A great place for an excellent meal. Good food and a good price. ( Watch the service charge on your bill. )

This was our first time visit and it was excellent. Food was brilliant 10 out of 10 .service was great and staff was brilliant and helpful. I am from Turkey and I was only visiting strafford upon Avon first time it was coincidence to go in this place one of the best one it was . Thank you to chef and all the staff . Well done well deserved people like this running business 👏

We had planned another restaurant while on our one day stop in Stratford upon Avon but changed to Turquoise. Excellent choice. We were made very welcome by the waiter. This was our first time in a Turkish restaurant. Food was promptly served and nicely presented. Helpings were very generous. Taste and flavours were delicious. Unfortunately we were too full to sample a sweet course. Surroundings were fresh and tasteful. Excellent experience.👍👍

Very welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. This was our 3rd visit to this restaurant. I wanted something light to eat. The waiter recommend İmam bayıldı with baked aubergine 🍆. It was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed complimentary bread and dips while awaiting preparation of my meal. Service was excellent but not too overpowering allowing us to enjoy our meal in private. We will certainly be returning.

My dinner was not good value, one chicken breast stretched and full of rice. Bill brought to our table in tatty box,edges frayed, not good at all.

All good, but mind it for muslims, the meat is not halal. Thankfully the waiter told us as we were all wearing hijab. She might not tell if you are muslim men and non hijabi muslim.

Very good food and friendly welcoming staff.....apart from one, who was the antithesis of the others, surly, curt and unfriendly. As good as the food is, we don't dine where our custom isn't wanted.

Great service and absolutely amazing food. Had a wonderful night and was well looked after and the food is truly amazing. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble and the amount of food you get is well worth it. Will visit again if we return to Stratford

Not good at all the Adana was dry and tough the latte was cold then they changed it to a vile coffee not what I wanted in total not a very nice experience we have been to many Turkish restaurants around Warwickshire and this by far is the worst one all, the others fantastic...and after the meal we were charged a service charge on top of meal price what service won't be going back there again..

I've never had Turkish food before. But i am always curious. The beef fools were nice. I liked my beetroot yogurt thing but hate dill, so don't get it if u hate dill to the degree I do. The fish is nice and salad was lovely. The chips were a bit unnecessary but I loved the fished. It was cooked just right. Nice air and quiet atmosphere.

Los lugares no siempre son acogedores para los visitantes individuales, pero se sintió muy cómodo aquí. El entrante (hummus con cordero) fue excepcional, acompañado de pan plano caliente y salsa / crema dips en porciones generosas. Para principal tuve un simple kebab de cordero a la parrilla con arroz y ensalada. Era precioso, fresco y la carne estaba tierna. Volveremos pronto

We enjoyed a delicious meal here, alongside friendly and attentive service. We shared the cold mezze to start and were very impressed by both the quality and generous portions. The complimentary Turkish delight to finish was a real treat. We were too full for dessert, so got the baklava for takeaway so we did not miss out!

I highly recommend Turquoise Kitchen. Friendly service and delicious food. I’m on holidays from Australia and wish that we had such a great restaurant nearby.

Este restaurante sirve deliciosa comida turca auténtica y en porciones muy abundantes! Teníamos suficiente en nuestra "bolsa de perro" para hacer otras dos comidas. El mezze caliente era muy bueno, con una agradable selección de los mejores, bocados típicos. El personal es amable y servicial. El vino tinto turco (mezcla de uvas autóctonas y genéricas) era bueno y complementaba bien la comida (por supuesto, como era de esperar). El camarero también aprobó nuestra elección! El café turco era bueno. El placer turco viene con la factura. Lugar popular y bien merecido. Como la decoración temática turquesa también. Recomendado. Sugerir reserva.

I'd been looking at this place for a year or two, but never quite made it over. We finally did and it was well worth it. Very delicious and fresh tasting food, good side portions, affordable and lovely ambience. Great staff too. A new favourite.

El caballero en el libro en la recepción en el hotel en el que nos alojamos recomendó Turquesa Cocina como un buen lugar para comer. tan pronto como llegamos nos hicieron muy bienvenidos. Sarma Beyti y mi esposa la vegetariana Mousakka. El tamaño de la porción era grande y la comida era excelente el cordero sarma Beyti fue una de las mejores comidas que he tenido en un restaurante. una recomendación muy alta y sin duda volveremos a visitar la próxima vez que visitemos Stratford.

Comí allí hace unos días. La comida era muy buena. Los camareros eran amables. Recomiendo encarecidamente si usted está buscando comida típica de buena calidad! ¡Un punto de bonificación por las cantidades más que generosas!

This was the second time we'd been to this restaurant and we enjoyed it just as much the second time.

Excellent and authentic Turkish cuisine.

Service was excellent right from the start. I have a restrictive diet and they catered to my needs with no bother. The food surpassed expectations, especially the bread. We all had different dishes and everyone loved it.

Went to TK on Saturday 11th January '25 as a pre-theatre treat. Hadn't booked but got a table at 5pm Food - fresh & excellent Service - attentive, but not too "present". Nice buzz of atmosphere, although a chilly blast from the open door, but it was freezing weather so hard to avoid. Can't wait to go back

We had absolutely unexpected bad treatment! By entering and first greeting this restaurant, just because I was wearing Hijab dressing, I’ve been informed that this restaurant is not a halal place! Even though we didn’t ask anyone whether this place is halal or not!

This place was wonderful and absolutely beautiful! First the service, we were greeted warmly by the workers and felt as if at home, the workers there were very kind and we felt comfortable. The food was so delicious words cannot express how amazing it was! Me and my daughter both got a mixed grill, and it was a 100/10! The meat melted in your mouth, and the flavours were absolutely astonishing! I got the baclava and turkish coffee, and it was like a pleasant explosion in your mouth full of flavour! 10/10 recommend!

Nice flavoursome fresh food. Big portion sizes, bread and dips offered complimentary. Service was excellent. Drinks including wine were also reasonably priced.

Lovely casual atmosphere, fresh food, good service. Huge portions. Very tasty indeed. They do already add 10% service charge on bill…. Highly recommend for pleasant all round experience.

Best Turkish Meal We've ever had. The starters were sublime, I had Calamari which was cooked to absolute perfection everything was so fresh and tasty. The Mains were again superb, everything was so fresh and seasoned perfectly. The staff were attentive and super polite, we will definitely be going again when we next visit Stratford.

Excellent food, all went well up to dessert for which we waited over 20 mins. Never explained to us by someone struggling to speak English that the dessert would take that long. Asked for bill, not happy with service. Situation rescued by manager who bagged up the dessert for us to take, free. Careful if you order kunefe it takes 20 mins and careful who takes your order.

5 stars is not enough would happily give them more Food was great with large portions Only downside was that the service charge is automatically included on the bill When we asked one of the servers who got the money they replied not them We asked to have it removed We wanted to give our server a tip for themselves again they informed us that they would not see any of it Not sure where all the money goes but we have a feeling that this money is put towards the staff wages since the increase in minimum wage Be interesting to find out where the money goes 🤔

The food at this place is amazing, the best kunefe I've ever tasted - you must try it if you come here. The waiters and waitresses are very kind , the atmosphere is lovely , lit up beautifully by Turkish lamps. Great place!

First visit to a Turkish restaurant. The staff were so attentive and friendly and the starter and main dishes were delicious and ample to suit most appetites.The house red Turkish wine complimented either plate.

Absolutely cracking place to dine, a hidden jewel. It's worth the visit.

This was one of our best dining experiences by far. Our waiter, Ali, couldn’t have been more personable and friendly. He taught us how to pronounce a number of dishes, helped make excellent choices and was very gracious. We could not have been happier with our choices. Highly recommended!!

Called in here for lunch whilst on holiday. Great service and great food. We had a hot sharing platter for starter, which was very nice. We had one chicken kebab and one adana kebab for mains, which we shared. Both were really good. We also had a feta salad, which was fantastic. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

A rainy Saturday in Stratford brought me in, and I'm so glad I stopped to look. The lunch special menu was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were attentive and welcoming, the food was plentiful and delicious. I didn't take any photos because I was so keen to tuck in and make a start. Very highly recommend!

Outstanding...we noticed this restaurant on several visits to Stratford outside looked good with a very enticing menu...we were certainly not let down. Beautiful decor throughout...nice and comfortable and spacious. Drinks were very nice ... A rose and a bottle of draft beer in a frozen glass (nice touch) The food what can I say I'd had an idea how I hoped it would taste and wow...it didn't disappoint...pan fried liver to start (not everyone's favourite) but loved it...warm bread with tomato. The Chicken Shish main dish with rice and salad...amazing tender chicken very flavoursome. Aubergine with Spices, rice and salad beautiful. Service was first class...timely never felt rush or pushed to order more. Will certainly be back to try more from the great menu.

Plates are big and delicious. The taste is just like what you would have in Turkey. Service is quick.

A lovely restaurant with pleasant staff and Turkish food. It’s great to be able to experience Turkish cousine, meals full of vegetables and a menu with plenty of healthy options.

My wife just murmured to me that she wondered if we might move to a different table. The waiter must have overheard and immediately offered us a choice of other tables. This was just the beginning of far better service than at many fancier restaurants.

Stopped there for a lunch during our day trip to SUA. Very lovely stuff and tastiest Turkish food in our area. Will be back for more )))

Dined on a Saturday night as a walk in. Decor is lovely, homely. Some Turkish restaurants can be quite clinical but this one lovely. Lots of waiting staff but service was a bit slow/inattentive and we had to ask for things a few times. Food was lovely and reasonably priced @ £20 for a main. Would recommend.

Lovely restaurant, food was good, small portions for price and no the meat is NOT halal, I was told 2 months ago when I paid a visit that the meat is no longer halal. Can restaurant management confirm this please. Otherwise great atmosphere.

Lovely Turkish restaurant on the Main Street in Stratford. Easy parking available in the car park located 50m from the restaurant. Nice atmosphere and decor. Lots of space available for dining- we walked in without a reservation on a weekday evening. Good selection on the menu. Very tasty food. I would recommend the meat moussaka. The Kunefe (dessert) was outstanding- made fresh to order. Slightly expensive. Servings could be a little bigger. All meat is halal.

Booked this place for a Saturday night when me and Mrs H were in town for a day and night . Reviews for this restaurant looked good and I have to agree with those I read :)) Service was great ( if maybe a little rushed in-between courses ) my only gripe really . We had the hot mezze to share and was quality . For mains we went for the mixed grill and was AMAZING , the lamb , and chicken were best I've had and the portion size was generous 💪😎 Would definitely return if was in town again

I am not even sure where to start. Staff maybe the most friendly staff around the world. As a Turkish, I can easily tell that the food can compete with other ones in Turkey. Great job!

We booked a table Sunday evening for a small celebration dinner. The food was tasty and well cooked. We had a selection adana kebab, lamb & chicken shish and lamb sarma beyti. We finished off our meal with a kunefe dessert which was so good. Service was friendly and attentive. Ambiance was ok for early Sunday evening. As a side note, the menu seems to have been simplified since our first visit in late 2022. The kids meals have been reduced to 3 options, none of which include the grilled meats besides the chicken wings. We also miss our go to favourite lahmacun from here. Everyone enjoyed their meals and would come again.

Visited the restaurant as part of a celebration weekend and couldn’t be happier with our choice. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The staff could not have been friendlier and more helpful especially Sergio. Lovely atmosphere.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a local jeweller We wanted to sample either Greek or Turkish food and plumped for the latter. Beautiful decorated restaurant and the service was 1st class. The food was expertly cooked and presented. The staff were knowledgeable about the extensive menu so it made our choices easy. Definitely worth a second visit when we're next in Stratford

Excellent home cooked authentic food with generous portions. Really enjoyed the soup and all the meats. The baclava is definitely a recommendation - so nutty and buttery. Great service and will definitely come back when we are around again.

Great lunch menu with excellent service from staff Sergo. Gluten free options. The restaurant has a very nice and authentic atmosphere. The Turkish coffee was served in a nice cup holder which I hadn't seen before. Sergo said it is an ottoman design.

Delicious food with a relaxing atmosphere. I came here with colleagues, very hearty food. It's quite pricey. But I think it's good flavour wise and for the ambience. Helpfully serving us too.
