice!

Nice venue & food presentation looks great. Chicken was over battered and over cooked but they were very busy. Would try again.

Had a long wait for the food and was very disappointed when it eventually arrived. Salt and chilli chicken flatbread normally very nice, tonight it was overcooked, dry and had no flavour, same for the Korean bao buns and salt and chilli chips. Staff didn't seem bothered when it was mentioned to them. First time I've had a bad experience here but we will be leaving it for a while before we return.

Drove 45mins to have breakfast this morning and the taste was worth every single minute. Breakfast burger was outstanding! Will definitely be returning.

I was excited to try Bottomless Brunch here but you didnt get your whole time and the 1st cocktail i chose there was 0% alcohol in and when i complained about it the staff said there was nothing she could do. Customer care needs a lot of improvement! Defo not worth the money ,,☹️

Took my wife there for lunch..I had the tika flat bread and my wife had the steak..both were absolutely amazing..nice staff and good atmosphere and a nice pint..will definitely be back again.
