My experience there was awesome. Rakesh served me very well. He told me all the fillings i can have as a meat lover with extra spice of roja and also double protein is extra good thing to have. I am loving this tortilla more and more ❤️

Nathan was kind and friendly. The service was great.

Bit expensive but the burrito is really good. Will be full all day.

Nathan immediately helped me with how the option worked and relieved my anxiety straight away. I was advised to download their app for a loyalty reward scheme and was able to collect on my order. Very friendly and didn't rush nor pressure me through my experience!

Usually the environment is very welcoming and the staff is nice. This is not a rating of the food but unfortunately there was an employee I think his name is Nathan was rude to his colleague and he spoke to him in a demeaning manner which wasn’t appropriate when there are customers around or even in private.

i was expecting a 10-15 minute delivery which is why i ordered as i wanted something quick instead it took over an hour to arrive, on top of that there was multiple things missing from the burrito i had ordered sour cream, beans and pico which were missing i literally had guac rice chicken and bread wrapped in a tortilla which was cold the food was cold im guessing due to the extremely long delivery im extremely unhappy with the service this time

I ordered a burrito bowl ie naked burrito bowl burnt ends and got a full on burrito second time the order was wrong

Dreaming about the legendary food by the genius guys and girls makes my day.. I look forward to the one meal a day so much that I'd wear pom poms and cheer for them then make sure it's the last meal I'd ever eat so I'd have a huge smile on my face at that moment!! Delivered wrong item. We ordered 2 Carnitas bowls and a burrito but received only one wrong flavor burrito. I haven’t received refund yet.

If ordering from an app - do not bother unless you're willing to wait over an hour. We've ordered from here numerous times, the food takes forever and ALWAYS turns up freezing cold. I cannot understand why this is the case? If you've ever been to one of their stores, they make it in front of you within 2-5 minutes. You'll also notice that the stores are regularly empty. No excuse for this type of food to take so long. Also worth noting that they always seem to add the incorrect ingredients to the order, which raises serious health & safety concerns. Beware.

One burrito not delivered and wrong drinks delivered this is not the driver fault this is the restaurant fault

We went there last time more than a year ago. Asked to cut a burrito in half to share between the kids and they said they weren't allowed to do it. It shows how horrible this business is. Just another awful franchise ruining our high street. I would give negative stars if I could.

I visited this place for lunch, and it was my first time trying a spot like this. I ordered a "Big Bowl" for £9.80, but when the cashier asked me to choose my ingredients, he rushed me through the entire process, not giving me time to decide. When I finally got my food, the portion was disappointingly small—barely reaching three-quarters of the bowl. To make things worse, they charged me £10.80 instead of £9.80 without any explanation. What really stood out was when another customer, who happened to be Black, ordered the same "Big Bowl." His portion was overflowing, yet his bill was less than £10. Overall, the experience was frustrating and unfair. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Terrible. Paid an extra £9 in add ons for both burritos. Most of which were missing from both burritos. No chorizo, single portion pork, there was so much excess tortilla wrap that there was barely any filling. To have this when you’ve ordered large, double portion and extra everything is terrible. I’ve never had this with tortilla until now and it seems the ease of rolling the burrito was prioritised to the actual contents paid for. The smallest large burrito I’ve ever had in my life.

I am FURIOUS. This was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had. Yesterday, I went in for veg tacos, and from the moment I ordered, it was a disaster. First, I specifically asked for a crunchy shell, but the girl making them was unbelievably rude and didn’t even bother to make it the way I asked. Then, I realized there was NO protein in the veg option—seriously?! How does that make any sense? And fine, I get that the sauce was extra, but then she had the audacity to charge extra for guacamole, which, according to the website, is SUPPOSED TO BE INCLUDED in the veg option! What kind of scam is this? WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER.

WHY DO YOU SCREW UP MY ORDER EVERY SINGLE TIME

Tortilla is my go to sandwich shop for several years now, focused on vegetarian options. Pre covid this was with the fantastic jackfruit burrito option (with hot sauce and extra chillies), but that moved on to a vegan chilli buritto, which was OK, and the current chopped up Beyond Steak recipe, which has an improved texture from the chilli (like a chewy mushroom that holds its shape for longer). The value-add that Tortilla gives is the combined flavours of their ingredients that just sets them apart from their competition.

Portion size was probably 2/3 of the normal size

I purchased beyond steak naked burrito. I could not believe that it was not meat. The look, taste, texture and even the edges had the full taste experience of meat.

I sick and tired of ordering a delivery from this place this is the 3rd time iv'e been disapointed with they're service. Today i gave them the benefit of rhe doubt bust rhey still messed up. I askes for mixed rice i always get the corriander rice, i counted 3 bits of chicken baring in mind i ordered a large i feel like its all vegtables. Im pissed off because no Guc on offfer. Very much a let down! I order from this restaurant on my lunch break and i love it, but when i order it's a diffrent story :(

Diabolical!!! Food arrived incorrectly packaged with the lid off and half the food in the bag!! Food was cold and flavours weren’t there. Me and my Nan won’t be ordering from here again.

We come here every week for dinner after our gym session, the staff are friendly and we like the food. The new app is good too, and pretty generous with rewards. The veganuary beyond steak and chimichurri sauce are great too, please keep them on the menu

My place to go for burritos. However not on Sunday afternoons because one of the staff was rude and impatient.

I recently visited Tortilla and had the pleasure of being served by Anuja. She was fantastic! Anuja was incredibly polite and made me feel welcome right away. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her friendly smile made my day. It’s rare to find such amazing service, and Anuja truly stands out. Clean and welcoming environment. The vegetable burrito was fresh and filling. The manager Nathan who served me was professional and attentive, described the new sauce which was available. When Nathan walked around the restaurant he asked customers if they were okay and enjoying their food which was refreshing to see in a franchise as this level of service is not normally offered nower days.Great customer service and professionalism from Nathan.

Emily and Osman were very lovely! you can tell the team was busy or short staffed it seemed, however they seem to manage it pretty well! The food was absolutely delicious too!

One of the worst experience the service was so rude and horrible I was waiting in the queue and Emily employee of your company literally pissed me off with her expressions and she did not complete my order she went to next person she said me to move and wait for my order she should change her attitude and behaviour I will never come here again such a bad experience I could not eat properly.

I’ve been a huge fan of Tortilla for nearly a decade, primarily ordering through Deliveroo, and I’ve ALWAYS loved the food. After a long 12-hour shift today, I was really looking forward to treating myself to my usual chicken bowl with all the trimmings. However, my experience this time was quite disappointing. When I politely asked for a little more of the vegetables (as I’d been given a very tiny portion), a staff member (who was not the server) interjected with a loud and snarky comment about how they don’t normally give much veg if there’s meat in the order. Huh?! 🥴 I was honestly taken aback- I’m paying for my meal here thank you very much! Surely as a WILLING and PAYING customer I shouldn’t feel like portions are being skimped on! I don’t mind being charged extra if needed, but there’s no need to be so stingy with the servings guys! It really dampened what’s usually a great experience for me.

food was delicious however took 1h to be prepared and delivered as well as the driver did not come upstairs the house where my flat is . i have reumatological condition amd gling up and down stairs is quite a thing for me

Chips were so salty I had to throw them away after eating two. Burrito was so badly rolled it was falling apart before I even started to eat it, and full of liquid pouring out. Food is decent other than the chips, but you can't take away the burritos because you need a plate (or, less good, one of their plastic trays with a bit of paper that doesn't really stay in it) because it falls apart and pours liquid everywhere.

Salsa taste like oil . Tortilla crisp taste like it’s got a whole bag of salt over them . Horrible waste of money . Yuk

Ordered a burrito and burrito bowl on uber. Burrito bowl arrived with no rice, no beans, half the toppings ordered. Was just a big bowl of cold veggies and salad like someone selected half the things i ordered. If you go to the place and order you wont get this issue so just be careful when ordering online.

The manager here was on-point; dealing with walk-in orders as well as online orders with efficiency and professionalism. The burritos have hit a bit of shrinkflation but tasty nevertheless.

Went in on the busy ‘free Burrito’ day . There was a queue, but everyone was excited and in an anticipation mood😋 The Staff were Beyond exceptional! Patient, smiling and interactive! One lovely staff member even helped me down load my free burrito code , ever so patiently . It’s my go to place for comfort food and the efficiency of staff helps even more ! Highly recommended , I keep going back for more of the yummy food!

Update upon my recent visit- The 3 great friendly staff have left and the service is suffering! Current staff are not friendly and serve minuscule portions despite the hike in prices. Not happy and hence come down to 3 stars. My previous review is below. Great place for quick and healthy lunch. I go for the low calorie naked burrito which has lots of fresh and raw ingredients. They now also have the vegan option with jackfruit. I am not a great fan of burrito because the thought of rice wrapped in a flour tortilla doesn't agree with me. They do a loyalty card deal. 5th purchase has free nachos with salsa and 10th burrito is free. Whilst the latter option is great, I don't like the 5th purchase option because it is quite unhealthy and nachos is not my personal favourite. Staff is generally great but the younger trainees can get quite stressed during busy lunch hours. I had made a complaint against a couple of trainees which were dealt with very effectively and professionally by the managers. It would be good if they can have a better alternative deal with the 5th purchase. Quite clean fast food restaurant.

I went there, super excited to get a quesadilla, and I got there and the quesadilla machine wasn't working. There could've at least be a sign warning customers not to get their hopes up.
