Said it had been delivered called up to see were it was and he said driver had been and got no answer so took my food back the restaurant but I have a ring door bell nobody came Customer service is discusting

The 3rd time items have been missing from order. Was promised redelivery but never showed up.

Kebab boss meat on it but chicken was curried up but no salad or mayo mad Pizza rubbery no flavourish Chips red salt an too thin it's a 3🤪

No chicken pieces in Chicken Biryani. Negligible 2 extremely small pieces. It was just flavored rice to be precise

Just received food totally unacceptable, burnt overcooked pizza burger with no salad or sauce and £1 for a tea spoon of garlic Mayo .

Absolutely awful, food was freezing by the time it got here, had to ring the shop over 3 time’s to see where the delivery driver was, by the time it got here the food was stone cold!! the cheese on the chip’s wasn’t even melted, will never order from here again.

Burgers was nice and pizza was ok. Chips were like they were warmed up not fresh but overall it was ok. Delivery man brought us missing drink and garlic bread back in 10 mins which was ok with me

You should add some complimentry sauce with naan kebab But the rice are very gud

I just wanted to say thank you my drink wasn't with my order when it arrived but driver said he would come back with the drink I have had this happen with other take away place's but what's incredible is that they actually came back with it 10/10 customer service thanks again! 😆

Best pizza around!! Last few times we have had pizza form here been 10/10 won’t go no where else and the man who delivered it think the owner is so lovely x the lads in the shop are lovely to btw x

Gave £20 for £12 order. Driver didn’t have change for some reason. Said he was going the shop an didn’t come back. Rang them and said he’d be 10 mins x

Gave me the wrong drinks I ordered lucozade and got a can of Fanta for replacement. There’s no option to select which 1.5 litre drink there is so I specifically asked to not have coke or Pepsi and I got a bottle of coke and the pizza was cold by the time it got here

Awful takeaway wrong items sent, food was awful and inedible

We've ordered loads from here and never had issues until recently. Last few orders have either been wrong items or missing items and I have to ring to have it sent out again.. Tonight's order was missing THREE burgers. Had to keep ringing to chase it up and 2 hours after ordering they've still not arrived. My chilli sauce had been dropped as well and then just thrown in the bag with the lid not on properly so was all over the bag. Won't be ordering again after tonight which is a shame because the food is actually really nice when they get it right

Food arrived late and cold. The pizza had the consistency of a church cracker. The BBQ sauce would have aided my Holy Communion, however not for a late night bite. Called the restaurant; the staff member seemed dismissive, despite the app saying the order was on its way for about 30 - 40 minutes.

Given the wrong things, insisted over the phone it was correct, didn’t see an issue with putting tuna on a vegetarian’s pizza, then re-delivered two pizzas, only one of which was correct, ended up with 4 inedible pizzas. Still haven’t got my chocolate cake we ordered

Can't complain about this place at all. We've been ordering for months and never had a bad meal.. Quick delivery, drivers always lovely.. customer service is great too.. Our cheesy chips were missing from our order tonight so I rang and the fella said he'd get them out to us straight away and 5 minutes later they were at the door 👌

I waited for a long time for the order. It was shown that the order will be delivered between 4.05am and 4.25. Order came around 4.31am. I was constantly ringing the restaurant the call wasn’t connecting. Somehow I got to talk to a guy he was very rude as if he wasn’t bothered at all.Food was not at all good. Wrap was burnt. The salad in wrap was not even cut properly. There were huge chunk of veggies in it. Burger was having an awkward taste. The chicken wings were not cooked properly it was way too oily. My appetite was completely destroyed after tasting the food. All the food went into the bin. If I was able to give negative stars i would have gladly given it.

Ordered a pizza, 2 chicken burgers and chips. Pizza was cardboardy, horrible and inedible. Chicken barely chewable. Chips floppy wet and undercooked. Would avoid at all costs

Always something missing and what they do send is wrong! Whoever answers the phone is completely rude an the only nice person is the delivery man, always polite and friendly with great manners!

One of the best pizzas ive had late night, i work until early hours this place has kept me going. Meat feast last night was quality. Best thing is they read my comments about how i like my pizza. Recommended
