Sat in quite long ago but a lovely shop lovely food highly recommend

The food tastes very good, I ordered it home, it came quickly and warm

Good döner is hard to come by in the UK. This is one among the few places that offer quality meat, fresh salad, tasty tortillas, and you feel in every way that its made by turkish cooks that are proud of their country's cuisine.

Nice food, good service, Revani was delicious, good portions, good prices.

Delivery is awful. They’ll take your payment and then not deliver your food. Terrible company

I've had a takeaway from here twice and the food is absolutely lovely! The pide, red Lentil soup & Houmous was lovely, the lamb shank main was cooked so well. Thank you 😁

Vile. toral waste of money. food has 0 taste what so ever & have instantly made me feel sick 4 pizzas going in the bin. starving hungry with nothing to eat, wouldn't even feed it to my dog! goes by pizza house on just eat

Mixed kebab meal was nice, bread was a bit tough so couldn't eat it. Meal 2 was supposed to be a 6oz burger served with chips, (chips missing from order, they said they would give me extra next time i order, no idea what makes them think i would order again) what i received was disappointing. See picture below not worth £7.

Came here around 8 in the evening 29 of may and had for the first time a Turkish pizza, also chicken wings, chips and salad. I couldn’t fault it delicious long pizza with turkish sausage which was delicious! The chicken wings were also very nice and salad was amazing, probably the best I’ve had. All washed down with two tins of pop. Nice and friendly staff too. The only down side no alcohol, or at least I never noticed any, but not sure if you can bring your own.

Never got an order right, I’m really mad of this service, complete waste of money will never order again 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Ordered shawarma lamb wrap 3 days ago through just eat. Nice food and quick. Ordered today over the phone the same thing but asked for the lettuce, well done meat chilli and garlic sauce inside only!!!!! Got raw meat and a plenty of red cabbage with chilli sauce plus its cold. Was told 15mins. After 25mins ringing guy that bearly speaking English said another 20mins. AFTER 40MINS RINGING AGAIN AND THEY SAID ITS LEAVING NOW. DELIEVERY GUY STOPPED 100 YARDS AWAY AND MAKE TO WALK TO HIM. TOTAL DISASTER AND DISAPPOINTMENT. TREATING PEOPLE ONLY IF ORDERED THROUGH JUST EAT.

Mains missing, poor meze,not traditional Turkish,pide wasn't traditional flat base gondola, it was a thick folded edge pizza base,when called I was told Mains will be there in there mins, after 15 mins rang again, told another 10 minutes, and still waiting, definitely will not use again

Amazing Turkish food at a bargain price. Went for the flatbread pizza and the lamb hummus. The bread served with the hummus was warm, fresh and superb and the creamy hummus was complimented perfectly with to roast lamb and spices. Flatbread pizza was massive, full of cheese and toppings but not greasy at all. Ended up taking half home as too much to eat in one sitting with other food. Finished with a Turkish coffee which was thick and sweet. 100% will be back to try the mezze and other dishes

We rate this restaurant highly and last visited about 9 months ago, in this time the restaurant has stopped serving starters which is a negative for us. The selection of starters was excellent and disappointing not to have any choice now, this is the reason the restaurant is now very good and not excellent. The main courses are fantastic tasting authentic food, with the mixed kebab Karisik Izgara and chicken Tavuk Shish outstanding. The food isn’t the cheapest, but you pay for quality. For reference the restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol.

Just back from having a lovely meal, food was fab, tasty with good size portions. Staff were lovely ....and the price was great. Definitely will be returning

I can't really comment on the atmosphere as it was quite quiet but service was good and the food was good.

Great quality and fantastic price, one of the best I have had in a long while. Bread, sauces all really good All in a better Lamb and Chicken shawarma than both Lezzet and Turknaz north of the Tyne. I still cant get over what we paid to feed three guys with a take away, brilliant.

Having visited Istanbul few times in last few years I could not get enough of the local food. This food is on par with the Turkish street food. Highly recommended.

We ordinarily order from here however the service tonight has been appalling. We ordered at 6.30pm and it is now after 9pm and the order has still not arrived. We repeatedly rang the takeaway to where they would not answer to the point where we had to go online and talk to a chat bot. They were also struggling to get through to the takeaway. We then found order they had a problem with their orders. I finally managed to get through to the takeaway at 8.40 to where I was told my order had been dispatched and would be 5 mins. At 9pm I once again tried calling the takeaway as it still was not here. They takeaway would not pick up. We understand there may be issues and things happen but to not contact your customers and then lie to your customers when they do actually get through is disgusting. We have not eaten tonight and it has ruined our evening. We were loyal customers but will not be ordering from this takeaway again.

It is a place open to improvement in terms of customer service. Unfortunately, one of their products, lahmacun, needs to be improved. Their other products are beautifully presented, their salads are fresh. The place is centrally located. There is plenty of parking space behind it. One of the quality HALAL places in the region

Very nice lamb casserole and rice. The rice was very, very nice and cooked to perfection, must’ve had butter in it which gave it an unusual but very nice flavour as I often find boiled rice quite bland. Waiting time was only about 10 mins, after serving I had to wait another 10 mins as it was piping hot lol, my wife had chicken shish kebab which she says was lovely. Also all served with a pide bread which we shared in our dips. All considered, was very, very nice and service was no more than 10 mins.

Ordered 4 Pides and when they arrived they were dry and with nowhere as much meat as advertised or from previous experience. Complained with only assurances that there would be more meat next time and no offer to make up for it even tho it was a £40+ order.

This is constructive criticism and not a bad review. I think a bit more training is needed. Maybe notes to take. First of all, called to book a table and was answered by a young girl to, hello, no name was given, I had to ask. We were the only 4 customers in and waited a while for someone to take our drinks order. The young man was very friendly 😁. 2 of the party ordered starters which were very tasty and filling. 1 of the party was still eating his starter when they brought main course over. Not good. Maybe wait till customers have finished eating and asking if ready for main meal or if want to wait for a few minutes?. The main meal was beautiful, plenty and very tasty. Again, wait till all party had eaten, then take all plates away. Finally, we asked for bill and rather just give it and leave the party to sort, he stood over us which is a no no to us, I said, we are not going to run out and not pay lol. Maybe leave bill for customers to sort and don't stand over them waiting. This post is just to try and help and maybe a bit more training and customer service. The staff were very friendly, can't complain about that. Just more training!! 😁

Visited for the first time tonight. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was excellent and the restaurant itself was spotless. We tried the Meze platter and it was excellent. I will definitely be returning!

I have been here 3 times since it opened and the food and service is absolutely brilliant. Very good price for what you get. I was surprised to see it has a lovely seated area as I thought it was going to be another takeaway. Lovely staff and I live just round the corner so will be visiting here often.

Tried Adana from this place and starters. Really disappointed with the quality of meat. Can see their effort of adding more greens and peppers. Tasty salad. Missing sauces. Really small portions of Mezze’s. Shakshuka full of potatoes? Not mentioned on the menu. Definitely won’t order from there again. Overly priced.
