Turkish Delight Kebab House in Stoke-on-Trent

30 pound for 2 pizza and 2 chips really not worth the money and chips were cold

ordered a mixed kebab took 2 hours to come, my kebab was cold had no salad or sauce. absolutely disappointed!

I accidentally put the wrong address but the number they have put for uber eats is invalid, and they would not pick up their phone when I rang them at the correct number even tho I called them over 20 mins all together. Very disappointed since I did spend my own money, and because their service is very poor. I would like a refund or my food ASAP.

Asked the boss man if he was Turkish in Turkish 🇹🇷 and he ended the call in my face, this place is not run by Turkish people.

If I could put 0 stars I would. We waited for hours for this rubbish restaurant to delivery our food but it never came. When we rang the restaurant there was no answer. The next day we rang again and the boy that answered was very rude and impolite and said he can not do anything about it. He continued to lie saying he never received our phone calls and then ended the phone on me. To me this is robbery. Avoid this place!!!!

Food was cold, £4.60 for the smallest donner meat I’ve ever seen. Won’t be going again

Seems like new management or changes have been made as it used to be good but not anymore. Wrong drinks, poor portion sizes and quality and missing food. Liked your food before and not sure what has happened but wouldn't recommend eating here now.

Mozzarella sticks taste like breadcrumb sticks honestly vile 🤢, the popcorn chicken squeaks when you eat it 🤢, the only nice thing from this takeaway is the pizza…

How this place scores highly with its reviews is beyond me, my advice Ignore the reviews go somewhere else, terrible food

Tried for 1st time last night , wasn't the worst been too but the chips tasted old and reheated were soggy, the burger was tasteless went in the bin.

Best kebab house in Stoke-on-Trent. Would recommend that you try at least once.

Food was stale, dry and cold. It made me ill afterwards.

The food is amazing.. the guy who delivered our food was so polite.. we ordered 15 mins from closing the guy drove 20 mins to deliver the food.. it was piping hot food was really nice.. will definitely be ordering again..

Well thought we would try tonight had the kebab deal with a donna kebab and chicken kebab with chips and a drink great portion lovely food and not cold neither consider as live over 3 miles away delivery driver was lovely polite to

The restaurant and driver were polite but the food is just not up to par! The explanation on the menu states homemade burgers when ordering from foodhub. The burger received was an awful bookers burger and a standard bun that wasn't toasted. The price is great but the food was awful and most went in the bin. If the burger was homemade as stated it would have been worth the wait but 50 minutes for the rubbish I received wasn't! Certainly won't waste my money again. I don't have high expectations for a take away but I expect the description to be real as well as the wait time. Sorry to these guys as they seemed great! Just a shame the food wasn't!
