What an amazing time we had for dinner Molly our server was attentive. Kind and funny The food was spot on so tasty and scrumptious we even stayed for dessert! Thank you turtle bay Lincoln we will be back ☺️

Primera vez que voy a Turtle Bay y fue bueno! Vine para una comida antes del cumpleaños con mis amigos y debo decir que la comida era bastante deliciosa. Tardó bastante en llegar, lo cual no fue genial, pero cuando lo hizo el personal fue muy disculpado. Pedí el pollo 1/2 Jerk que venía con salchicha y arroz que estaba muy sabroso, pero la salchicha era horrible y no podía comerlo al final. El macarrones con queso sin embargo fue un placer - TAN bueno. Como llegamos a la hora feliz cada uno nos dieron 2 por 1 bebidas y eran encantadores, deffo recomiendo. En general un buen momento aparte de los largos tiempos de espera : )

Went here for bottomless brunch at the weekend. There were 8 of us. I didn't catch our servers name - she seemed quite serious and a little abrupt but was rushed off her feet, so I assumed that was why. I think we all had around 5-6 cocktails in our 2hr time slot (I lost count!). Food was just standard, typical for somewhere like that. I had some of my group saying the food wasn't great, then others loved it, so I guess it depends what your standards are. The place itself was very noisy and busy (Sat afternoon). The toilets are also upstairs. They put an extortionate 'service rate' charge on your bill (ours was something like £34). I absolutely hate this way of tipping, like we're in America. Each member of staff is getting at least the national minimum wage, so why do they think it's acceptable to stick another charge on top. They know some customers will feel awkward asking to have it removed (which you can do by the way!) so they chance it. Not just Turtle Bay, but restaurants in general. Also, I paid a deposit to book the table (only £5 but still), however it was no-where to be seem on the receipt. I was a little drunk by this point to ask so I just left it (more fool me), but yes, the bill is something to bear in mind if eating here.

Popped in for lunch and so glad we did. Our waiter Sam was not only attentive but went above and beyond. His relentless sunny personality and determination to ensure we had a perfect experience nearly bought us to tears. His parents must be very proud of him and be wonderful people.

Comida sabrosa para toda la familia. El personal en general es acogedor, amable, pero eso dijo que el ambiente siempre es acogedor y relajado.

Tuve un tiempo increíble en el brunch sin fondo! Los cócteles eran fantásticos, con una gran variedad para elegir, y el servicio era de primera categoría. Un saludo especial a Tamsin, que fue absolutamente increíble — atento, amable, y se aseguró de que nuestros vasos nunca estaban vacíos. Toda la experiencia fue divertida, bien organizado, y definitivamente vale la pena. ¡No puedo esperar para volver! Muy recomendable!

La comida era bastante agradable, pero no coincidía realmente con las imágenes de las fotos. La salchicha de piña fue muy decepcionante - ver foto. El personal era amable, pero creo que se podría tener más cuidado con la comida y asegurarse de que todos los elementos del plato están incluidos.

Un servicio repugnantemente pobre y grosero. Me negaron un asiento con mis amigos porque yo no estaba bebiendo (conductor) y ellos estaban en el Bottomless Brunch. En su lugar me ofrecieron una mesa lejos de ellos por mi cuenta. Ni siquiera se les permitió sentarse con ellos y no comer porque iba “en contra de sus reglas de licencia”. Traté de conseguir un refresco en el bar y me dijeron que un servidor sería enviado a la mesa que encontré cerca de mis amigos. Nunca vinieron. Sin embargo, mis amigos eran servidos libremente cuando iban al bar. No tengo idea de lo que hice para ofender al personal (habiendo sido rechazado por ellos desde el momento en que entré) para merecer sus actitudes discriminatorias. Tuttle Bay Lincoln logró hacerme sentir terrible, hambriento y sediento. Gracias por eso.

The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is in a very good location, all of the staff were very helpful and professional. Our food took a while to arrive and when it did it was the wrong order, but it was taken back and rectified very quickly and the food I did eat was delicious. I'm not a fan of spicy food but I found myself loving what I ate, and will definitely return!

Service was excellent, constant flow of drinks even during busy periods. Shannon provided excellent suggestions when we couldn’t decide what to have. 10/10 will be defo be returning.

Had a great time for bottomless brunch! My one complaint would be that maybe there should be more food options for the brunch! But Tammy was amazing and the drinks were flowing! Thanks for a fab time!

Originally we tried to get in here for food at 9pm but were told by a mop headed teenager dressed in a deadpool jumper outside that they were about to stop serving food but they were open until 12pm for drinks, so we went elsewhere looking for food, which we failed to do so about 10pm ended up back there for a drink before going back to the digs and ordering a takeaway. However on entering a young woman told us they were indeed still serving food, I can only presume the lad from before wanted an early night as he was one of the servers or he was trying to save us from a terrible meal. We ordered our food but as onions make me vomit excessively I asked for no onions, the young lady taking care of us claimed she had even asked the chef if onions were in the food and the part which did include onions (the salad) was swapped for plantain. All good yes? It may have been if the chef hadn't sprinkled spring onions all over the meal, I managed to scrape them off the pork and plantains but what little I did eat left me nauseous to the point I ended up vomiting it up minutes after leaving the place. Never again.

Staff were polite and friendly but when you advertise a 2 for 1 cocktail promotion every day, twice a day, surely someone must be able to go and buy some mint from a local shop when they have run out before 6pm ……. On a Monday. When it isn’t busy…… and there are staff standing around chatting….. and Tesco is 2 minutes walk.

Vinimos hoy para un brunch sin fondo, nuestra camarera AJ fue genial, sin embargo, muy decepcionado con el desagradable gerente que vino a nuestra mesa para exigir que nos mudáramos 5 minutos antes del final de nuestra franja horaria porque tienen que dar la vuelta a la mesa para la próxima reserva... . ¿así que no es una franja horaria de 2 horas entonces? Nuestra camarera nos aconsejó que necesitaban la mesa de vuelta antes de las 2 así que estábamos a punto de mudarnos de todos modos, pero la actitud de los gerentes dejó un sabor horrible en nuestra boca. Los cócteles y la comida eran buenos (pedí lo mismo que mi amigo y obtuve la mitad del tamaño de la porción, lo que parece extraño que enviarías eso a la misma mesa, pero bueno ho) ¡Si no fuera por el final habría sido genial!

Uno de los mejores Fuimos como una familia de 8 y lo pasamos de maravilla, la comida y los cócteles era maravilloso, el personal era realmente genial, sin duda volvería. Gracias.

We were served by Tammy who was polite and timely with service, food was delicious and good quality. 2 4 1 cocktails deal reeled us in as we weren't planning on having alcoholic drinks with lunch. Overall faultless experience!

Supongo que no estuvo tan mal. Tuvimos una buena noche, pero la comida no estaba particularmente caliente y el servicio estaba bien, pero parecía que estábamos olvidados y escuchamos a la camarera y el gerente de piso diciendo que nuestra mesa estaba terminada, su franja horaria pensó, aunque contamos otras 12 mesas vacías.

¡Absolutamente asqueroso! Pedí una comida para llevar y siempre consigo pollo mo de laurel y no sé quién es el “chef” que trabaja en la sucursal de Lincoln pero necesita ser despedido, ¡de ninguna manera era como pollo mo de laurel! Normalmente viene con cebollas, etc. y salsa. Vino con cebollas de primavera en la parte superior y fue el pollo más seco que he tenido la desgracia de comer! El pollo frito estaba seco, todo sin sabor, especialmente el Mac y el queso, la ensalada de col era impactante demasiado honestamente no podía pagarme para comer aquí de nuevo! La oficina central necesita tener un viaje hacia abajo y mostrarles cómo cocinar / (recalentar las cosas) 🤮

El mejor servicio en todo, el brunch sin fondo estaba fluyendo con excelentes cócteles y buena comida, me encantó la hamburguesa y las papas fritas

The best bar tender, Cam made me drinks and shots that suited me and what I loved to drink! I wanted something that was coffee flavoured and the drink he gave me was so good! 10/10 will go again!
