Order wasn't even delivered to me.

Items missing from order: crisps, cookie, and a drink and the bag was opened upon delivery

Everythig was good apart from chips, they were very cold and didn’t taste good.

No cookies came with the meals despite ordering and paying for them

A lot of my order wasn't delivered and when I tried to call to resolve the issue no one answered the phone on several attempts

Ordered from here and the entire 2 subs were completely wrong. Fuming.

Popped in for a quick bite to eat at lunchtime. Staff were warm and welcoming. Had the Mexican Crunch 12" sub, cookie, and latte. Nice! Place was busy with dine in and take outs. Would call in again 😋

Worst delivery. I got it so cold and super late . The driver said he delivered 2 houses and came in. And said sorry. No use in sorry when i have paid for it.

Completely messed up the order. Never order from there again.no bottle of coke ,2 footlongs came has 6 inch ,a 6 inch came has a footlong.

very stingy with the food and made me a foot long when i asked for a six inch.when i said i wanted the six inch they still charged me for the foot long

I ordered a delivery from Victoria St a couple of days ago and a couple of sides were missing. I rang and spoke to Dan who was more than helpful. I couldn't get in to get my replacement items on that day. Spoke to him again today about it and he was again more than helpful. A credit to the company! Thank you Dan

All the food was stone cold (garlic and herb cheese balls , meat balls and pepperoni slice) and literally only received 3 garlic and herb cheese balls 🤣

food was cold when it got here. waffle fries were soggy and inedible.

Ordered a foot long. Was given 6 inches. Cannot tell you how disappointed I was to find only 6 inches when I’d asked for more (and paid for it). Highly suggest staff learn to read/measure or both. Just Eat have refunded me some, but mistakes like this shouldn’t happen. Clearly, someone doesn’t know what 12 inches looks like; perhaps they’ve never been that lucky to be so gifted.

Was told I couldn't add salad to a salad because it was a pressed sandwich which was odd otherwise it was nice

Kris served us efficiently and got everything spot on. 5 star hygiene rating (Jan 24) with plenty of parking.

Very nice Subs good quality meat and equal kind portions given by staff. Kris needs a promotion he's the only one which gave us table service unasked and you really can tell he knows what he's doing. Unique subway with some of the staff really nice

charged me £7.98 for a 6 inch sub with turkey and mayo. put on the order that i had 2 6 inch subs when i didn't. not very impressed at all. employee and the manager had absolutely disgusting behaviour towards me. manager was asian and said “is it because of my skin colour” for me complaining about the service i had. never again will i go back to subway on Victoria Road Stoke On Trent!

Just been to the subway on Victoria Road Stoke-on-Trent and got to say really disappointed, we were left standing around while the 2 staff filled out orders to be eventually picked up by taxi/customers who ordered online. I've had excellent service from this subway in the past but this was unacceptable. Customers walking in should be served and the orders online can wait a little longer? We decided to go elsewhere. As we left I noticed other customers having to wait around too!

my footlong is half toasted sandwich didnt taste nice the salad has rotten bits in it the chicken tikka hard and lumpy

Before ordering it was displaying delivery within 25-30 minutes, but food took more than 1 hour to arrive.

Sent the wrong cookie and the wrong sauce and there was hardly any filling on the dipper sides

Subway in Fenton Stoke On Trent: Rude service from a member of staff called Morgan. Cant believe she is allowed to work there. She was rude when i reminded her about the type of cookie I wanted. She didn't apologise.

Order never turned up the driver put delivered when not anywhere near my house

delivery time was constantly put back and put back. When it did eventually arrive it had clearly been sitting around somewhere as it was stone cold, not tepid or luke warm but stone cold. So the beef was a congealed lump of inedible meat and to top it all the bread used was also wrong . Having too many issues with Just Eat deliveries with delays and wrong items so giving it a miss now .

Most miserable subway order I've ever experienced, probably won't be using subway again after this. Meatballs are clearly 4 days old and seem like they're boiled.. just some disgusting dark gray meat that has an after taste of chemicals. Genuinely won't be surprised if I die after eating this. Hope you get shut down.

Says it’s been delivered but I’ve not received my food

If I wanted a footlong bread stick then I would go to the bakery. Ordered a footlong Tuna Kahuna (just shy of £8) and was told it was a set filling which I agreed to. Little did I know the tuna would end 2" short each end and the filling would be near non existent. I politely asked if I could add some sweetcorn to bulk it up and the girls reply was " I already told you it's set so no". Once baked she slapped a flat tuna sub with 8" of filling and 4" of dry and burnt bread on the counter. NOT A HAPPY BREAKFAST/LUNCH MEAL! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

It s more expensive them others fast foods but I like becahse you can personalise you sandwich. I am vrry picky and fuzzy and I dont want to pay for something which I know for fact I wont eat. So at subway I know I pay only for the ingredients I eat and I can associate the tastes who I want.

This is not regarding the restaurant. This is regarding the driver who drove 16 minutes in the opposite direction to my house, he ended up being 30 minutes away from my house after the 16 minute drive in the opposite direction resulting in my food being cold when it was delivered as it was 45 minutes late! I’ve screenshotted each step of the route he took I’m very annoyed regarding this; the driver was then very argumentative when he arrived and I questioned him on this and I had to ask him to leave as he kept arguing.

Didn't receive one of the cookies and the subs had hardly any filling in them. Just eat doesn't seem to be giving refund for missing items anymore. Quick to take ya money but not refund it when necessary

Missing a whole sandwich. Contacted the location per Just Eat and they denied the item was missing, blamed the driver. Put in request for refund and was told refund was added to account and there is nothing there.

They didn't have chipotle sauce which is no issue but they substituted it with something really spicy so my sub was made tasteless because my mouth was on fire. The rest of the food was great. If you don't have a sauce swap it with something of equal spice or no spice at all. And don't draw arrows too my discount acting like it was there because you didn't have chipotle that was an online offer.

The most disgusting and disappointing sub I have ever had. Salad was old and limp. Asked for and paid for extra cheese which was not even on the sub, meat alternative ice cold even though it was toasted and bread stale. Tried to call the branch but no answer - this was the Victoria Road one. After one bite went into the bin as it was disgusting.

On an order with drink, crisps, hash browns, a cookie, a drink, and a footlong, everything bar the footlong was missing. Utterly abysmal.

The app advised that my food was delivered and no one showed up. I rang the restaurant and they advised me to call justeat. I called and they advised that there was nothing they could do for customers over the phone. I am appalled by the service and the fact that my food never showed up. The man who I spoke to from subway was brilliant and very helpful, but the service provided by just eat is a joke.

Food was lovely, all correct and they even gave us extra pickles which we had requested. We were very pleased. The order was neatly assembled and packaged. Quick delivery, can’t fault! Thank you!
