Stayed for a night whilst going to a function nearby. The receptionist seemed interested in us, and chatted whilst we checked in. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. More than enough hanging space for suit and evening wear. Breakfast was very good.

Not up to the usual Premier Inn standards. Looks tired and needs some l&a. Pillows were like rocks which is really nit like them!!!

Very friendly service even though we arrived late at night and left at 5am. Same receptionist was cheerful throughout 😊 Always a good night's sleep at premier inn. Everything you need for a quick stopover.

The location is good for the Hospital which is why we are here.

This is an okay premiere inn Are there plugs by the bed? No, only a usb port. Can you get phone signal? Yes, good phone signal whilst in the hotel room. Is breakfast self-serve? Yes. Buffet style. Local shops nearby? Not really, closest is a 15 min walk. A highly overpriced vending machine is the only other option. Some negatives: Really creaky floorboards in the hallway. I could hear every time someone walked past my room, which was quite frequent. This was annoying later into the evening. The service time on the 2 course dinner deal was really slow. 45 min wait for food, another 30 min for dessert. Still, the one member of staff serving was polite, so I assume this was just an understaffing issue.

Really pleasant stay. The room was clean and tidy and serviced everyday. The restaurant next door had some staffing problems whilst we were there but the service from the remaining staff was superb. Food was also very good. Would recommend.

God awful, temperature in the room was 33 degrees Celsius when outside it was barely 19 degrees, it was 2 days spent sweating and the hotel didn't care in the slightest and told us there was nothing they could do. They would even let us have a refund for the second night to go elsewhere. Avoid this place like the plague

Same as any other Premier Inn. Quiet and clean rooms. No air-conditioning and the windows only open a jar. Friendly staff. Like all other Premier Inns only one towel in room, ask for more when checking in iff more than one staying in room.

Typical premier inn however it has no ventilation and the windows only open a crack so our room war a constant 28 degrees despite it only being 20 at most outside, and 12 at night. Most definitely not a good nights sleep. Didn’t think it was good value for money and after hearing about how bad the breakfast is now we are glad we didn’t take it up.

Just visiting. Just off motorway so handy for South and central Manchester. Just revisited. Hotel is OK but Beefeater next door is in process of changing to Premier and its very poor for breakfast. Only one staff member. Hot breakfast was cold, was dirty and untidy. Suggest going to one of local restaurants just a little further along Barlow Moor Road.

Premier Inn Restaurant review only. Nothing against the staff who were working. This used to be a beefeater and have about 9 staff, there are currently 3 and 1 chef. We have waited an hour and a half for this chicken katsu curry. The food is tasty however not worth waiting an hour and a half for. Fully understand it’s not staffs fault, however whoever is managing the staff Rota needs to take a long hard look at it. Lots of very unhappy and frustrated customers. After coming here for 4.5 years including about 20 other work colleagues… I will be recommending they go for food elsewhere. 15 covers only …

Ideal stay for the Christie, only about 10mins drive. Reception staff friendly and polite. Rooms were as expected. Spacious, basic but comfortable. Excellent shower. Some noise and banging from the floor above, so, didn't get a good night's sleep. Breakfast is available but we didn't have. Restaurant next door if you didn't want to drive into Didsbury or the city. Plenty of parking spaces.

You know what your getting with a Premier Inn, and this was exactly that. However the reception staff (Drew) was exceptionally helpful. Great customer focused service

Premier Inn Manchester West Didsbury The good: The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean and more than adequate for what I needed. I liked the fact that there was a shower and a bath. The breakfast was nice and there was plenty of choice. The sound insulation from the outside traffic is good. The not so good: I noticed that a large amount of 'learner' drivers were using the hotel car park for practice. That did worry me a bit as they were going in and out of the bays where hotel guests were parked. I found that sound insulation between rooms was not so good. I was woken at 0555 by a 'noisy' person 'stomping' across the floor above me. It was noisy enough to wake me up. There are signs in the hallway, asking people to 'tiptoe', but it was still noisy from other rooms.

Weekend stay. Room very clean. Down side. From our room on the 2nd floor, you could hear the person on the 3rd floor walking, HEAVILY, across the room.Plus room was nr communal door which creeked this too we could hear .This disturbs our sleep. Other than this, which really is a matter of good maintenance, it would have had full stars from me...

Ok place for a quick coffee break, but furniture etc should have an upgrade. Got a decent guest toilet.

On my second visit to Nam, I once again had an exceptionally pleasant experience. The beef pho is a heartwarming, especially on chilly days, and is a must-try for everyone. The consistency in the quality of other dishes is also great. During my first visit, I enjoyed the crispy fried calamari (though I missed taking a photo). The pork belly buns are equally amazing. However, Nam’s chicken wings are my personal favorite. Frankly, I’m not sure as to why this place isn’t more popular, especially when compared to another Vietnamese restaurant in Ancoats. In my opinion, Nam offers far better food and service.
