The most amazing place. The restaurant is first class with every authentic Italian dish you could ask for, cooked to perfection! The staff are quite the best I’ve ever encountered, so friendly and efficient - nothing is too big an ask for them. I wanted a large table for a birthday event and Stella, the owner, couldn’t have been more accommodating to my changing wishes (she’d also hung up a happy birthday banner which I found so thoughtful). We then went down stairs for a pre-planned party in the event space below which is equipped with absolutely everything you could need for the most magical evening (bar, dj decks, in built lighting and again the most lovely staff). If I could do that whole evening again every weekend I would! Honestly could not recommend more - a real gem of a find.

So lovely to be here again. Wonderful food and a wonderful welcome. Have missed you but you are back. One very very happy diner.

Plenty of options in the menu, stating fresh but doubting a lot. The waitress said they have removed octopus from risotto pescadora because the customers were not liking it, without saying to the customer or at leastremoving it from the ingredients, before ordering(after highlighting this 3 weeksago, the octopus is still as ingredient in the dish. We paid full price for a dish without the ingredients stated in the menu. No apologies, no discount. The sardines were like from the can, but the word fresh was in the menu (fresh can opened probably). The bread was good, I must say.

Don't bother ordering from them...if the delivery fails, they just wash their hands, show no interest and offer no way to resolve it, get your money back or ordering it (and paying) again from them!

Gorgeous intimate lowlit trattoria with specials to die for. Convivial atmosphere all round. The lobster ravioli, sicilian platter, tiramisu and limoncello were really fantastic. I’d come here again on a date or with a group of 6 good friends.

I came here yesterday to celebrate our nonnas 88th Birthday & it did not dissapoint! The food was absolutely fantastic, the staff were so accommodating &professional👏 nothing was too much in regards to the requests we had for the menu ect! We would most definitely come again for amazing authentic Italian cuisine! Also the rest rooms were spotless & the general hygiene of the restaurant was superb! Thank you Trattoria Da Luigi !! Nice and cosy restaurant, delicious food and great service, we had burrata for a starter, monk fish and black ink linguine for main, all so yummy! We were also served bread and olives and an aperitif on the house. I highly recommend this place

Having not been out to eat for the last four months, our first dinner was at la trattoria and we were very happy with the whole experience. First, every member of the staff were very friendly and made us feel looked after. And in time of COVID 19, the restaurant felt really safe and clean. Second, the food was delicious, we both had shells and were very happy with the dishes. Our waitress, Micky, was very accommodating and professional. Highly recommended.

We were looking for somewhere to eat, everywhere was full and it was raining very heavily. I looked inside this place and it was empty; usually that would convince me not to go in. I'm so glad we did. The service was good, the food was delicious, and it was great value for money. Not long after we sat down more people came in and the atmosphere was nice and lively. Would definitely go back if I was in the area.

Best Italian restaurant, friendly staff, good food, plenty to choose from. We celebrated many birthdays there so they cater for everything. There is a bar on basement for parties and music. Do give it a try, you won't regret

Had been out in London and searched on car sat nav for nearby restaurants and this one came up - popped in on off chance of getting a table early evening last Saturday and they fitted us in.What a little find - its not huge which gave a lovely atmosphere, great staff and gorgeous food! Menu was good but huge specials board which we all chose to eat from - lamb shank, ravioli, spaghetti meatballs and a fish dish with home made gnocchi and washed down with a beautiful Chianti and amazing tiramisu, banoffee pie and panacotta - complimentary limoncello finished off a great visit.1 special mention to super friendly lady who I think was the owner, who treated everyone as if her own family and was so delightful - would definitely go out of my way to go back here and highly recommend!

Arrived early on a Saturday evening and were lucky enough to get a table for 4, lovely feel to this restaurant, really authentic and comfortable. Lovely menu and a great special board, we all ordered off the specials board, spaghetti with meatballs, fileto orate, ravioli with ricotta & spinach, lamb shank. The food was well presented and so tasty. Could not resist the puds, tiramisu, banoffee pie and panna cotta, a great end to a fantastic meal finished off with complimentary limoncello. This restaurant is a total gem, be sure to visit but make sure you book.

I came here with my boyfriend for an early dinner, and the best part was definitely the service. Our server was very friendly, generous and attentive and treated us with almost familial affection. The menu had a lot of choice, but also had those classic Italian favourites so there is something for everyone. The food was good value with generous portions. Not haute cuisine but a delicious homely meal that will fill you up and leave you satisfied. The decor gave the place an intimate feel, and seemed to be family friendly - there were a couple of families with young children who seemed to be enjoying themselves quietly. Definitely of note: the focaccia! It was delicious, and made on site. Will definitely be visiting again to try more!

Amazing food and lovely personable service :)

Our third visit there, we thoroughly enjoyed the evening yesterday.On arrival we were greeted and welcomed and was given our table without delay.what was next was we were immediately asked if we were ready for drinks and we ordered two glasses of Rose which came just as we settled in, which was impressive.Then after a short time we made our order and once again it was delivered to us without any delay.The meals we ordered were lovely and well cooked and then we topped it with Italian Ice Cream.Whilst enjoying our meals we noticed how the restaurant was completed packed and not an empty table to be seen. Everyone was talking and happy and enjoying their food like us. The atmosphere was really and honestly lovely .The staff who treated us were very warm and friendly and it has been too long a time to find such atmosphere and service and quality of food in a restaurant as this.I can't wait to bring my partner again to this restaurant soon.

Was passing by and spotted this delightful place , the welcome me and my friend received was second to none , Stella ( the owner , manager ) and Daniel were warm and welcoming , I had the JUMBO prawn ( never seen nor tasted such a prawn ) with other seafood with linguini in cuttlefish fish ink , absolutely Devine , my friend had the Spagetti with meatballs, again absolutely spot on , nice beer , perfect evening , thank you so much Stella

Not sure how this place has such good ratings. I've been twice, the latest time the waitress wasn't able to answer basic things about the menu, and my pizza came out wrong from the kitchen once and was maybe even caught a second time before another bad one got to our table.
