Tividale Chef Takeaway in Sandwell

The food was disappointing, we had Singapore fried rice, it was overcooked. The remainder of my order I didn't enjoy either but that could just be my taste. Three staff, two constantly swearing/moaning, especially the guy working front of house, I did find it funny tho. I went into the shop to order, I was waiting nearly 45 minutes for the food to be cooked/prepared. The member of staff helping the chef was pleasant and did apologise for the wait.

Yummy food quick order the food was long lasting it was so good and everything was empty by the end of the day it was so good it is underrated and more people should come i tryed for the first time ever and it was so good the chefs were nice and kind and they were patient and listening also the room had a good sense of mood definitely coming back more

Just ordered two meals, thought we would try somewhere different from our usual place. Was very disappointed gave the chicken to our dogs!

Very tidy place as you enter "At night time ". With plenty of seating to sit down and wait, I think they have old magazines for you to read if you have to wait for your order. Was very warm inside and it was a cold day outside that day. You will have trouble parking" and this was at night time" most of the parking places was occupied, by the residents. Didn't have to wait too long "ordered for two " got my customary Chinese calinder, all in 45 minutes plus small talk with the custodian "the owner " ,very nice lady . Then left and drove home. Okay if you don't want to cook and you need a meal or a treat for your self and or your family a place to try .

First time we have used this take away And it definitely will not be the last this place food was hot and absolutely delicious service was amazing polite and friendly when ordering over the phone and delivered with a polite and friendly manner. Would give ten stars if I could as the food and service was outstanding Great job keep it up will be telling friends and family about this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was stopping in Dudley overnight, and had bern looking online for a Chinese Takeaway nearby to my hotel. I finally decided on Tividale Chef. When I walked in, I was greeted with a large smile from the lady behind the counter, called Rose. What a lovely lady she is. My order was taken and paid for. Whilst waiting for it to be cooked, she was chatting away to me about random stuff. The cane furniture to sit on whilst waiting, along with the friendly chat was really welcoming. Not at all like my local Chinese Takeaways back home in Manchester. When I got back to my hotel, I enjoyed the food too. I had Sweet n Sour King Prawn with Fried Rice with Prawn Crackers and banana fritters. 10/10 for this Takeaway 😁😁👍

That was the worst food ever its not chinese they kept saying Cantonese everything was burnt had no taste not work a £1.

We've just ordered asked for no peas in King prawn full of peas, chicken doesn't taste right for first order wont be ordering again ,expensive and vile

Always have our family chinese from here since moving to tipton area is always tasty and hot. Only thing that is not to our taste is chow mein.

Best Chinese-Cantonese in the area. Eaten here twice now and it's hot and fresh and tastes good.

The bbq sauce and wontons were lovely Unfortunately the rest wasn't very tasty at all, the sauce for the curry and satay chicken skewers was too thick and more like a paste, the chicken with mushrooms was more grease than sauce, and we nearly broke a tooth on the chicken balls as the were rock hard. Thought we would try a few basic things as you can't get them too wrong, most of it went in the bin though

Absolutely fantastic food. We hadn't visited for a while and were so pleased that the really high standard of fresh and really tasty food had not changed. Thank you Tividale Chef for a brilliant meal.

Love this place amazing Chinese best food I've had only downside is as the food is so good it's always extremely busy so you have to wait but the food is well worth the wait

Food is ok only been here because of its convenience and nothing else nearby is any better. Foo yung was over salty. Spicy dishes not spicy enough. Chips are good as is curry sauce. Mini vegetable Spring rolls are ok not great fried rice dishes not tasty enough nor are the chow mein dishes either. I could go on but overall everything here is just ok at best. We all have different tastes etc this is not to mine. The lady is very friendly for sure.

A child's portion size I was given of the chckenc spring onion & ginger which had no flavouring at all. The rice was dry and hard to eat didnt enjoy my meal at all

Delicious food, quality ingredients, lovely people and food looks appetizing. Prices is good also. Haven't seen Rose for a while but glad they are still open. Love love love.

I used to live quite close to the tividale chef for many years and I have always had lots of great takeaway's from here. First class service and they deliver too.

Ordered from here for many years but just lately service is rubbish wait over 2 hrs for delivery then have to phone and be told it's being done now cancelled order this has happened twice sorry Rose but you have lost my customer

Quite simply the best Chinese take away i have known I have been using Tivi Chef at least 3 times a month for nearly 10 years and always enjoyed the food, i especially recommend Kung Po King Prawn which is hot and very tasty We recently moved away from the Black Country and we are missing Rose and her daughter and of course their lovely food like crazy. I know what my first meal will be as soon as i get back home.

My family friends and neighbours have been ordering food from Tividale Chef for many many years. We have tried different dishes and have enjoyed them all. I have tried different chinese takeaways and restruants and can confirm I come back to my favourite which is this one. All the Staff, Cooks and especially Rose are always very pleasant and polite. I will continue to recommend and use this takeaway for as long as i need Chinese food.
