Tukka Thai @ Pour Me in Three Rivers

Just ordered through a website and after eating immediately threw up. The rice was off and overcooked. Definitely was the culprit. Sadly the green curry was bland and mushy. The soup was the only saving grace and my husband enjoyed his pad thai. Making someone unwell with old rice is not ok - I would sadly never order again. Also its shameful how bland the green curry was. Restaurant owner, please try it yourself and see what is being served to patrons yourself.

Waited half an hour over the delivery time restaurant didn’t answer the phone to query where the food was, eventually turned up and not hot. Rubbish service will not be using again or recommending

Terrible delivery service - we only ordered 2 of the same dishes and it took over 1:30mins to deliver. I have ordered so many times before and even left a review about their food being great but will never order it again. If you are busy then don’t accept the order

left me waiting nearly 1.5hrs, so i called, and then said she needs to cancel because she doesnt have a driver. why wasnt i told sooner? wasted my time.

Worst experience and waitress ever…we asked whether they had Thai ice tea, waitress thought it was a cocktail. We then asked for still water…and she gave tap water. She missed out the chicken wings we had ordered. Didn’t ask whether we want ice and gave it anyway in the glass. At this point I gave up. The salad we ordered seemed a bit stale. Food on the whole was okay but my god the waitress was atrocious. Manager seemed uninterested as well. The place only had 1 toilet Overall service was horrendous…didn’t ask how the food was, didn’t apologise for the shambolic service. My partner is Thai and wasn’t impressed at all. Table was sticky. Oh and as soon we came in, waitress ignored us. We had to ask whether we can sit down.

Food was nice however we had to wait a very long time for it. We finally complaint as other people who arrived long after us were served. We never even got an apology. I'm certainly not rushing back.

Best Thai food! Each meal is packed with vegetables and loads of flavour! It feels a lot healthier than any other takeaway and the food itself is just delicious! This is our go to place and we simply love it! Staff and overall service is without a fault! Strongly recommended

The Beef Massaman curry was delicious. So flavourful and so nice to have vegetables and rice with it. Spring rolls were also very good and had some lovely Thai spice around the outside. The prawn crackers were good however I thought maybe they’d be Thai crackers. Overall a very delicious meal!! Definitely coming back and having it at the restaurant next time 10/10

great taste authentic and good value for money

I went to Pour Me/Tukka Thai last night with my date and we had a great time. Opel the owner was super friendly and the food was fantastic. We felt very well looked after. A wonderful place to get authentic Thai food reasonably priced and a great cocktail bar type enviroment. Chicken wings were amazing, spring rolls were amazing, and the Pad Thai will blow your socks off hahah 😋 very good well done. Will be back again.

Order showed up and was wrong. Pad Thai had chicken instead of prawns and pad see ew had all the prawns. Food was labelled correctly just made incorrectly. Stuff happens but a bit disappointing.

When I called to ask where my order was they lied and said it was already on its way when it quite clearly was not. Food arrived late and cold.

Since management has changed the Thai male waiter is beyond rude and zero service sat for one hour and no one took my order then he just hurls offensive and personal abuse. Avoid at all costs.

Ordered on Deliveroo. After 1.5 hours food hadn’t arrived. I called the restaurant the chap on the phone was very rude, curt and offered no apology. When i politely pointed out that apologising may amount to good customer service he said ‘perhaps’ and hung up. Food arrived after 1 hour 50 mins and was stone cold so I gave it back to the delivery driver. When I called the restaurant they hung up on me and wouldn’t pick up again. Deliveroo refunded eventually. If you want a restaurant that couldn’t care less about you, will take your custom for granted and aren’t bothered about the experience you’ll have. Then you’ll love this place.

The Thai food was absolutely amazing! It's the 1st time we've ordered from here and will definitely do it again!

I absolutely love this food! Especially as a takeaway. Comes really conveniently packaged and the food is really delicious and of great quality! You get loads of protein in each dish, instead of too many carbs. I always feel good eating this as a takeaway and you don’t get that overly full feeling afterwards like most takeaways.

The wait for the food is far too long for me.

Absolutely gorgeous place to eat and drink. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We came today with two kids , has been offered high chair etc. We ordered two big plates and two small plates and drinks. Food is fantastic , fresh ingredients and so tasty ❤️ definitely will come back in the future and place to recommend to everyone ❤️ Restaurant is clean and Staff Members are very welcoming 🥰

The delivery was half an hour later than the latest estimate. I asked for extra prawn (1.5£) and it was not included in the pad thai.

So booked this place based on a very high Google and Trip Advisor rating. The staff were great, however, sadly we weren't aware that this place was not able to cater for young families well. To be honest even as adults we weren't comfortable eating at the high bar tables with the high bar chairs that were slightly too low for the tables. No cushions or other means of raising the kids. But feedback was provided and well received. The kitchen also took a very long time to get food out for our large table (of 12) but we were the only folks in the restaurant and had pre-booked Food was flavourful and a slightly different way of doing it. We would go back in the future, but as we aren't local it may be some time. Hope they do act on the feedback and make it more welcoming for families too.

The chicken pad thai was absolutely delicious and could be the best I’ve ever had! The spring rolls were crispy and full of flavour, and not at all greasy.

Nice enough! Katsu great. Pad Thai and green curry okay. 5 minutes later than max deliver time which isn’t so bad, but then they said it arrived 15 mins EARLIER than the max delivery time on the app. Are they being a bit naughty here to make their delivery times look better!?

Ordered a takeaway Saturday night - amazing Thai food, clean flavours and good portions. Food arrived hot and delivered on time. Lovely packaging designed for eating straight from it rather than having to decant.

Curry and noodles were nice, but £3.50 for old and stale prawn crackers was a big let down

The food was too spicy .. not enjoyable to eat .. salad separate would be better than on top of the curry , if needed at all ..

Driver did not get out of the car so I was forced to collect my order in the rain. I didn’t get cutlery or a receipt.

Firstly the food is amazing. We have ordered from here many times and never been disappointed. Secondly the staff are also amazing. We ordered through Just Eat and for some reason never got our order. The manager phoned us personally to express his regret (even though not his fault) and that we could order again at no cost. Just Eat we’re shocking in this situation as they have refused to refund us. Thankfully the restaurant has gone the extra mile. I would totally recommend people try the incredible food on offer here.

STILL WAITING FOR FOOD !!! Ordered at 6.30 said it was delivered ( delivery was due 7.45 - 8.05) nothing has come !! We’ve used before but never again now as we are still waiting and they won’t answer the phone ( tried 5 times now )

Went out with my boyfriend for a dinner on a Tuesday night. It was very quiet but the staff gave us a lot of attention and provided great customer service. The place is so nicely done up and would be a great place not only for dinner but also for an evening with a group of friends with just a lot of different starters and drinks. Has so many drinks to choose from and the food was amazing. I’d recommend the prawns as a starter they were super yummy! In general a great trip with lovely staff, great decor and delicious food!!! Would highly recommend for an evening out!

Lovely food apart from 'som tam' which was far too spicy. I can usually handle decently spicy food but I could only get through 3-4 mouthfuls before I had to give up on it.

Really enjoying the food from this place. Tried two different dishes now and they were both great. The packaging is unique and the food is really good. Hoping they expand their menu soon as it's a bit limited - but thats the only critique I can find.
