I recommend this place to eat both Shawarma chicken and lamb with Samun bread, it's the best bread in the area! Their Shawarma is one of the best shawarma's i've had in the whole Manchester. The service is really nice, it's always the same gentleman who serves me and he's super polite and nice guy. JUST TO MENTION, now they have card payement on site. So you don't have to look for cash all the time 😁😁😁

Had a chicken shawarma on samoan naan… and a margarita pizza, food is average and they only accept cash which is fishy… cant rate more than 3 stars.

This place is amazing. Loved the mixed shwarma in nan and donner. Salad and sauce also very nice.

Great food but pathetic service....you could be stood for ages and these guys have no awareness that a customer is waiting to order and which customer came first.

Worst experience here ever, careless, awful customer services. Attitude problems.

Got a lamb shares a on nan. I am a person who visits the competition Levenshulme Bakery. I thought let me try this place. The place was clean with seating and they DO take card payment. For £4.20 I don’t think the lamb sharwama was not big enough. Too small for what you pay. The quality is okay … they do baby chicken etc which is one on the list for me to try. I. Terms of sharwama i think I will stick to Levenshulme bakery. There is a bit of a price hike for the cost of living. But don’t pass these guys by. They have a better selection on salads. And the seating inside is an added bonus.

With no doubt, the food is really good but when we go to any restaurant the first we look is the ambience and hygiene of that place. Let me tell you what I have seen myself about the hygiene and food handling, which is really alarming. The guys who making the food behind the counters they use same gloves or bare hands for cleaning the tables, sweeping the floor and with same hands they are preparing food as well. Unfortunately many of them not even giving an attention to their activities. Despite of saying to this particular guy that u should wash your hands before handling the food after sweeping the floor, wiping the tables etc... He was so rude and denied to do... Being a regular visitor, my humble request is KINDLY AVOID !!!

This is the best shop where you can eat the best kebab in Greater Manchester. Shop very clean, everything is perfect, the quality of food is excellent and the way they cook is fantastic. Also the stuff is very friendly, above all Pavell, always nice, smiling, happy, me and my husband enjoy every time we go to eat at Today Restaurant. I would like to give more than 5 stars, they are the TOP ******** I recommended to all the world :)

Loved the food and great customer service

First time I've been here, so I bought just a chicken shawarma on naan and a chicken fatayar. The shawarma was absolutely delicious; cooked perfectly on a fluffy naan, accompanied by all manner of toppings and sauces. Probably the best shawarma I've had in a longggg time. The fatayar was a little uninspiring - it needs some green chillies or jalapenos or something to liven it up, and as a result it tasted just adequate. Nothing more. Overall, this is a decent place, very cheap prices (£2.50 for the shawarma, £3 for the fatayar), and friendly staff. Parking is an issue as it's on a main road, but plenty available in the side streets. Recommend and would go again.

Tasty, fresh food. Unbeatable prices. Generally for a fiver you can have fatayer plus large salad plus fresh hummus. And they always add something extra: a bit of extra salad to the fatayer, more sauces than expected, more toppings on pizza than you pay for. And yes, place is busy, but the guys do everything in their might to get you your food as soon as possible.

Waiting 10min to get severed and there was no customer's in there, had the food and got food poisoning, i would advise everyone not to eat there

Good quality tasty food reasonably priced

We ordered Shawarma, Fataya and Pizza. Unfortunately, Shawarma was not nice at all. Chicken was very less and naan bread was even hard. There Fataya is good, must try. Pizza was just so so.

This place is a hidden gem.tiny eatery but amazing food.the best shawarma I have had in a very long time.the naan bread is fresh and there is a wide selection of salads to choose from.highly recommended

Extremely well priced, fresh and tasty food. I’ve had the falafel samoon, chips and mixed shawarma from here, all delicious. Fast and friendly service too. They freshly make the samoon bread, great variety of sauces, pickles and salad too. Good amount of clean seating available for dine in also.

I had a very bad experience at this new Today Restaurant today. The staff hired at this new store are an absolute disgrace compared to the nice people over on Wilmslow road. I ordered 2 shawarma's in store today and noticed that there was old, clearly cold leftover shawarma in the pan. I asked the man if he could use fresh shawarma instead of the old one and he agreed. When it came to his colleague actually preparing the shawarma, his colleague with a beard flat out refused to not use that shawarma and started raising his voice at me and asking me if he should throw away each bit of shawarma. I told him this is old shawarma its been lay out in a tray for a while, its cold and its unhygienic and he continued to raise his voice and refused to not serve it to me. He then served me this old shawarma straight up in my face and told me I have an attitude problem for such a simple request. I would not recommend this new store until they get new staff/training or at least get a formal hygiene inspection. Very very disappointing compared to the one on wilmslow road indeed.

we have been there with friends it was terrible! particularly the stuffs , we got there nice said hi to them nicely to except them to have same reaction or more either! but fortunately they did not answer ours either, so though it might something wrong or they were tired any way we ordered and they were still moody to us ! so we left place and say good bye nicely again but they same reaction again ! fortunately I don’t what have it say . the costumes service was -1!!!! I’ll never go there again .

I had falafel Samun and mixed Samum since they have opened. Really tasty and excellent value for money. The seating inside is clean and spacious. Great choice of fresh salad/sauce and nice hummus also. Staff are polite too. I highly recommend this spot.
