Absolutely awful experience waited over two hours for a kebab to be told it was coming and then to wait another 20mins which was another hour .. then told it was definitely on way waited another 15mins and then rang to say just forget it they said no problem and hung up the phone. Terrible customer service

Amazing pizzas and chicken burgers

Ordered online and was accepted my order I checked it and said cooking but never arrived. If they hadn't accepted my order I would have went elsewhere my two teenage children where waiting for the arrival of food. Keeping in mind it was Halloween night but thy should have said thy wernt taken orders.

Order was wrong and freezing cold. Called up to complain was met with disrespect and disregard by staff who refused to take any responsibility for food then hung up the phone. 0/10 avoid!

Ordered on Friday night and have been sick ever since Saturday it's by far the most sick I've ever been and its 100% from the steak and chicken kebab I got from here messaged restaurant just to be told it wasn't them that they cook there food fresh every day and they've never had any reports of people being unwell. I know working with food myself there's alot of other factors that can make it happen , it was the only thing I got to eat on Friday and no-one else has been sick in my house have also been told by gp it is food poisoning will be reported to the relevant authorities

Love love love the food here, I'm a very pickie eater, so my order isn't always straight forward, you get exactly wat you order, and on the plus side the food is stunning, tks so much

Moved to area two months now, ordered from here probably 25 times already. Hands down, best takeaway in Derry, we all love it! Chicken burgers fresh battered! Pizzas so good and I love the kababs! We never had disappointment, fresh, good quality and reasonable. Can't recommend enough

Food is amazing as always but the delivery guy is a cowboy, The last couple of times I paid by cash and when placing the order over the phone I have asked how much it was and was told £** including delivery only for the delivery guy to add extra to it when he arrives and there is never a receipt of what you ordered as its always torn off the bag Won't be ordering again Thank your delivery man for this
