Top Dessert in Bedford

Tasteless drink and desert. Staff was rude, didn’t want to listen to our issues with order. Horrible customer service. Do not recommend to anyone.

I ordered from this shop after seeing an post on FB. I ordered 3 items and apparently their system has only logged in 2 items. So they charged me £7.51 for delivery and claiming there is a minimum order for delivery and as I haven’t reached that minimum amount, they charged me an extra £4.51. There is no where during the ordering process this is clearly evident. The delivery fee is not clearly shown either. The owner claims to have received only 2 items on the order. He was patronising, talking over me, unapologetic and rude over the phone. He said he will send me the receipt of WhatsApp, I told his he doesn’t have my permission to send me a message on WhatsApp and he still sent me an unsolicited message. Absolutely horrible customer service. Will most definitely do not order from this shop again. I will seek legal advice for sending me an unsolicited, unwanted WhatsApp message.

Food took 30 mins to come just ordered milkshake and waffle, The waffle was burnt.

The desserts were lovely, ordered through Uber eats and I got some freebies. I ordered the chocolate sauce and strawberry waffle with the Strawberry gelato shake, got a few extras for free.

First time ordering and it did not disappoint. Everything was lovely and fresh and not an inch of ice cream had melted. Will be ordering again!

Been eyeing this new dessert place since it opened and finally got the chance tonight to try it out. Very friendly and helpful staff. Made the crepe exactly how I like it (soft) and some banana cookie dough which was delicious 😋 Will visit again.
