Excellent service and tasty food

Very nice Subs good quality meat and equal kind portions given by staff. Kris needs a promotion he's the only one which gave us table service unasked and you really can tell he knows what he's doing. Unique subway with some of the staff really nice

charged me £7.98 for a 6 inch sub with turkey and mayo. put on the order that i had 2 6 inch subs when i didn't. not very impressed at all. employee and the manager had absolutely disgusting behaviour towards me. manager was asian and said “is it because of my skin colour” for me complaining about the service i had. never again will i go back to subway on Victoria Road Stoke On Trent!

Just been to the subway on Victoria Road Stoke-on-Trent and got to say really disappointed, we were left standing around while the 2 staff filled out orders to be eventually picked up by taxi/customers who ordered online. I've had excellent service from this subway in the past but this was unacceptable. Customers walking in should be served and the orders online can wait a little longer? We decided to go elsewhere. As we left I noticed other customers having to wait around too!

Said to be toast and wasent even toasted

my footlong is half toasted sandwich didnt taste nice the salad has rotten bits in it the chicken tikka hard and lumpy

Before ordering it was displaying delivery within 25-30 minutes, but food took more than 1 hour to arrive.

Sent the wrong cookie and the wrong sauce and there was hardly any filling on the dipper sides

Subway in Fenton Stoke On Trent: Rude service from a member of staff called Morgan. Cant believe she is allowed to work there. She was rude when i reminded her about the type of cookie I wanted. She didn't apologise.

delivery time was constantly put back and put back. When it did eventually arrive it had clearly been sitting around somewhere as it was stone cold, not tepid or luke warm but stone cold. So the beef was a congealed lump of inedible meat and to top it all the bread used was also wrong . Having too many issues with Just Eat deliveries with delays and wrong items so giving it a miss now .

Most miserable subway order I've ever experienced, probably won't be using subway again after this. Meatballs are clearly 4 days old and seem like they're boiled.. just some disgusting dark gray meat that has an after taste of chemicals. Genuinely won't be surprised if I die after eating this. Hope you get shut down.

Says it’s been delivered but I’ve not received my food

If I wanted a footlong bread stick then I would go to the bakery. Ordered a footlong Tuna Kahuna (just shy of £8) and was told it was a set filling which I agreed to. Little did I know the tuna would end 2" short each end and the filling would be near non existent. I politely asked if I could add some sweetcorn to bulk it up and the girls reply was " I already told you it's set so no". Once baked she slapped a flat tuna sub with 8" of filling and 4" of dry and burnt bread on the counter. NOT A HAPPY BREAKFAST/LUNCH MEAL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It s more expensive them others fast foods but I like becahse you can personalise you sandwich. I am vrry picky and fuzzy and I dont want to pay for something which I know for fact I wont eat. So at subway I know I pay only for the ingredients I eat and I can associate the tastes who I want.

This is not regarding the restaurant. This is regarding the driver who drove 16 minutes in the opposite direction to my house, he ended up being 30 minutes away from my house after the 16 minute drive in the opposite direction resulting in my food being cold when it was delivered as it was 45 minutes late! I’ve screenshotted each step of the route he took I’m very annoyed regarding this; the driver was then very argumentative when he arrived and I questioned him on this and I had to ask him to leave as he kept arguing.

Didn't receive one of the cookies and the subs had hardly any filling in them. Just eat doesn't seem to be giving refund for missing items anymore. Quick to take ya money but not refund it when necessary

Missing a whole sandwich. Contacted the location per Just Eat and they denied the item was missing, blamed the driver. Put in request for refund and was told refund was added to account and there is nothing there.

They didn't have chipotle sauce which is no issue but they substituted it with something really spicy so my sub was made tasteless because my mouth was on fire. The rest of the food was great. If you don't have a sauce swap it with something of equal spice or no spice at all. And don't draw arrows too my discount acting like it was there because you didn't have chipotle that was an online offer.

The most disgusting and disappointing sub I have ever had. Salad was old and limp. Asked for and paid for extra cheese which was not even on the sub, meat alternative ice cold even though it was toasted and bread stale. Tried to call the branch but no answer - this was the Victoria Road one. After one bite went into the bin as it was disgusting.

On an order with drink, crisps, hash browns, a cookie, a drink, and a footlong, everything bar the footlong was missing. Utterly abysmal.

The app advised that my food was delivered and no one showed up. I rang the restaurant and they advised me to call justeat. I called and they advised that there was nothing they could do for customers over the phone. I am appalled by the service and the fact that my food never showed up. The man who I spoke to from subway was brilliant and very helpful, but the service provided by just eat is a joke.

Food was lovely, all correct and they even gave us extra pickles which we had requested. We were very pleased. The order was neatly assembled and packaged. Quick delivery, can’t fault! Thank you!

Ordered a boxed salad for the first time and was pleasantly suprised with the quality. Was also impressed that all the packaging etc was sustainable. The late delivery wasn't an issue, just a few minutes.

Tuna baguette with poached egg and salad very good. The potato wedges are really tasty - light and slightly crispy - better than 99% of wedges out there. Delivered in a sturdy baguette shaped box. Best subway in SOT. 5/5.

Got 20% off too today which softens the blow as it’s pricier via the app. Plant based steak, cheese, poached egg, spinach, olives, red onion on a toasted white sub with blue cheese sauce! Delicious. Regular wedges and chipotle west dip really tasty - first time we tried them. Quick delivery by the just eat driver. We shall continue to use Fenton Subway as they are noticeably better than the other two we’ve tried who have made mistakes.

Closed early. Me and 4 other people were stood outside at 7:30pm and the place was already closed. Will be ringing management to make a complaint

Went there last Friday at 7.35pm walked in,the guy behind the counter said we are closed.i said thought it was 8 o'clock you close he said no it's 7.30 since new year.just checked there opening times on website it says open till 8pm.guess he couldn't be bothered to serve anyone else.if it does close at 7.30 then lock the door and put the closed sign up so at least people know.

If I could give minus stars, I really would! A couple of hours before closing time tonight, I went in to order a meatball marinara, only to find 4 members of staff sitting there eating ALL of the remaining meatballs. One of which, named Neil Price simply responded with "no meatballs left" and when it was pointed out that they'd all got all the meatballs at their table, he responded with "we're entitled to one free meal a day" It was very clear that there was ALOT more than one meal's worth of meatballs for each of them. This isn't the only incident either. The local subway staff are always keeping back the meatballs for themselves & telling customers there isn't any left... No exaggeration here, but it took 4 years of being told this by various staff, before I managed to get another meatball marinara, and then I had to pre-order it online for the following day. It's beyond ridiculous! Subway should hire better staff. As the ones they employ now, lose subway ALOT of business!

This is my favourite Subway in Stoke-on-Trent. It is the easiest to park outside, with big windows.

It wasn't the fact that the food was bad or restaurant service was bad but the delivery was shocking. I ordered my meal at 1:10pm an hour later it still hadn't turned up so rang the restaurant who said the food was picked up 1:30pm an offered to give me a number to get in touch with just eat. If the food was picked up at 1:30pm then why did I still not receive my order until 2:40pm. Just not good enought at all! Will not b using again!

Recieved my food and the meat on the sandwhich was not cooked, it was frozen and hard as a rock. Called the restaurant and they said they wouldn’t do anything unless I took it into them to prove it. Obviously wouldn’t of used just eat and paid £2.50 delievery if I could get to the restaurant myself. Absolute joke and the ‘manager’ was so so rude.
