Tom's Treats in Conwy

What a find!!! 5* service with 5* food Clean, fresh, pleasant, tasty, just everything you want from a deli/sandwich shop. Service with a smile. Nestled one road back from the sea front, our food was cooked fresh to order. The coffee is so tasty!! Tom has himself a real jewel here with a good local customer foot fall, so must be consistent. The treats….where do I start…I’m a sweet tooth and big eater….i was sadly defeated! A great sweet tooth selection of homemade cakes and treats. Great visit ~ highly recommend

When travelling around the one thing I always want is a big fat sandwich/bap. Visiting rhos on sea we stumbled upon Tom's treats. Tom did not disappoint. All the family had baps and they were just as I wanted. Loads of filling. They were soooo nice. And tom (I'm assuming the bloke serving us was tom) was lovely and chatty. Next time we in the area we will definitely be having another of Tom's baps. Thanks 👍

Went for a coffee on Sunday 16th June. £8 for 2x takeaway coffees (latte & flat white) is very expensive. Not really why I’m unhappy though. Asked for a flate white which tasted just like hot milk (lighter than a latte) - it also come in the same size cup as a latte. Every other coffee shop I’ve usually been given a smaller mug when ordering a flat white. Store, service & cakes were amazing. I was just really annoyed with being served such a bad flat white especially when you pay that much money (it’s more expensive than Starbucks & cafe Nero) I’m local but won’t be returning, more shops around with stronger coffee & cheaper prices.

My elderly mother and I bought 3 x sausage rolls and 2 x hot drinks for £17. I wasn't offered anything to carry the items in so asked for a bag. The coffee leaked and split the paper bag. We were then yelled at and insulted and actually called 'stupid' in front of other customers. Having spent years working in cafes and bars myself, I'm absolutely horrified by the experience as whenever a customer drops something accidentally, staff should be helpful - not rude, obnoxious and downright aggressive. We had been in a very long queue and get the feeling the staff cant deal with more than one customer being in there. Will definitely not be returning.

Absolutely unreal. Wanted to go for a while thought would be expensive was made up when I finally went. Cakes did not dissapoint, I would go as far as to say better than expected and I had high expentations. Sausage roll s were the best I've had and price was a lot cheaper than I expected. Will 100% be back very soon .

What a great find on my first day in rhos on sea. One of the best latte's I've had & the home made cake & brownies are amazing. I had a goats cheese and chili jam Panini every day they are so good. Tom the owner is so pleasant & welcoming. You Must try

The BEST quiche I have ever tasted.Can't walk past without buying one.Just tried a pork and leek sausage roll.Absolutely delicious.The raspberry cheesecake is to die for. Tom and staff are all lovely,friendly,helpful people.Well worth a visit to see what they have.

Walked past this little shop and as it was absolutely freezing 30th November decided to get myself and hubby got drink. I got tea he got a latte coffee to take out not the cheapest but very enjoyable . I noticed a good selection of home made cakes and pastries and decided on treating myself to a caramel rocky road slice.. omg it was absolutely delicious so much so I will be ordering on line and definitely going back to this little shop when we visit Rhos on sea again.

Worked here for over a month and this became our go to place for breakfast or lunch. Never a bad sandwich, cake or drink. Phenomenal food, awesome service and all freshly made.

Not only is the food superb but the service is above and beyond. cannot recommend him enough. He’s honestly a gem of a guy and really does prioritise good customer service. The food is always spot on!

Fabulous salad boxes and Devine cakes. Nice selection of sausage rolls (meat and vegan) and plenty of sandwiches and toasties on offer to. Always a happy place and friendly service. Dog friendly,

Absolutely amazing. Much better than the similar establishment further down the road. Will be returning. Cakes and sandwiches to die for.
