Food is okay but quite expensive for sharing

The food was great and the staff was fabulous. Just try at least once the fresh kebab was delightful. And the atmosphere was very welcoming and calm.

Wow passed it soo many times and fancied popular in. I had a full ear full on Christ - Mass Day and Left the House and had a Fantastic evening on my own, bit selfish I know. We got the starter for two and the sharing platter for two. Absolutely unreal. Ate at many Turkish restaurants and this is up there with one of my favourites. Staff where very helpful and the manager was always on hand when needed. five stars from us 😍

Turkish Chargrill is an absolute gem! The moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kebabs are incredibly tasty, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Each bite bursts with flavor, making it hard to stop at just one! What really stood out was the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our dining experience enjoyable. They were quick to answer questions about the menu and made great recommendations. Overall, if you're looking for delicious kebabs and excellent service, Turkish Chargrill is definitely the place to go! I can't wait to return for another meal!

I'd forgotten how good the food was. I ordered a takeaway, which was delivered on time. The Ezme starter is a spicy sauce like salad, which goes very well with the lamb shish. I have half left for lunch tomorrow too.

Traveling around Europe, I have never eaten as well as here. I will come back here again.

Wanted to try this place for years, we went their yesterday. OMG the food was delicious, I have never experienced such a friendly service. The seasoning of the meat,dips so fresh. The salad was so fresh,but could have been more. The Turkish tea was amazing. We definitely going back their.

We found this fabulous place by complete accident, and wow are we pleased to have found it. The staff were so helpful and welcoming, we ordered as a takeaway, but had we known the restaurant was so nice we would have stayed. Our food was 5* there isn’t anything like it locally, delicious. We will be back, and a regular! What a great find. Highly recommended 10/10

Me and my boyfriend ordered takeaway food from here. He had the lamb curry and it made him really poorly with food poisoning. He was ill pretty much straight away and has been ill for a few days. My food was lovely but I think whatever was in the curry didn’t agree with him at all :(

The food and service was excellent! We ordered the mixed grill for two and the penne bolognese—both were delicious. The complimentary starter was a bonus. Plus, there’s convenient parking right behind the restaurant. Will definitely be back again!

It's a reasonable/decent Turkish place. Service is good. Interior is good. Food is good. Chicken shish is the tastiest thing for me. I would say with starters like humus and Ezme etc they should give more of the small bread so that they can be fully enjoyed - this is the case at Venus turkish restaurant and most other Turkish places around Manchester. It can be pricey if you indulge but overall its a consistent & reliable place. 👌🏼

My girlfriend and I decided to try Turkis for the first time last night on recommendations from various people close to us and in short, it was ace! We recieved a very warm welcome on arrival and we're given a walk through of the menu by our server, Steve. He was ace all the way through the experience and the food was brilliant too. Fresh, hot and very moreish. Cheers Steve. 👍🏻

Food is really good but the service is very poor. The waiter seems very unfriendly, moody. Total two times I visited there, same result and on the both occasions was the lady waiter. The management should look on this matter as we are not coming only for food but also to see a smiley face. Today I ordered takeaway and after collection I said thank you to the lady who took my payment but didn't reply me at all, unbelievable. May be she saw my skin color as I am an Asian, on that case there should be on visible notice that white skin color is only welcome. White, black, brown all are paying same price of the food so why this discrimination in behaviour. Wake up MANAGEMENT. Thanks

Had this place recommended a few times and driven passed it 100s if not 1000s of times. Finally went for an evening meal with my lad and a mate. Had the Turkis Platter for 3/4. Oh my word....great food, the wings, shwarma, lamp chops all so good. Great platter and plenty to feed 3 really well. Breads & dips all really tasty. Turkish tea was a nice treat Service friendly and quick. Will be going back without a doubt

I just ordered food from Turkish Chargill from Uber eats and its been very disappointing. Although i have ordered and been to the restaurant before and liked it but this time the food was bad. They didn’t give complete food. Last time in Chicken Nazik there were yellow colored lentils kind of thing and this time they were missing. Only plain rice n chicken was there. Then i called they said they add in the order whenever available and today its not. They were not even apologetic and ABOVE ALL, the chicken pieces were raw and uncooked from inside as I am posting a picture below!!!

Heavenly Delicious Taste😍 prepared by Turkish Chefs! My absolute favouriteeee spot! The food is incredible- authentic flavors that are so worth it. The chicken shish is amazing, and the ezme salad, hummus, and baklava are all top-notch. Everything here is delicious and well worth a visit!

Driven past this place so many times and have always been intrigued by their wall of bread, so today was the day we decided to give it a go! The food was lovely, fresh and hearty. The service was good, everything was explained well. My few gripes would be that you can't just buy a portion of bread, you have to get something to have it with, and it seemed expensive for a take away we picked up ourself. The price would be ok if we'd have sat in the restaurant, but I would expect a small discount offered for take away customers. All in all though I'd definitely recommend... very authentic.

Parking- unclear parking area. Food- average. Washroom facilities and cleanliness- below average. Friendliness and welcomeness- received and hosted by manager Atiya. We have certainly felt more welcome in other places, to say the least.

This is good authentic food cooked fresh on the grill. The meatballs for starter are outstanding!!! Mante did an excellent job with her hospitality looking after me and my son.

Attiya served us and kept us updated throughout our visit. Fantastic flavoursome food and service and friendly atmosphere. We highly recommend a visit to experience authentic Turkish food topped up with homemade Baklava.

Food was very nice and tasty. Baklava was lovely. Staff were not the warmest but they weren't rude or anything. Main issue was the TV, very loud and annoying.

Me and my partner went yesterday's Saturday and wee loved it. It was are first time going there the waitres she was lovely and let us know about the portion before ordering more wicth was just good wee enjoyed the Turkish plater for 2 that can feed 3 higiene i give it 10 out of 10 no bad environment nice and friendly we well be repeating there again best place to go for good guality food 🤗🤗💯💯💯

First visit to Turkis Chargrill and we had a lovely evening. The food was cooked fresh and delicious in taste, and Manty was amazing with the timely and professional service. We will definitely be returning.

Whole experience was amazing!!! The waitress was especially was accommodating. Ordered the platter for 4! Everything was honestly so flavourful never enjoyed anything more!

Absolutely brilliant. Staff are welcoming and accommodating. The food is freshly made and it shows. We went as a party of four, had a mixed grill for two, halloumi with veg and a chicken with garlic yoghurt (Chicken Ali Nazik). We also had starters which were awesome, I'd highly recommend the garlic mushrooms and Turkish meatballs. All veg have their own independent flavours along with adding their tastes to the overall dish. The fresh bread to dip into all the sauces was also fantastic. This was our third visit and we'll definitely be back for more soon. We spent £30 per person but that was a starter and a main each, drinks and two desserts.

The cozy Turkish decor and friendly staff make you feel welcome. The lamb shish kebab and mixed grill platter were tender and flavorful. Highly recommended for authentic Turkish cuisine!

The decor is charming, and the staff are friendly and attentive. We enjoyed appetizers like hummus its full of vibrant flavors. The lamb shish kebab and mixed grill platter were perfectly marinated and grilled. For dessert, the baklava and künefe were exceptional. Highly recommended for a genuine Turkish dining experience!

Visiting from the United States and this is one of the best restaurants I have been to in the UK! The food was so flavorsome and the meats were super tender. After seeing many videos of Turkish kebabs on instagram, this restaurant has satisfied my cravings. Musta try the wings, Adana kebabs, and the sausage. The staff were also very nice and accommodating. We sat upstairs and the staff showed no hesitation in bringing food items back and forth. Will definitely be back and recommend to others as well!

Top top food, very good value for money. Ordered the mixed grill for two, could very easily feed 3 people. All the meat was perfectly cooked and very well seasoned and the service was excellent, highly recommend!

Heard a lot about this place and decided to give it a try. I decided to try their number 1 best seller which is the mix shish. For £16 I expected a lot more than what you see in that photo. 4 pieces of chicken and 4 pieces of lamb. Small piece of hard bread and 2 pieces of vegetables with rice?? Very chewy lamb, chicken was ok, average flavours felt robbed. Don’t recommend due to being overly priced

Food was very nice.. Wings and shawarma were superb with good quantity. Turkish teapot was the best for me as i love black tea. Hummus was not very authentic still loved it with bread and chicken. I ordered wings, hummus and shawarma which were more than enough for three. Lady serving was good though we found little discomfort while taking orders. Parking is there behind the hotel which is free for parking customers.

Loved it a lot . Good host good food and love the ambience. Delicious all the way with excellent dishes. Mouth watering Kebabs, meatballs, the Turkish bread, and plus you need to try their awesome Baklava dessert with vanilla ice cream and Hot Turkish Coffee .. Try their platters is you are a group of more than 3 persons and above .. the host Attiyah was so wonderful and had a very nice charming smile always. Sorry forgot to remove pictures of our dishes but Yes it is worth it to eat here and highly recommended.

I have been a few times to this restaurant. It is absolutely lovely, the staff are very nice and respectful, the lady at the front of house knows so much about the food and is able to decipher what would be best based on what you're feeling. The food is absolutely amazing, the hummus is great quality but the hot bread they provide is better than any other I've had. I tend to go many turkish cuisines across many cities and I can certainly say this is by far the best one. I always go for the mix platter for 2 so I can share with my partner. Really recommend!!

Found this gem while googling Turkish restaurants close to us. Had a craving for kebabs. I must say that it did not disappoint. All that we ordered was delicious and authentic. Everything freshly made. Will be frequenting this place to try more of their menu.

The best kebbabs I ever had over here worth of every penny

Went for a Sunday night dinner with my friend and was so pleasantly surprised. Our food was cooked to perfection with the mixed platter for two being well seasoned and the meat being very tender. It came with rice and bread as well as a tomato sauce and a chilli sauce. We skipped starters and desserts but were still stuffed! In fact our waitress gave us a box to take it all home in. We had two diet cokes and it came to £23 each including our tip. Would define reccomend, there were couples and families eating here too so it’s great for everyone!

First time visit. We were greeted by a lovely member of the team (sorry didn't catch your name) And showed to our table, asked if we would like drinks.(please note alcohol is not served by the business, but you are more than welcome to bring your own, as long as you inform them when booking your reservation) this was not an issue for us because we wanted to sample the Turkish tea, which was lush. Service was impeccable, the place was spotless, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was gorgeous, full of flavour, cooked to perfection. It's a very popular place judging by how many customers were in the premises and dropping by ordering take outs. And we only just found it. We will definitely call again when in the area.
