Supermac's Foyleside in Derry

Daughter took one bite of the chicken wrap and spit it out, said it tasted weird. Smelt it myself and it smelled disgusting. The burger i had was hard and rubbery. This isn't the first time the food from here was horrible, we used it for convenience being in foyleside but I think this will definitely be the last time

Decent grub for what it is, I'd say better than what you'd expect. A good menu with a good selection available. Service can feel slow at times, I've eaten here a few times, and it's been the same each time, might add, it can be slow, but every member of staff I've dealt with have been fantastic and a credit too the place.

Food well priced. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Chicken sandwich meal is my all time favourite!

Well the boys love the chicken tenders and thoes cheesy chips. And the other lad loves a bit of ice cream.

Missing half the delivery and chips and curry box was stuck to a burger box

The length of time to get served is getting longer and longer. Each time we come here it takes longer to get served. There is no comparison to the other outlets which serve quickly. Maybe you are trying to have people go elsewhere for food.

We were the only two people in the queue and they completely ignored us for 10 mins so we walked away that's how you reward bad service if more customers would do this service would greatly improve

The service was great and it was a new trainee who served me. She let me know first that she was new and to bear with her. The chips were lovely but the burger bun was a bit hard otherwise was OK. It's handy place in the shopping centre f9r a quick bite

Disaster of a wait. A Thursday at 3.30. Two staff on who didn't seem to want to be there. 30 min wait to order. In that time I counted at least 20 who left the queue and give up.

Great quality fast food at good prices. Service is usually very good, but if there is a wait, you’ll get a buzzer which usually doesn’t take all that ling still. Great choice if you’re looking for a burger and chips or something like that in the town.

Can't really comment on the food as I got fed up waiting to get served and went to the Chinese besides it instead.

Food was great! Service was a little slow. It seems to always be the busiest eatery in the food court, which I guess is a good sign.

To be honest, the food was nice, but the service was shocking... Has the potential to be great, but currently, below average... The food was lovely it was hot and tasty, however, very slow for service. Maybe if the manageress was to be focused on helping her team rather than spend time trying to plug a fan into a food preparation area to then be more interested in following one member of staff about to stand and talk to him whilst he was making cooked food then prepare raw chicken. This all results in not being organised and lead from the front by management.

Lovely staff that are really helpful and friendly. Not the best spot for vegetarians and vegans. Chips taste like old oil or beef dripping. Nice ice cream though!

Food was fine as well as atmosphere since its located inside the shopping complex, things were good. Service was too bad, upon enquiring on veg options was directed with answers saying they are not aware and have to read or check with someone else, the service was way delayed right from queue to post ordering(may be i ordered veg to can expect a delay in delivery) and order was not correct as well. I ordered for one loaded fores and rest plain ones they made all as loaded fries. Things dint go as expected. But food taste wise was good. Thanks.

Fast and friendly service. Food was lovely.

Very long wait times the last few times I have been. 10-15minute wait to even get to a till. Staffing level needs increased on busy days. Too much ice in the soft drinks too, at least half my drink was ice. Otherwise the food was very tasty.

Not the same as Super Mac's in the south

The delay in service is something you rarely experience. It is so slow. Whatever system is in place is drastically failing and you end up leaving to get food elsewhere. Honestly abysmal.

My daughter and her friend were in supermacs, and an American female cleaner was extremely rude, calling security and complaining to other customers allowing them to talk bad about my daughter, also accusing my daughter of 'vaping' when she would never .I'm so so angry as my daughter came home very upset, I will never be back. Get it sorted.

Me and my friend were ordering and I said I was finished, as we were ordering separately to pay separately. As I was waiting for my food the girl at the register called a family from behind us forward to order completely ignoring my friend. Now my friend has autism and anxiety and this sent them into a meltdown and panic attack to the point where they didn’t want to order anymore and forgot what they wanted to eat. Horrible customer service and training on how to take orders at the till is obviously required. We will be hesitant to come back again after this experience.

The food and service were OK but the girl on the till could do with a personality transplant. It was a bother for her to reply to queries in regard to available drinks. Hence 1 star.

From Irelands very own take on McDonalds, the food here is great, wholesome and a well maintained cafeteria eating area. Better fries too. Nice staff complement the service.

Got a Moozie thing because they were new the beuno one and it was one of the best ice creams I've ever had

First of all, the staff deserve FIVE stars, and the only reason I'm giving four is they were out of drinks cups so had to use coffee ones, meaning we couldn't upgrade our meal size. The staff are always very, VERY accommodating. I always get my burger without the bun, the give it to me on a proper plate, salad and sauce too. They also upgrade snack boxes to dressed fries by putting them in separate boxes which is really decent of them, not all stores do this. So thanks to the lovely staff, customer service is excellent and felt very happy. Also quick and efficient.

Bought crispy chicken for my little girl but I had to throwed it in the bin.Batter are too salty. I don't like wasted the food but better than eating salty food.Staff are friendly but I wasn't lucky with my food choice.

Great selection of food on offer & efficient service at this particular outlet. The burgers are well dressed & really tasty. The seating area is very open plan & not at all snug, just too bright & a bit chaotic for my liking! Would recommend though.....

Went at 5pm on Saturday evening no chicken on the bone left ? So ordered 2 Chicken bacon cheeseburgers after 5 minutes while the staff had a chat.Given a device and told to have a seat ...waited 15 minutes then the device buzzed went and got my order which consisted of the wrong Burgers and about 10 chips each ridiculously Small portions for the price ...my wife went back up and got the burgers we ordered and paid £15.80 for(no apology offered).... I had finished my chips by the time she got back....the burger was ok it reminded me of something you'd cook at home bought from Iceland Had to go back up again to get a straw for our drinks and saw another gentleman who gave up waiting on his order and stormed off hungry.... absolutely the worst place ever...I stopped off at Supermacs in Clare-Galway not long ago and went through the drive thru unbelievable food and great service food in minutes and lots of it ...Derry catch up

Recommendations is to go at peak times. I went at a non-peak time and found the food to be dry and cold. Turned me off Supermacs all trip.

Very decent for fast food. As far as I know this is the only Supermac's in the North, being a Republic of Ireland chain (but feel free to correct me if that's not right). Burger was tasty, tasted like good quality beef. The loaded chips are a nice touch, I went for taco topping which perhaps wasn't the best choice alongside a burger. Overall a nice refreshing choice if you want fast food and don't go for the usual McDonalds, burger King, KFC etc

Cant say anything wrong at all about this place, the food actually looks like the pictures, staff are dead on and food is tasty. 10/10.

It's a great place with may places to sit and great tracking of meals as you get a ringer to tell you when foods ready so you can find a seat wile waiting .
