Great food, super kind staff, the best 💯

I’ve lived in NB for a few years now and thought it was about time I tried a home delivery. Food arrived hot and on time. Pizza is the classic chippy style with thick base and a bit of a spicy tomato sauce, chips were made fresh! Can’t complain!

Husband just came back with fish & chip take out for me & a mixed kebab for him. My fish (not cooked to order) was absolutely dreadful. It was over cooked batter with no edible fish inside, as can be seen in the photo. The kebab & salad were equally as disappointing. The accompanying chips were thankfully edible. The dogs ate well tonight. We shall not be back. Disgraceful - £32 for an inedible takaway for 2!

Don't accept card payments and charge a hefty surplus for sending a text message payment option.

Ordered 2 jumbo haggis suppers, cooked to order and tasted magnificent 😁. Portion of onion rings in beautiful crispy batter, just gorgeous. Crispy fat chips - amazing. Wonderful value, lovely friendly staff.

Had 3 fish suppers from here this evening. Really poor, fish was dry and chips limp, at £36 for 3 fish suppers we had high expectations but it wasn't even mediocre. Should have known, fish was sitting out already cooked. No fish bar worth its salt doesn't cook to order.

Best takeaway in North Berwick!

We were staying at the local campsite and decided on a fish supper, phoned through to collect and the young man took our order, it's cash (there are cash points nearby), we collected x 2 fish suppers and the tubs of mushy peas are very generous too, fish portions are good and chips are very tasty, served with lemon and in a cardboard case, we would definitely recommend. Staff are polite

How do you order brown sauce or chilli sauce,seems easy but your website makes it impossible!!

We had two fish suppers and a cheese and tomato pizza from here last night and they were both very tasty. The fish was fresh and in a lovely batter, no greasy after taste and the chips were delicious. The cheese and tomato pizza was declared the best they've ever tasted by our two kids so they were very happy too! We would definitely recommend.

Cash only,Got a single fish cake, sausage and black pudding,all were cooked to perfection, have also tried the pizza and chicken kebab both were excellent,tried the chicken pakora but wasn't so keen.friendly helpful service would recommend and return.

NOT for fish and chips and the worst I ever had. Could not even taste the tiny amount of fish in the large amount of batter. Go to real F&C shops in NB for fresh flaky and delicious fish. The pizza and kebabs looked good. Note this is a CASH only place!!!

We were on holiday in North Berwick and got a take-away from the Turkish Kebab House. We had fish and chips and a chicken kebab which were freshly cooked and tasted great. The best we have had for a while. We got great service too. Would highly recommend the Turkish Kebab House if you are looking for a take-away.

Exellent pizza that took 15 minutes while i waited and had a pint in the Golfers rest.

Incredible staff and service!! I popped in here after a late evening round at the West Links and was so grateful for the warm food served fast on a cool evening.

Great spicy 🔥 chicken pizza. Pizza is amazing one of the best I've had and I've had loads in Edinburgh and it still beats most. Great customer service aswell, they actually forgot my chilly sauce but where back up sharpish with 2x chilly sauces and an Extra tub of my fav chillies. Well done kebab house you've defo got me as a loyal customer.

It was a sunny evening in North Berwick (and with COVID19 distance restrictions in place) Queue for the North Berwick Fry was up the street and round the corner Random chap said in passing that the queue was much shorter at the Turkish Kebab house We were a bit skeptical as we really wanted fish and chips and figured it wouldn’t be the speciality of a kebab house However we were very pleasantly surprised Fish was excellent fresh, crispy on the outside and flaky and moist in the middle Chips were good and the portion size just right Think we might make this our #1 chippy in North Berwick

It's been a staple of North Berwick since it opened, always happy with the food and service.

Decent enough chip shop freindly staff. Decent enough food. Not much more to be said clean and tidy.

Awesome pizza and chips are good too. The garlic bread is exactly the same size as a 10 inch pizza do be aware of that. I suffered the consequences after already having eaten a salami pizza and chips.😂

The worst doner meat and chips ever and also got doner kebab was like doner was cooked 4 hrs ago. Worst kebab never be back

The one place that sells good chips, lovely staff.

Had a mixed kebab the chicken was fine but the doner wasn't fresh and the lamb shish was a little bit off. Very disappointed.

Brilliant takeaway, the Fish and chips are by far the best in East Lothian. Friendly service. (I've had extra piece of fish when owner thought it was too small). Great range of takeaway - Pizza, Kebabs, burgers, salads and excellent chippy items. Their fish and chips are excellent.

Called up for a delivery. Got a muffled voice who told me "Too far away" before I said I was in the same town. 0/10 delivery service. At least in store's nicer.

As a local citizen of North Berwick I enjoy the amazing quality of food the turkish has to offer. I did not experience anything "dry, stale or soggy" but instead a wide selection of delicious meals such as there mouthwatering pizzas which make me feel happy and warm inside every time I see them. I find the staff very helpful and always greet me with a smile on their faces which brings me happiness. I LOVE THE TURKISH!

Very busy sunny day in north berwick and the two takeaways around the corner had massive queues ..so we decided to wander a bit longer and came across this chippy which was nearly empty...thinking we had perhaps lucked out we went in!! Unfortunately this was not lucky...there was a reason this place was empty!!! The woman serving us was surly and unhelpful and actually seemed annoyed at having to serve us. if i hadn't been hungry as hell i probably would of walked out disgusted by her attitude!! we took it on the chin though and just took our food as quickly as possible!! The worst was still to come however.....the food was horrible. It tasted both stale, dry and soggy...i dont even know how thats possible!! I'd advise everyone to avoid this nasty place at all costs!
