Food was good pretty sure the satay I ordered wasn’t a satay more a curry but tasted ok, driver was rude, ordered many times from here before and never had an issue

Food was good , as last time .but was delivered 30 early and we were not ready for it , by the time we were ready the food had gone cold so had to microwave its all plate by once and when there are 6 people that literally took 20 minutes so we couldn’t all eat at the same time or the first warning would have gone cold again so bit too pleased with that

Ordered in advance. Received confirmation. Received delivery is on the way and it’s been delivered. NO food at my doorstep. Rang the restaurant, they’ve not even made it. No ticket apparently. Then got asked whether they should make it. Yes, please. I’ve just paid £23 for my meal.

Very quick delivery and nice food

Had shredded chicken in chilli sauce, egg fried rice, and salt and pepper chips. Super fresh nice and hot (collected) really enjoy the food from here recommend

Ordered from this place twice now and I think this is the best Chinese takeaway in the area! Food is always delicious, fresh and made very quick! Will definitely order again! Prices are very good aswell for the portions of food you get! Even my partner couldn’t finish his box all at once. The best taste of crispy shredded beef! Simply amazing! Everything super tasty! Busy takeaway. Prices a little steep however never a dull portion size. A meal for 2 lasts us 3 days.

the only Chinese we will eat from in our area. writing this review as I impatiently wait on them taking online orders again, always busy when they open for a few hours.

I remember the happy times when I worked at Top Chef for a few months around 2004 to 2005, my very first part-time job. I was in my year 1 at the nearby university back then. I still miss the special spring roll, mushroom dishes, chips in curry sauce and prawn crackers here! Have returned to my country after graduation, and great to see the shop is still running smooth with so many stars from Google Map. Happy New Year to the owner's family!

Can be nice food if it is freshly cooked but can sometimes come not freshly prepared and it is quite obvious when this happens as there is a big diop in quality and it is clear that the food has been pre prepared or kept warm for too long. Dont think I will use again now...

The food was terrible, It was a Saturday night early order and the starter box we ordered was inedible, it looked like it had been reheated from the day before and the ribs and sesame toast were dry and hard. There was little 'special' about the House Special fried rice or chow mein: I know there's a cost of living crisis, and this was reflected in both the price which was high, and the quality, which was poor. Very disappointing, I'm now tired of giving this take away second chances because the quality is too variable, hence this review.

4th time ordering the same and tonight it was here within 10 mins! However it was very clear that this order was not prepared freshly. The chips were soggy and the chicken was hard and chewy and clearly was not fresh and had been kept warm for a while. Very disappointing 😞

We started to eat our food with no issue, the beef was seemingly fine along with the rice, however the chicken ended up being pink and completely harmful, there was a fly inside the chicken balls! We have photo evidence of this if needed or necessary

First time ordering from Top Chef... family was absolutely thrilled with the food. Said its some of the best takeaway they've had. Wednesday night rang to order 5 times no answer never again

My daughter and I loved the food, first time ordering a Chinese with my daughter and she loved it.

First time ordering from this restaurant and will definitely be back. Super speedy delivery (great as we were starving). Food was all piping hot and tasty with generous portions. Mixed chow mein was packed with vegetables and big pieces of meat, mixed starter for two had juicy ribs, crispy seaweed, delicious spring rolls and particularly good prawn toast. Highly recommend!
