The food was absolutely delightful, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were really welcoming. I'll definitely return.

Stunning food once again. Me and my 2 pals in there last night cleared our 9 dishes between us. Olives n bread could be a bit more upgrading , but still a beautiful place to eat. Staff amazing too. 👍👍

Been here before , was looking forward to great food . Tried to book a table , advised they had 8pm , asked if we could be there for 8:10 due to train times . But to our disbelief got told the kitchen shut at 9pm so would be too much of a rush . So those 10 mins must of been super critical , exactly the reasons businesses lose customers . Staff not using their brain to ensure the gain business. Ridiculous

Food arrived on time and was extremely hot (microwaved?) the quality and lack of seasoning wasn’t what I was expecting. The beef dish was swimming in oil the onions were absolutely mush. Chicken some hard edges rice under seasoned. Not for me

Always enjoyed a good tapas restaurant. Food was superb. Lovely little set up. Fantastic value for money (attended on a week day evening). Got three tapas each (two adults), including items that had supplemental charges on set menu and two carbonated beverages. Came in under £40. The staff is friendly and welcoming also. Certainly worth a visit.

I can't fault this wee gem of a place. We had the lunch 3 x tapas for £12 deal, and the dishes were delicious and descent sized portions. There's plenty of options to choose from on their menu, and yes, Service was good with frinedly staff so I will definitely be returning again.

Disappointed after our most recent visit. Arrived bang on time but our table wasn’t ready (fair enough) 6 in our party and they tried to cram us into a small table for 4 at the window. No apology, no explanation whatsoever.. It appeared no one was actually in charge. Not the best of starts. The restaurant was very busy so we knew it was going to be a long night. Table of 2 next to us eventually left so we were given some more space. Drinks took forever to arrive and it was obvious they were under staffed and under pressure. Food is expensive for what it is, especially the patatas bravas. Very small plate and they charge an absolute fortune for it. We had to ask for some sauce as it was not produced at the time. Overall, we are disappointed with our visit. Had a member of staff approached us and explained the position regarding the table / poor service, it would have been appreciated as opposed to just blanking us. They could clearly see we were unhappy. Don think we’ll be back tbh.

Great food, we did the lunch for £12. Nice decor, if you're in this area, it's a good option.

First time I’ve ordered but it will not be the last

Went in to Tinto for Mother’s Day, have to admit I felt it was overcrowded with tables. After booking well in advance, I arrived with my family to discover they only had high tables left, which at 7.5 months pregnant I found really uncomfortable. Our group of 5 was crowded around a small table for four meaning we were all left very squashed. The food that arrived tasted lovely- however, as much as I’m all for food arriving to my table warm some dishes were scalding. Both my mum and I burnt our mouths so badly that we lost the skin on out tongues/roof of mouth the next day and eating anything from that point on has been so sore.

Food was tasty, but the portion sizes left a lot to be desired, especially when compared with other tapas restaurants. Being reminded about the time restriction on the table a total of 3 times during our meal was a real let down and took away from the experience as a whole, as well as being presented with the bill before even finishing our drinks was rude. Tinto is expensive compared to competitors. Verdict : Spend a few quid to hop on the train and go to Cafe Andaluz in Glasgow if you're in the mood for tapas, or if you'd rather stay local and don't mind changing it up with some Italian - go next door to Boh' Cucina.

The food was lovely, but the service unfriendly in the extreme. We were made to feel very unwelcome. Really strange, as the staff reviews on here are all so good.

Went a little boozy but had decent food. No issues with what I ordered, felt the pork with the mash potato was little gelatinus but everything else was good. Sticky toffee with chocolate was weird. I liked the place and no real issues. Thought the deal was little confusing - bunch of supplements on dishes felt a bit random. One dish - fish and chips well worth it, others less so. Cost about £260 for 6 of us.

Small dishes, great prices. When we went there was only one staff member who was new due to sickness he done amazing considering he was on himself and was very apologetic! Can’t wait to come back - even if it is for a sangria!

Made a booking 24hrs in advance on Resdiary to be left a voicemail late the following day to say that they couldn’t accommodate the time. When I called to discuss they said they take telephone bookings over this and there was nothing they could do. Person was abrupt and hung up.

Been here a few times and the food is always top tier, the tapas Tuesday deal is an absolute steal and the staff are super friendly

We have just got back from Spain and thought we needed some more Spanish food so popped in tonight to a very friendly girl who quickly showed us to our table. The food was great and the friendly waiter who brought the food out was very attentive. All the staff here made us feel very welcome. Will be back soon.

I've not had Tapas for years, so not sure how this would go. Went today and chose the "3 Lunch Tapas £12" option...excellent. To finish, I had the Churros...hot sweet strips of sugar coated doughnuts and served with a small pot of chocolate...amaze balls! The leftover chocolate, poured into a lovely Cortado coffee! They were eaten before I remembered to take a photo...sorry! All in, a great experience.

Service was slow. We had not finished mains & were told we could not order desert or coffee as our 90minute slot was up. There were 10 of us. After leaving stood outside to See where the next 10 was coming from 15mins later no show. Very disappointed

Great wee place. It's small, but the most authentic tapas bars in Spain I've been to have been a similar size. The food was tremendous, and the service was exactly the right balance between attentive but no harassing. First time here today will he the first of many.

Great wee find, food selection and quality top notch and great service

Best churros that you will get anywhere (and I mean ANYWHERE). They usually do a weekend morning special on this with a cup of coffee or tea. Fab

Delicious food and excellent service - can't recommend enough. Took advantage of the special offer on a Tuesday and it was excellent value - 3 dishes each for 4 of us and a bottle of wine, beer and soft drink was £55.

We had been in Seville the week previously and prices were double what they were in sevile for smaller portions and overcooked (burnt) food. In addition waiter was very attentive to his mobile phone and could possibly smile. Been to other tintos and all light years ahead of this one. 1/10

I used to visit regularly for £2.50 tuesdays but hadn't been in years. It was nice enough but over priced. A meal for 2 without alcoholic drinks came to £70. Don't think I'd go back again.

We live locally and this is one of our favourite places to eat in Uddingston. It is very relaxed, staff have always been very friendly and we love the combination of the aways there menu and the great selection of specials where there's always something a little bit different to try.

First thing you'll notice is cramped, tables very close together. However, once your seated its a lovely atmosphere of hustle bustle, lots of chatting and laughter. Served straight away, friendly waiting staff. I was driving so lovely non alcohol beers and cocktails, good selection of drinks alcohol ones too. The food was delicious and that's why ill definitely be back..so so good!

Fabulous meal! Hubby went here with colleagues and told me I'll enjoy it. So week after, I booked a table for us and everything we ordered was really good. My fave was the meaty set - Tabla de Carne consist of steak, Chorizo sausage (absolutely divine!), chicken fillet and ribs with a manchego cheese and chili dip. The ribs was just so lip-smacking good! A must visit place when you're in Glasgow. We're already looking forward to becoming regulars. 🙂

Restaurant is quite small but the food is great. Really good choices with plenty to suit everyone. They have a good range including Gluten free and vegetarian.

Lovely atmospheric, warm decor and we have been a few times now, its fairly local to us but most times we've been we have leftbquite disappointed. It's got potential to be a great wee place. Got a decent gin drinks menu but there was only 2 available and only 1 type of tonic left despite several advertised. perhaps should not give out the drinks list if majority of them are not actually available. There is a good big menu full of varied dishes to choose from and decent portions of both Tapas and main meals. Was told before we ordered there was at least 3 ingredients unavailable, but that eliminated at least 5-6 things off the menu. Wouldn't be that bothered except that it has happened a couple of times now when we have visited. To top it off our water jug was chipped and one of the Tapas was served burnt on top, it looked like it had been under a heater for too long. Lovely young man serving, friendly and welcoming but it was clear that he hasn't tasted much from menu and the other person serving appeared indifferent/bit bored. Sorry guys, probably won't be back

Lovely menu, plenty of choice. Biggest complaint about all tapas is dishes are small and costly. My friend has boys and says Tapas no good for family meal,as never enough food. I'm sure there are a few cheaper dishes that they could make for less. One of my dishes was potato croquettes. Even with special offer £2.50 for two small croquettes!! Mushrooms in cream/ garlic. Delicious, but I reckon 4 button mushrooms made the whole dish. The dishes are all delicious but I personally don't do tapas because of the price. I'd rather visit Redstones or Bothwell Bridge,and get a good hearty meal.

Great service and lovely little space. As commented elsewhere, a distinct lack of masks in use by the staff. Mostly the food was good, but I felt the homemade sausage was undercooked and tasted odd. Beware of the Tapa's Tuesday offer. Dessert dishes are not included and the advertised supplement on one tapas turned out to be £4.

Great experience, best tapas in the West of Scotland. Vegetarian and gluten free options clearly marked on menu. If hungry then go for the paella!

This is got to be one of the worst places to eat and the staff and manager are very rude food was rotten service was rotten and staff were very ignorant

Management telling staff they are not allowed to wear a poppy, was also told by the manager himself that the poppy offends him as it is "a political statement" followed by abuse to leave the restaurant, complete idiot. Will never set foot in the place again, absolutely disgusting behaviour.

Birthday dinner. Regular visitors, but it's been a while for sitting in. Opted for takeaways during lockdowns so was good to be in the restaurant again. Food delicious as always. Very busy which was great to see in these times.

Really disappointed. They did not comply with test and protect legal process. We had to ask to register attendance. But none of the other approx 16 diners registered during the 80 minutes we were there
