Toby Carvery in Leeds

We came for late lunch early dinner after visiting jump inc. the staff were so welcoming, I haven’t been to a toby carvery in a long time due to the last visit to one closer to home was terrible. This visit today has changed my opinion and I will definitely be back. I have one very fussy child and Rachel made sure he enjoyed his meal and well safe to say he’s begging me to come back again so Thankyou Rachel. Also the girl who served the carvery was such a lovely friendly girl. Thanks everyone will be back soon

Staying at the hotel I came here for some food and the welcome was very warm. Rachel, the manager was very friendly and helpful and nothing was too much. The food was warm, fresh and very tasty. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

Booked a table of 5 for 2pm Sat 30th March. The young lady that showed us to our table and sorted our bill was lovely but that's where the good review ended. We were sat in a bay window, the whole area needs a deep clean and a lick of paint. We stood waiting at the carvery deck a good 5 minutes before anyone came out to serve us. The food meat and mash was dried up and most other items were cold. Best bit was the gravy. Unfortunately won't return.

Great place for food. The food is always immaculate and lovely. The staff (Sophie and Rachel) are both super friendly and greet everyone with a smile on their faces. Wish I could give the review more than 5 stars!

Was served efficiently and professional by James, he worked so hard to keep everything in order, a credit to the team. A very lovely polite young man. Food was lovely and fresh as always, chef was lovely.

We are regulars here with our disabled daughter. The carvery is always up to standard, and our visits are always enhanced by the kind attentions of staff, but two in particular. Sophie and Amelia are invariably welcoming, attentive, kind towards our daughter, and possessed of a lovely sense of humour. They are a credit to Toby!

Fantastic service! Both Ellie and Rachel were really kind and accommodating to our party. They went the extra mile for the allergies my auntie has and offered to cook her a separate carvery. Thank you again.

I came hear today to meet friends for lunch, Rachel greeted us as soon as we walked in and sat us down to our table. She was very accommodating and professional. Service with a smile. I’ll be definitely be back

The food as greatly improved since the last time we were in and it seems like a lot of the staff are new they are very welcoming and Rachel the manager on was lovely she stud and had a chat with us for a good 10 minutes and really made us feel comfortable.

Came in for a couple of drinks whilst working away and the atmosphere was perfect and Rachel was a great employee she was very kind and lovely attitude, been in here all week to have a chilled drink.

I frequent this Carvery often as it is affordable and delivers good quality food, drinks and service. Today we were looking after by Rachel on the bar who provided us with 5* service with some good banter too to top it all off. Well done to all!

I have been to many Toby caverys around the country, some good some bad. And I have to admit that the Bruntcliffe/Morley is my favourite. The staff are always nice and the food is always good. But after my recent trip I thought I needed to add a review as like most people I'm always happy to complain. So I thought I also needed to compliment when the service /staff wasn't just good but outstanding. When you are disabled and don't get out much it makes a massive difference. The staff and service was not just spot on, it was amazing, so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend.

The food was amazing and staff were so polite and lovely. Waitress Elle-may and Rachel were amazing and very accommodating to my grandma who is hard of walking, made sure we had a lovely experience from walking through the door to leaving. We will be back.

Very disappointed with this visit. The food was cold or lukewarm, the plates weren't hot and the roast potatoes I had were a bit hard. Some veg had nearly ran out but wasn't renewed, despite asking the server, and the beef was tough. I was going to ask if they could warm up my plate of food, but judging by the way they were rushing around, the server disappearing from the carvery counter and the queue for drinks, I think I would have been waiting a long time even though the restaurant wasn't busy, so I just ate the very cool meal. They definitely seemed short staffed. It's a shame because when I go to the Keighley Toby, I never have any complaints
