donner kebab meat almost white not brown looked uncooked and tastes like soap grotty

Second time now, get home and part of the order is missing... How hard is it to read a piece of paper.. If you look at the other reviews they have done the same. Then when you call they act as they don't understand you..

Worst take away in the world forget some thing every time ring them up they just hang up never using again never known a place sooooo bad for customer service

It's ok for takeaways but sometimes gets orders wrong

Just got food delivered, was piping hot, and exceptional. Very tasty as usual, also delivery was on time. Always use Torino’s service is excellent. Keep up the brilliant service 👍

I ordered a pollo pizza, torinos wrap chips and garlic, driver told me it was £29.50 ! There mistake, brought me 2 pitzas instead of 1 and no chips, I gave the other pizza back to the driver, rang torino's told them I didn't get the chips, for them to totally argue on the phone saying I didn't order chips, spoken to like I'm an idiot, kept calling me darling, they can shove there food up there backside, totally disrespectful, obviously no service skills, will never ever order from these again, there lucky there got 1 star.

Fantastic food and service for a large order over £70. Always use here and will continue, highly recommend.

We used to love it here as the food was great however the last few orders they repeatedly get the order wrong which is why I can only give it 3 stars

Just ordered after work. Tried other takeaways and not been best pleased. Decided to try this one and can honestly say not had a kebab as nice as this one in a long time. Will definitely order again

What an absolute shambles, can’t even take a simple order of donner meat and chips! Got home to only have donner meat and they even charged me for the sauce when the menu says you get sauce included, such a joke and rip off

Whats happened? Have been using Torinos for months but todays usual order was awful. Think they have changed suppliers or just opted for cheap meats? As well as cold, the fries were like rubber. Missing garlic bread too! Wont go back. Shame they used to be really good.

Ok I ordered food via Just East. Food was very nice. However, this was not contact less like it should be and was advertised as being on the website. The delivery guy handed me the food before I even realised what was happening. Please please do not keep doing that. This is a very dangerous thing to do at the moment. As per instructions on th website, they are supposed to put food down, knock and step back but this clearly isnt happening . Would I order food again? Yes as it was nice, however, I think I would have to emphasize contactless hand over to them!

I have bought from here before because recommended by my son was always very nice and hot and tasty But today went in and ordered a chicken kabab with salad and sauces which was very nice as usual then a 10” barbecue pizza for daughter she sed there wasn’t much barbecue sauce on it coz couldn’t hardly taste it then got a free garlic bread coz of order so I asked for cheese extra to pay it was awfull didn’t taste no garlic on it just cheese not happy at all don’t know if I will be back what a waste of money very disappointed 😟

I am a regular customer of this takeaway we order once a week sometimes more. This is the first time i have ordered a chicken kebab today and half the chicken was cooked and half was pink inside i binned it and rang them they wouldn't do anything unless i went raiding through the bin to find a bit of the uncooked chicken so not only have i wasted my money now i have to go hungry poor poor poor customer service and will take my custom elsewhere shame on you i would rate no stars if i could 😡😡😡😡

Their customer service is poor! Ordered from these every weekend sometimes more than once. Ordered from the just eat app the elivery driver was polite opened my order to find it was wrong so as a loyal paying customer rang the shop for it to be rectified we was greeted with bad manners and an attitude as we returned the wrong meals to the shop and told to never order from them again. Got our new meal and the chips were under cooked totally shocked at their behaviour to us as we alway sang their praises was regular. Never again will I order from torinos I now go to favourite chicken good customer serice and quality food!

Always great food and fast delivery.

Food took over an hour, when I called they said they left 10-15 minutes ago when it's around the corner, it wasn't as hot as it should have been more lukewarm, they missed items off our order and when we opened the paper there was a clump of hair laid there. Definitely won't be using them again.
